LOVE this place. TONS of movies, CDs, Vinyl albums, DVDs of television series, collector sets of same, you name it. Great prices, never crowded, helpful courteous sales people, tons of parking..a very pleasant place to check out, browse and buy. They probably buy used items that they sell when theyre in good to great condition. Look forward to my next visit.

I come here all the time and the two girls there are always so helpful and go out of there way to make my trip better. The store manager, I think I’ve heard them call her Jess, is always on top of helping me when I call or come in. Since there are no baskets she’s always offering to hold my items for me while I shop. And the little girl at the register; I can’t think of her name, I think it starts with an M, is so polite. She’s the sweetest employee I’ve interacted with in all the years of been visiting. They both make time for customers even when there are a lot of people in. I can safely say I will do all of my nick knack shopping here.

This place was amazing! I could easily locate where I could go to get what I needed and it was so intriguing to look around the store! I found the perfect gift for my friends for the holidays! The cashiers were also so kind and we had a lovely short conversation about some of the items there! I would love to go and visit again sometime soon!

Terribly overpriced. They had some Scream Factory Blu-Rays for $35... Way over market value... No slipcover either. Then they had a childs play with slipcover around $26, which is a good deal, but it was marked down to that because the cover was beat to shreds. Terrible price gouging.

Through the years Ive loved shopping here, bought who knows how many CDs & Funko Pops from this store . As well as several other items, too many to even try to list them all. But today was the last time Ill be a customer of this business for the simple reason of them wanting me to wear a mask, the heavy set lady that was wearing her mask basically like a chin strap that very rudely told me She Needs me to wear a mask while inside the store certainly turned me & my business right out of this establishment. Now I understand a business has the right to require customers to do whatever they see fit but I ask anyone reading this review to answer me this simple question ... What does the vaccine do aside from make some people sick ?

Went to the store pulled the door it was locked checked the time to see when they opened the paper said 11 oclock instead of telling me that the store doesnt open till 12 the ladies inside ignored me guess Ill take my business elsewhere

The worker MIA was very rude to us my son buys a new blutooth speaker there 4 times a month and she was so out of the way rude and he was not it can all be seen on video the way he got treated for spending money there faithfully now we will never go there again it was the 7th of october daytime if anyone cares

Good place for miscellaneous items of various pop culture types. Decent selection of music with the option to order certain items in! They also have a lot of random food items. I recommend getting the carolina reaper peanuts!

Lady at the register todays asked for my email. I asked her for what. She said email again. Again I stated for what. She asked a third time. I asked yet again for what reason. Then she made a frustration sigh and never told me what reason she needed my email for. Very rude to ignore what the customer is asking. Then make a rude noise after being asked 3 times what for. Fix your employee.

After purchasing an item for my wife I realized she had it after opening it. I was told over the phone I could return the item. Drove to the store only to be told by one worker I could return, then the other employee called ANOTHER employee, then refused my return. I had everything included and the receipt. Its a shame, it used to be one of my favorite stores.

My experience at coconuts on Green River road was very poor the heavier-set lady work in the wouldnt get off for but to help me look for a CD I was in there for I asked her twice if she could help me find the CD and she just stood and looked at me said you can search it in the CDs by his last name instead of helping the customer she just sat there I highly recommend going the Best buy where I had good customer service everyone was friendly and extremely willing to help me find what I was looking forIm sorry for coconuts that they have an employee like this working for him who is just collecting a check and sitting on her but not doing anything very poor customer service no one greeted me when I entered the building I will not be going back to coconuts on Green River I was in there on 09/5/19 around three oclock

Way to expensive on toys and shirts. An example is a two pack of marvel legends figures MSRP for 69.99 and Coconuts is retailing them for 89.99. its been this price since relase day. There is similar markup across the other toy lines too. Coconuts does have a fine selection of horror related items including toys, movies and shirts.The have a small-ish selection of vinyl but huge selection of movies and tv shows. Used items are hit and miss on prices. You have to just look at it on an item by item basis. The store is clean and cramped with product but not cluttered looking.

I have never left this store empty handed. They have a very nice and extensive selection of movies and music. The staff is very nice and Ive never had a bad experience with them.

I really love entertainment shops like these which have used merchandise and other neat collectibles. I remember buying my very first CD from this store when I was a little kid. As an adult Im glad to see their partnership with f.y.e. which saves me some money. Even with all the new technology to listen to music, I still love having the album for my collection, they have a surprising number of bands and groups in stock, even some I never expected to see.

Ok for a for gifts & some items but not everyone needs that when they do a return with the receipt especially if you make a return. It should be debited or credited or cash refund.NOT IN STORE CREDIT.. ASIDE THAT I CAN DO ALL BUSINESS IN Hardcopy & Spencers in the mall. That goes way above & beyond coconuts.

With FYE closing its doors, we have been missing a place to find this type of merch. Seems as though they bought out a closing FYE, bc they had some FYE merch! We had come to visit from Nashville, and my husband was elated that Id found this place! He is wanting to make a drive up JUST for Coconuts soon! 😍

Some nice things. But are overpriced. Reproduction records are higher than the original ones & can find those just as easy. Other things in the store are easily found at other stores in the area. Honestly a store that is outdated.

I drove from Beaver Dam Ky at LEAST one hour away to make a country cd for my car. I made my cd, went to checkout around 8:41. Cashier asked if I was paying cash or card I told her card. She then ask what am I paying for. I told her my cd I just made, she said “oh we don’t do that after 8:30” I said there’s no sign in the store that says that...I told her I drove a hour or more to come to this store to make a cd. Her response was “okay, have a good night” I’ll never step foot in this store again. Terrible service, terrible cashier! Drove a hour for NO REASON!!!!

Stood in line for fifteen minutes while a woman was signing up someone for their reward program. Another cashier took me, got hasty with me over a sale item, rang it up handed me my card and walked off without saying anything. Rude experience.

You can find any movie or music at this place, my husband came here 15 years ago looking for an old ZZ Top CD, being a truck driver he has looked all over and couldnt find it. He walked in and we found it fast. He use to shop dads CD in Tennessee, but started coconuts. Dads CD has since went out of business. He is a music lover, only watches movies and hated commercials

Prices are high, but they have literally everything. If you are a gamer, film, anime, manga, comic, music or toy fan, they have something for you. Geek culture strongly represented with everything from candy to throw blankets. Huge selection of cds, vinyl, and dvds. Both new and used. Would be very easy to drop some serious cash. Recommend highly, but stop by the atm first.

They got music, movies, collectables. Also have vinyls if thats your thing. Large boxes of candy as well.

In the past the staff have been very rude. This time they were friendly. The three stars is because they are always out of the items I want.

My wife went in today, 3/10/17 and selected 7 songs to be burned to a cd. Paid and left to go shopping. Came back 2 hours later and cd had never been burned. Somebody forgot to start it. Got a refund and left. Sure hope they dont make that mistake often or theyll be out of business in no time.

Stood in line with over a hundred dollars of merchandise. Female behind the counter waited on other people and ignored me. Then rudely informed me that I wasn’t in the correct line and should not have been standing there. I was directly behind another customer at a register and there is nothing posted to indicate a”line”. Bottom line she was rude and is the store manager. Tired of rudeness and poor customer service!!! Won’t be back!!!!

They have never failed me. The price may not be the same as quoted or understood on the phone, but if they say they got it they got it - in whoevers hand - no wait (convenience) by having to order from a third party. Been doin business with coconuts since the late 80s in Old Bridge, NJ, over any other music franchise except a local store here in Evansville, IN (now closed). Now coconuts gets all my business and most ppl I know Coconuts was a good invention in my opinion. Cant really say I had a bad experience ever no matter where I was living or traveling needing entertainment.
