We ordered a set of garage doors from A+ based on neighbors recommendation and have not been disappointed. The doors are on order but while waiting for delivery/install our garage door spring broke and without hesitation Nick had his crew came out on short notice and opened the garage door so we could access our vehicles. Very professional and responsive to our needs and requests. I used A+ for an issue with my garage door last summer. The door was almost 20 years old and I knew it was on its last legs, so I was genuinely and pleasantly surprised that they happily did an inexpensive repair and didnt push for me to do a complete garage door replacement right then. He told me it could function for anywhere from a month or two to a couple of years, depending on different variables.Earlier this month I had another issue, they came that same evening and fixed that issue. After another extremely low key reminder that my garage door wasnt getting any younger, I bit the bullet and had the whole thing replaced. They are fast, professional, reasonably priced, and super nice! They also called each time about an hour before their estimated arrival time to let me know when to expect them, then again when they were on their way. This is definitely a 5 star company!

Our garage door spring was replaced and Jason was very knowledgeable and had our garage door fixed in no time. Will definitely use them again for our garage door needs.

My experience with the owner by phone was by far the greatest customer service I had ever experienced. The owner asked whats going on and offered a few ideas to troubleshoot the issue. Said hed rather save me money before sending out a crew on a service charge. Who does that ? Well, nobody that I know of, and the first place I called wanted 85 bucks for service call and nothing near what the owner of this company did.With customer service like this, I can see this company having many customers. Now I did rectify the issue and fixed it myself, an called him back to explain what I did and it works now. I needed someone to look at my two pole barn garage doors that were bent and not sealed properly. I called on Thursday at about 10am and someone was at my house by 2pm. I was certain I would be told I need new garage doors, but that wasn’t the case. We set up an appointment for Monday and took about an hour to make adjustments and install new seals. Jason was fast and professional and the price was great. I would definitely recommend A+ garage doors

Very pleased. I was scheduled, and they called me the morning of and called again when they were on the way. Jason was the tech and he replaced a spring on my garage door in 20 minutes. He was very professional and gave me a few tips on garage door maintenance.

My husband and I knew we needed a new garage door, but didn’t know where to start. They came out right away and answered all of our questions and explained to us our options. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. After ordering the right door for us, they came out on the coldest day of the year and did a fantastic job installing it. Price was great too. I would highly recommend to family and friends.

My garage door became inoperable as I left for work this past Friday, and the repair was beyond my mechanical ability. I emailed Nick via his website, and I received a call from him within minutes. I sent photos of the door issues to Nick, and he provided me with an initial repair estimate. He worked his schedule so that he could be on site at my house around 6 am on Saturday morning...which did happen. The repairs were completed within 40 minutes and on target for the initial estimate. I appreciate Nicks professionalism, accurate & up front estimate and for doing what he said he would do. If you have garage door issues, do yourself a favor and call Nick!

Wish there was more than 5 stars. Nick was a lifesaver for me on a cold, icy and snowy Sunday. He was at my house in less than 30 minutes from when I called him and got the door fixed. He is very professional and nice. His charge was very reasonable, unlike one of the major garage door dealers in town...they wanted $200 an hour and I call that price gouging! Thank you Nick!!!

Not happy at all with my service and installation! My doors leak bad, called Nick he came by to look at the doors, he had a stupid answer for why they were leaking. He said the seals were not broke in yet and he left. Theres reason why hes cheaper than other garage door companies. Im done with a-plus doors, No thank you.

$80 charged for less than 1/2 hr work on our garage! ! Won’t work with them again!
