One of your employees ignored me and my daughters and a few other customers when we clearly were looking for help from someone. I see the same girl on her phone every time I come in. Even on busy days. I frequently come to this store with my daughters and spend so much $ that you’d think they’d want to keep my business. Instead we get ignored. When she does talk to us she acts irritated and isn’t helpful at all. What’s so hard about doing your job?!??

Low quality clothing from a company with a morally bankrupt CEO this store is wonderful for condescending service and a clientele of middle schoolers from Winnetka

Nearly empty store with extremely limited selection.

Clean, and defiantly and adhering to social distancing at this urban. You can’t even try anything on, which I totally get, but makes me feel like I’d only want to go in to make a return. Always feel like this one is super sparse especially for having such a big store, as compared to the ones downtown/in LP or wicker park.

The prices shock me considering the quality. Their return policy is very strict unlike many other stores. Employees are nice and the style is fun though.

Disgusting clothing and the staff beyond arrogant and RUDE! Dealt with some lady today- believe she was a manager who was beyond arrogant, Condascending, and teetering on bullying. Was dealing with another sales associate when she rudely opened her mouth with her opinion- she was NASTY! I was beyond uncomfortable due to her and plan on reporting her behavior by tomorrow. She intentionally went out of her way to be UGLY! Good thing I caught her name and observed her carefully. I will never ever return to this obnoxious store who has absolutely no respect for their customers! Oh yeah - hint- the lady that gave me grief was of color! You know who you are....😤 Ill spend my money elsewhere - this place lost its coolness long ago! Hopefully, lady you lose your job- with your low class attitude- you are non deserving!

Maybe the worst Urban there is for men. And Ive been to some bad ones. Very sparsely stocked and there is literally no service attendance downstairs. But if you love Stussey and Fila they might have a shirt sweater. Good luck.

Very nice store and friendly staff, the store is really pretty

If youre looking for expensive clothing that doesnt properly fit, this store is for you. Their large shirts are made to fit elephants and small to suffocate you - with no in between. Also, I hope you like problem solving, because all the clothing is stacked in unorganized patterns to give you a super hard time. The staff was also too busy talking to come up to you and ask if youre having any trouble or need help. Please, save your time and money for a store that actually sells quality clothing.

More selection for women than men

Selection is small, there’s always a new set employees every time I shop there but they’re always helpful if needed.

Big Urban but I would like to see a better rotation of stock on hand. The mens section is quite small compared to other stores of this size.

Huge store. Has like 3 floors with good selection of clothes and seats for waiting.

I am a little old for this place but I still manage to find something new every time I come here, It is hard when your use to wearing a suit all day to find something new to wear

Courteous staff & lots of sale items!

They sell jerseys and gym clothes at this location. LOL. Not to mention, the mens section is basically 1/4 the size of a normal urban outfitters. I hate this place.

I like the style of this location not mich differnt here than any other.
