Filled out their online request form, got a phone call within 20 minutes. I was given an estimate on the phone based on my explanation of the issue that I was having. Ryan called my wife about 2 that he was on the way. The repair was complete in about 45 minutes. Very happy with the service and the time from initial contact via web to repair complete. Ryan swung by for a repair and immediately knew the issue. He identified that the door would occasionally jump off the track due to a track misalignment by the builders subcontractor. This place is a 5 star hands down! I called all around town trying to get quotes on garage doors and it was a hassle. Then I met Jimmy! The rest was history, he introduced me to Jeff, they got me exactly what I wanted at the exact price I needed to be at and even worked me a great deal on a third door. Very happy with Evansville Garage Doors! Called around 8am as I was unable to get out of my garage, Ryan was there by 9:50 am and took less than an hour to fix the problem.

Ryan came to fix the spring on my door and ended up finding out that whoever installed it originally had done it wrong. Outstanding service!!!!! I called at 140 today with a broken spring on my garage door. Tonya was super sweet and helpful and got my work order in. Andy called to schedule an appt within 30 minutes! Pricing was fair, Super nice on the phone, technician was nice, fixed my issue.2 issuesMy card was claimed to be declined even though I had a pending transaction showing it went through so I had to pay with cash and now I have to hope that those transactions don’t go through so I don’t have to call to get my money back.I have an appointment for 8 AM and the technician didn’t show up till about 845 because they had a meeting this morning. No one called to let me know so I was waiting there thinking that the guy just wasn’t going to show up.I will give them a second shot when I need something again but not my ideal first experience.

I had the quickest and easiest experience I could have hoped for here. The second we walked in the door with an old part, the salesman was ready with outstretched hand to immediately take over and get us what we needed.

My garage door broke last night. I called first thing this morning to schedule an appointment. Within an hour of my call, I had a technician at my home. He was able to fix what was broken, and had the door working better than before it broke, as well as addressing a couple of minor issues i was having.

Called them early before they actually opened and the service manager (Jason I believe) answered and had a technician at my house before 8 am. They had my door fixed in less than a hour and we was still able to to catch our flight that morning. I bought my garage door from these folks more than 8 years ago. About 4 years ago I also bought have them install a garage door opener. Ive never had any problems with either and theyve always been courteous when I called with a question. Recently my remote openers stopped working and they told me to bring them in and they would check them. They did and found the batteries were dead. They replace the batteries free of charge and told me they always replace batteries in door openers free. This was not something I was aware of when the door opener was installed. The employee that assisted me was courteous and informative. I was in and out in about 15 minutes.

I called to make a complaint. With out my knowledge they recorded my call. Now I stand totally behind what I said however you should be informed when being recorded ( Nixon anyone? ) unethical customer service. I will not work with this company again.

I couldnt find the proper lower weather seal for my old garage door at any retail stores in Evansville. I decided to swing by EGD after work to see what they had in stock. I pulled up right at 5:00 pm. I wasnt aware that this was their closing time until I saw everyone making their way out the front door. I asked if they were closing and they said yes, but asked what I was in need of anyways. When I gave the details of the seal I was looking for they ran straight to the back and grabbed what I needed. There were 3 employees on their way out the door and not one of them came off as being annoyed or angry that Id showed up right at closing time. I got the seal I needed, they gave advice on installation & I was out the door in 3 minutes. Great customer service. Ill be returning here anytime I need parts in the future.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had to call my salesman four times, three times to ask him what answer he got that he promised me the day before. When my parts were supposed to arrive, NO ONE could tell me if they were in. VERY DISSAPOINTED, I will find somewhere else, or do without before I use this place again.

It has been 4 weeks since they arived at my home to look at my door and I decided That I would have them replace the door it would be $900.00 and that they would need half of the amount down so I gave them a check for $450.00. I called them today >9/28< and they said they would call me back in the afternoon, it is now late evening and I havent heard from them yet??????
