This is a great company who stands behind their work. We built a new home in 2017 and our builder contracted Benthall Brothers to install the garage doors. In 2020 our garage door acted like it was in a bind and it bent at the top while trying to shut it. The panel looked horrible. I called to find out if it was covered under any type of warranty. Lisa was prompt in coming to assess the situation. The door was ordered and installed as soon as came in. Our home looks new again. Thank you for standing behind your work.

I contacted Benthall Brothers to get a quote on residing my house and detached garage. The first time I called, it was later in the afternoon and their estimators were not available. I was told I would receive a call back within two business days. I waited about a week, and then called back only to leave another message. I did receive a callback the next morning from an estimator and booked a time for him to come out to the house for an estimate. No one kept this appointment or called to indicate there was an issue with keeping our originally scheduled time. Ill be shopping elsewhere.

This place has really gone downhill lately with their service. Im here making a delivery and no one seems to want to offload their freight. Also i see a few customers walking around confused because no one seems to be here. I recommend Lensing as an better alternative to this place
