Anne just “helped” me which wasn’t much help AT ALL. She gave me the rudest tone of voice (which I’m a very understanding person), but it was completely unnecessary. Bad image for Ivy tech. I needed a specific course code and she kept selling me a different one and I specifically told her and then after we solved it she kept shaking his head at me as if it my fault. She makes you feel like she’s trying to get you out (was not busy) and doesn’t want to help. Will reach out to head of Ivy Tech.

Their customer service is alright. I wish they were a little more helpful when i was trying to order my books for spring semester.

The customer service has always been good. A 3 star due to online hours not matching true store hours. Fridays they close at 3pm. When you look up hours and arrange you day according to their posted hours and you find out they are closed it us very frustrating.

Ivy Tech is a wonderful College! Small classrooms, which makes learning a great experience. Just like most colleges, there are great instructors & some not so great.

Went here to take the licensure test for teaching. The staff were very friendly and helpful. She even gave me some tips about getting possible fee waivers for students. Overall, a great experience here!

Went in to purchase a book and stood waiting to be helped for 10 minutes before I saw anyone. Lady came out of the back eating something, she then greeted me with a mouth full of food. This happened at 9:40 this morning, so it wasnt like I was interrupting her lunch. Extremely unprofessional. I dont think she has ever worked in customer service. She got my book, because the book section was closed for some unknown reason. Took me up to the front to pay. I brought a check written by my mother to purchase the book, the book was $125. I had my ID with me, and whenever I called 30 minutes before I was told all I needed was an ID to buy with a check. Well since my mom got married after I was born I have her maiden name, so the name on the check was different. But the address on my ID and on the check was the same. I was told, since it is for such a high amount and we dont even have the same last name I cant use the check. The amount was $125, I didnt think that was a large amount for a college book store. The lady was very rude and had a very bad attitude with me. I hope to never have an encounter with her again.

They tried so hard to help me. I was confused before I even went into the store, but they made sure I left with everything I needed.

The store looked good but if they really want to help out with the student debt crisis going on they should credit back a hell of a lot more on old school books and put it towards the student loans. On a book that costed 600 they only bought it back for 90.

This school truly cares about the success of its students.

I love this school, they have the best professors that are willing to help you in anyway, the staff is very helpful, and it is very welcoming. This is the best school I have been to.
