And the most shocking part for me was that he cleaned the inside of my computer for FREE. Over all great experience and if/ when I have another problem I will come back here.

Inexcusable that I havent rated this business yet. Professional, fast, cheap and honest. He actually takes the time to make sure you understand what hes doing and why hes doing it.I build my own computers and its really nice to have someone in town I can rely on if something goes south with a machine. Hes saved me a lot of time and money.

My gaming desktop was freezing and randomly restarting. I tried everything I could but couldn’t figure out the problem. Mike took a look at it and was able to fix it up! He was friendly, and was thorough in explaining what the issue was (I like to learn about computers so it was cool to hear what the problem was). He also charged me a very fair price for the work. I had a 2 year old computer. It was built for gaming so I figured it would work well as a video editing system. I recently started a new career as a drone media and photography specialist. I used it for three months not knowing how much time I was wasting while it rendered 4K video. I would set it up to render while I cleaned the house and mowed the lawn. After watching a couple video I noticed that others could render video in 20 minutes. I called Mike and asked if he could build me a better machine. Most online editing systems run $3000 - $4000. I asked if he could build me a video editing machine for $1500 - $1700. He sent a couple of option. The machine we decided on was $1670. A similar machine on Amazon, Best Buy etc., runs around $3000. I was excited to see what the difference would be. I had created a 6 minute video I earlier that day. It had taken my old computer ( two years old ), 1 hour 15 min to render. The new machine took 6 minutes!!! Love the new machine. Mike is the best. He is one of the good humans. Thank you Mike. G

I asked for a new motherboard because I was sure mine had failed. After a day of work I got a call back about the issue. The motherboard hadnt failed, my SSD did which was already better news that expected. On top of this, my computer also got a nice cleaning and when asked about the price of processors, elaborated on why older models cost more. The price came to around 80$ which I believe is pretty fair for the amount of service rendered.

Computer Base built a gaming system for me that was a gift for Christmas. Mike(the owner) built this system with three days left before we had to leave. The system build performed exactly like what we wanted. After Christmas we had a small problem, which Mike corrected within an hour of dropping it off. Mike is the man. He will help you understand ways to protect your computer and really just asking him questions if you dont know much about computers is probably the smartest thing you can do. Its a small local business and they have really fair pricing. Mike had my computer up and running from a bad virus attack without harming or losing any of my saved data. He put a better antivirus and anti malware program on my computer at no charge, its running fast like when I first got it. I made a good choice going here.

Great service! They were quick to diagnose my computer, fix only what needed to be fixed, and all with no hassle whatsoever. All together, diagnosing and repairing my desktop (and upgrading the parts that were replaced) was easily 5x less the cost of buying a new one. Computer Base was a big help!

Went into ComputerBase just to talk about the computer parts I was getting for my new build. Mike worked with me about what would work and priced it out even though I did not know yet if I was going through him or build it myself. He came up with a great gaming build based on my wants and some recommendation. So I had him do the tower and boy did he deliver. Upon pick up he went over a few cool tools. Mike always takes the time to be thorough and fair. For now on I will keep him for all my computer needs. Best part is having a great local shop.
