Im sad about this place. Not only are they blowing off masks for customers and employees but the managers and assistant managers are SUPER RUDE if you just say, youve got people wearing masks wrong. Ive been there multiple times and this keeps happening. Id post the pictures but that seems invasive. In the parking lot I was thanked for speaking up by another customer who had wanted to shop there but left - said their spouse was front line medical worker and they cant risk infection in the household. PLEASE CHANGE YOUR BEHAVIOR - BE POLITE, AND FOLLOW BASIC HEALTH PRECAUTIONS TO PROTECT THE COMMUNITY.

I came in and heard her having such a genuine conversation with another customer about him hunting and his dogs, it warmed my heart that she gave the time to listen— i could tell it made his day.and personally, went above and beyond to help me find what i needed. like truly - she deserves some special recognition because i was truly touched by her customer service. you could tell she wasn’t just there to be there for a job, but to serve people and i think that’s so rad.thanks for helping me with the poodle noodles and the nice conversation :)

This store has served my family and Southside well over the years. Its well stocked, organized, clean and carries supplies for most every sport.9 times our of 10 they have what we need.Parking is easy and the staff are great.

Good size sporting goods store with lots of inventory. They have something for everyone and a good selection of clothing. This was probably the best store or sporting goods that I have gone to.

Really appreciated the friendly staff and their help yesterday. They even hooked me up with a sale price on an item that had gone off sale only a few days prior. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Wanted to purchase a bike asked if I could actually sit on it to see if it fit me. Employee stated only if I was buying it. Asked what size the bike was he didn’t know comes back says it doesn’t say. I tell him I can see it now on the sign. Ask if I purchase it do I get the display he says no it comes in box. Bad he lost sale if I’m going to purchase it I want to sit on the bike. Don’t tell me I have to purchase it then tell me it comes in a box. Guess your too good to take my 160.00. I’ll go somewhere else!!!

I like their selection and price range. Big 5 makes the outdoors reachable for those who dont drive a Lexus or BMW, and still provide them with value and and function. While not always the best stuff, I swear you cannot go wrong with what u buy from them.

Work out equipment and tons of random other sporty things are found through out the store.

Excellent customer service. They are always willing to help and they tell you when sales are coming. If you ask they even give you the discount. My wife buys multiple pairs of shoes from them every time there is a sale. Good stock of shoes, gymn equipment, and clothing which is mostly what we shop for.

One of the only places we could find snow gear for kids.

I just really enjoy the sweet sweet deals they have daily, and the prompt customer service. Never afraid to go above and beyond in that department. They have made me a constant customer for life eh.

Found a backpack with a sale tag for $12.99 brought it up to buy it. The clerk refused to honor the price. Said it is on sale for $44 I looked it up.He then cut the sale tag off of it. I told him no I do not want to buy it for $44, I think you should honor the price that was on it. The other clerk looked at me and nodded in agreement. In my mind, they should honor that price. Wont go back. should have ate the difference if they mismarked it.

Spent 15 minutes as the only customer in the store with 3 employees. No one came back to help. I had to wander back to the front to get an employee to get a shoe from the back (twice)!
