Chris is very professional and helpful. I’ve never had an issue with these guys and don’t see any reason I would. Very reasonable on pricing and only try to help you fix what is needed. Working for a dealership makes me understand the quality that these guys provide as a shop. Dusty is very thorough and quick for any repair you neee. Would recommend 10 times over!

Great place for excellent work and service

I always research, order my own tire from amazon, and have it delivered here (notify them beforehand). The dude working on the bikes (Dustin?) is pretty cool, does excellent work, and is always fast. The dude knows his stuff.

If you are looking for poor and quick repair for bike this store is right for you. Do not expect anything good out of the service. I had my bike serviced here and after like less 200 mile of use, everything they installed fall apart. What a waste to time and money! I would not recommend it.

I have a 1984 kz700 and this guy seems always know what I need to do to keep it dialed in. Solid team, Solid Maintenance!

Was told by owner they charge 70 bucks to remove and replace bearings. I was quoted 30 to 60 bucks from a guy at Cycle Steves. I called Action Cycle back and told the owner the price I was quoted; basically to see if they would match the price I was quoted. The owner became very rude, told me he was done, and abruptly hung up on me! I called back and actually told the owner I didnt mean to offend him, I was just trying to get the best price for myself. He hung up on me again! You dont treat customers that paid you for your services that way! Very petty and unprofessional!!!!

If I cannot do the repair myself this is where I bring my bikes. I trust no one else to do things correctly the first time. Chris and his staff are great!

These guys actually care about their customers! Let me tell you from my experience.When I bought my new Kawasaki Ninja 650 last summer, it was just a little to tall for me. I am 53. All my bikes have been taller. But this one is my 1st ever brand new baby, and heavier than my previous bikes that were 250s. I wanted it to be perfect.Sooo, I took it to West Side Kawasaki to get it lowered. When I took it in on their 1st try they said they ordered the wrong part. Reordered a different one, and still couldnt get it to fit the bike. They refunded me, apologized for the 2 WEEKS wasted and sent me on my way. They didnt want to try again.This year I called Evansville Superbike Shop to see if they could lower it. The man in parts department took down my name, number, and bike information. He told me he would call me back and let me know what he came up with. That day I happened to drive by the shop and they were not even a little busy. HE NEVER CALLED BACK. Not that day, a few days later, not ever. What kind of customer service is that???? Dont want my business fine, I never tried again.Then I was recommending by multiple people to take my bike to Cycle Steves. I called all day the number thats posted on Google. Which I then asked some regular customers who suggested the shop, if that was the correct number. It was. The phone kept saying the phone wasnt taking voicemails, that the box was full. Dont want my business. Fine.Im sure you can feel my frustration at this point. I just want my bike perfect for next year. A good friend of mine told me how well Action Cycle takes care of him. So I called. Guess what? Chris answers the phone and was so nice. Right then and there he looked through his parts book for my lowering link. Didnt have it, but told me if I ordered one online he would install it for me.To shorten my story, thats exactly what happened. He lowered it for me today (in 1 day) and installed my new kick stand. He also was completley fine with doing an oil/filter change for me and just a thorough check up. Since the bike just hit 1,000 miles it was time. I also informed him that sadly I will be putting the bike away for the riding season due me being pregnant. He was more than happy to take care of the bike and even offered me some pointers for storing the bike this fall and winter. I am a super happy customer and didnt spend an arm and a leg. It may be my last ride of this season but I smiled the whole way home! I was even happy to stop at red lights, because I got to put my foot flat on the concrete! Plus..their open on Mondays!

Great service. They ordered a rear tire for me and it arrived the next day. They were able to mount the new tire that very day. In and out in under an hour.

Bought motorcycle tire here in the past and had great customer service and a good experience. I need a new tire again and am definitely going back. :)

I ordered a rear pirelli Diablo Rosso ii, I had mywife pick it up for me. When I got home from work it was a pirelli Diablo Rosso Corsa. To make a long story short the owner said to me (so Its completely my fault)? I asked if we could exchange for the tire I wanted and Id pay for a front tire as well. HIS reply was he doesnt want to have that tire he ordered wrong in his stock and said I would have to pay a 25 dollar exchange fee. So when or if you do ordered tires from there be specific and tell him four or five times what you ordered. I made sure to check three times which tire I wanted him to order. Youd think that he would want to keep a person happy and exchange from his mistake but he also said he doesnt make money off of selling tires.
