Bought a $250 mini bike from them and as soon as we got home and started it drove it around the block and it died. Took it home tried gas, checked the oil, everything seemed fine but it wouldnt start and run again. So we lost $250 because they wont give refunds.. but they sold us a bike that absolutely did not work.

BEWARE OF THIS SELLER PAWN SHOP!! (uh)!!!!I bought a used ‘Boss RC-30 Loop Station’ for my guitar from ‘Fares Pawn and Loan’ in Evansville, Indiana’. When I opened the box I saw the device was scuffed and discolored. Upon plugging it in, I noticed that the display was not working properly. The numbers were illegible when scrolling.I took it to ‘Guitar Center’ and the tech told me unit was broken. In addition to the display, the left footswitch was intermittent.I sent Fares Pawn a message, explained that the device was broken when I received it, and would like to return it for a refund. I waited a couple of days, but heard nothing back. I finally got a clerk on the phone, ‘Stevie’, who told me ‘it worked’ when they shipped it, but she would ‘talk to the owner about a return’ and get back to me. Again, I never heard back from them.I finally was able to contact the owner by phone and he it was sold ‘as is’ and they would not refund my money. It’s obvious they are buying junk off the street and ‘reselling ‘ it.

I would recommend fares pawn to anyone. They are a great place to pawn. I have used them for about three or four years. They are great. The employees are very polite and also very helpful. You always get greeted as you walk in the door. And as you leave you get told to have a nice day. I really enjoy when I visit fares pawn shop. If there is a line someone is always telling you that they will help you as soon as possible. I really appreciate everything they do to help.

They were so friendly and willing to work with my son as a young adult. The other Pawn shops we went to that day just ignored us like we were invisible but Fares was right there to help. I will not go anywhere else

I have bought many power tools and other stuff from them. If it was not working properly I just returned it for another or got a refund with mo problem. They sre very helpfull and truthfull. Me and my wife always go there forst if looking for something before we go to the store.

Traded my Xbox One plus $100 for a GoPro 4. Got home and charged the GoPro and it would freeze after about 5-10sec of use. So I brought it back and they said there was nothing they could do. The lady said theyd have to hold the Xbox for 24 hours before they can even do anything with it. So hopefully tomorrow I will get a refund and maybe think about redoing this review. If you want broken items, this is the place to go!
