This place has fun products. The customer service I experienced was good. They made a mistake and although they wanted me to do the work to remedy it I declined and proposed they go out of their way to fix the issue. They did, so thats a fair resolution and shows good customer service.

Great place to browse and get gift ideas. Decent sale prices when they have them, but their mark-up is really high on some items. Staff are helpful and friendly. Very eclectic selection of items for all ages and tastes. Some very clever products that will put a smile on your face.

I think its a fun little joint that has a lot of novelty items. They are fun, but sometimes can be inappropriate. For example, today I saw tampons you kind hide your weed in. So if entering- enter at your own risk.

Love this store. So much stuff. Always easy to find something when Im looking for a gift. Their merchandise allows for every type of sense of humor. Little warm, think its due to all the lights.

Fuego is the most fun store at Valley River Center these days -- kind of like Hot Topic but quieter and for an older (or at least 30-ish Millennial) crowd. Great selection of novelty T-shirts and socks; a few funny books and journals too; friendly customer service. As a nice bonus, they have a small selection of Tarot cards and related supplies as well.

Daughter bought a set of lights ahead of me. I get home after buying a couple of things there and I got charged for a set of the lights and never brought to the register with me so how did I get charged for something that I never purchased and it was the last thing scanned.

Very rude women. Stepped one foot in and she pretty much kicked us out because it was just before closing time. Really need to work on their custom service and understanding that customer are still allowed in before close. Made me very uncomfortable, will not be going in again.
