I ordered a jacket on line and received it within 2 days. They had expedited the purchase so I would get it ASAP. I needed a bigger size so I texted the owner and he responded that evening. The next day he put aside the right size for me and it was waiting for me when I got there. They were extremely helpful and understanding. Also they had a big stock of all NU outfits. I recommend you get your NU gear there.

Huge selection, decent prices. Its tight as far as walking room, a little overwhelming, but you should be able to find what you want as far as Northwestern gear.

The staff inside this store was very rude. Overpriced. The stuffs were to packed, you can’t barely move. Just go to another store nearby (Target or Becks bookstore)

I have ordered NU merch from Campus Gear online and have always gotten my purchases quickly and without any issues. First, I ordered a House Divided cap for my husband who absolutely loves it (people ask him about it all the time). Next, I ordered a license plate frame that made it to TX really fast. This place is absolutely packed with Northwestern gear, almost too packed. You will find what you’re looking for, it might just take a minute.

I visited Campus Gear before COVID, and the staff was wonderful in helping me get gifts for my kids. With the casual wear influx during quarantine, my son asked for more NU sweats - and of course, Campus Gear was where I turned. Again, they went out of their way to get the merchandise to my quickly. Well be able to visit soon - and Campus Gear is on my list of must dos.

Customer service is superb. I ordered NU items and received them just two days later. I note was also included explaining why an extra item was included. Campus Gear has a solid, easy-to-navigate website as well. They are an excellent choice for Northwestern gear and I recommend them with enthusiasm.

Campusgearonline.com had in stock fitted NU caps in my size. Searched the web for fitted NU caps with fake results with only adjustable caps. Found Campus Gear who delivered in 5 days with upgraded USPS Priority shipping. Excellent quality with The Game and Field hats. Definitely recommend and will shop again. Received processing complete notice same day (Sunday.) Received caps Saturday, day after New Years, day after Cats Citrus Bowl victory. Recommend support of this small business with selection, quality and care. Will return for NU canopy for our Tampa Bay Alumni Association events when we can gather in person again.

Staff was very friendly, had copious amounts of merchandise in stock, prices were a little high, store was clean and very well maintained and organized. Overall I was very pleased with Campus Gear.

He took the time to look for the size I needed in his remote warehouse after I was unable to find it myself at his Evanston storefront-- and mail it to my home. Do NOT shop here! We bought my son a sweatshirt. It produced endless black powder that got all over my sons hands and body. We thought a wash might help out. It absolutely did not. It was so bad the black powder filled his nails. Within 1 week of purchase we asked the owner to EXCHANGE the product. We simply wanted a different sweater that was wearable. He REFUSED. Very shocking customer service. We have shopped at this store for years, and were shocked that the owner would not budge. Will never shop here again, and will make sure to alert all of our Northwestern friends and alumni to not shop here. Shame on the owner for not standing by his product.

Excellent customer service! They called around looking for additional sizes and exhausted all resources to ensure satisfaction. Simply ask and receive.

I cannot imagine a store being more packed to the brim, but for all the items they had, I found the options lacking. Price points and quality were the same across the board. For instance, a light zip jacket was $99, available in a few colors, all featured the same version of the Northwestern logo, and of questionable quality. Same for coffee mugs, $19.99, but nothing unique. Organization could use some work as well. If you are looking for basic gear head here, for something more stylish or unique, look elsewhere.

Has lots of Northwestern apparel, but it was so over crowded with stock that it is difficult to know what each object looks like. Maybe having a photo of the object in front of the stock would be better?

Bought a sweater here thinking it was overpriced but decided to get it because it was on sale. Wore it one time, washed it on light and the metal zipper and two of the metal zipper teeth broke off. Tried to return it or at least get fair trade in for the high price I paid, but was hesitantly only offered 30% off another item and was told it was not their problem. Service was disappointing, go someplace else with your money and time.

As a Northwestern grad, I love that CampusGear has any NU branded item that I can think of (hoodies to mugs and everything in-between). They have a better selection than the bookstore, but the aisles are very narrow and service is non-existent.

More northwestern related gear and apparel than I could ever imagine. Full of shirts sweats and just about any merchandise you could need.

Ordered midday Friday and they didnt ship until Wednesday evening. Disappointed that the $10 shipping fee on a $20 license plate frame means 5 days of waiting followed by the slowest shipping option available. Wont be back.
