We were sent there from Carmel Mtn store for a repair or replace. They couldnt repair ot as it was the sd card reader. They refused to replace it as they said they didnt want to pull from their stock. Even Asurion told the store to replace as that is the agreement they have. They refused. They sold us another phone of course saying we could return it at any TMobile store after ours was replaced by Asurion. Now after 1 day, they are refusing to return it at any store & want to charge a restocking fee we were never told about. DONT EVER TRUST THIS STORE

Carlos C. was extremely helpful. He explained the setup process & the plan we selected. We spoke with him a few days before actually going into the store over the phone & he was very knowledgable about the phones we had questions about. He was efficient & courteous. I will definitely recommend this store & Carlos to others, even the managers were nice.

I was there on Monday august 3rd at around 5-6pm and the service here was terrible Terrible, they do not know anything about the company. The employees told me that sprint doesn’t exist anymore and that I have to transfer my service to T-Mobile and then he said I have to buy a new phone since mine is unlocked with sprint and that if I didn’t want to buy one he could “jailbreak my iPhone” like seriously?? Jailbreak my iPhone? You know that’s illegal right? Like how incompetent can you people be. Train your people better and teach them what they can and couldn’t do. Everyone in this store was unreliable and the manager was nice but had no idea what was going on just as his entire crew. Worst service and people around. Never going there again no matter what.

This location is a rip off! The people that work there add extras phone lines and other charges without your approval just to make a commission.The Sprint app for some reason did not show the other charges, had to view the actual bill online. Be careful not to get screwed!!

Whatever you do, dont lease a phone from Sprint! The lease is fine until you try to turn in your phone at the end of the lease. Ive spent days trying to find a path forward and had to go to three different stores and spend hours on the chat/phone. I was a 16 yrs customer, what a terrible way to leave Sprint!

Do not get sprint they tell you one thing about the plan and once u switch they will not stick with there word. There customer service to fix a problem on the phone is not helpful at all they get mad and irritated and can’t help at all. Also the insurance for the phone is difficult they say you have it in the beginning and at the end they say you don’t n that it’s too late to get it. Do not switch to sprint steal your money and don’t stick to there promotions.

I had a cracked screen on my 9S+. The Escondido office fixed the phone in less than 2 hours. The repair tech answered my questions. Ill be watching the repair for the next few days. But so far, so good.

It probably matters a lot with how you rate a place based on who you deal with. You may get someone who treats you terrible or someone who is great. I dealt with a gentleman named Michael and he was great. I dont have his last name but the receipt I have says Rep Name/ ID: gb112400. I received excellent friendly service.I brought my phone in for a repair and they got right on top of it. Everything was explained and all of my problems were taken into account. They went above and beyond to try to service my phone. By the time I was done doing business there, I drove home thinking I really like Sprint and I havent always had those feelings in the past. Its good to see some people out there still understand customer service and providing a great experience to a current customer. Thanks Sprint Escondido and Michael. I will be going here for all future business to get new phones and service.

The people at the store were very helpful, nothing against them. BUT... Before I went to the store I confirmed online that my BYOD phone is eligible for the Kickstart plan. I went through the entire sign-up process at the store and at the very end the computer said my phone is ineligible. Total waste of everyones time!

Absolutely terrible customer service, I think the post office has better service. Sprint representative Anthony showed no interest in solving my issue. Another sprint store directed me to this store because it is a corporate store and they would be able to help me. Thats all Sprint does, bounce you around from store to store without helping the customer.

So I come in and tell you (white male with giant plugs or whatever in your ear lobes) my screen is malfunctioning. You meet me at the front desk and look at the charger port and say water damage. Cant fix it. You say you wont give it to your technician because its too damaged, despite me insisting he look at it. You then Want to charge me minimum $200 for a new phone. I came here for a tech to look at it. Not a salesman at the front counter, I could of done that at a non tech store and saved myself the drive.. Meanwhile I go and open my phone to see the indicators DO NOT indicate water damage. I then go to Encinitas store and they immediately give it to a tech who is familiar with it. Shows me it is my screen coming off and its covered under warranty. Also says its a software problem. Sprint you need to reevaluate who you have working your counters. This store has the worst ratings and I can see why.

The girl named Laquann or Lawanda whatever her name was & that tall pastry guy were the rudest people I’ve ever encountered I simply went to ask for a quote for an upgrade. She couldn’t tell me anything not how much the activation fee or how much my down payment would be I mean nothing. While the whole time she’s going in & out of the back room while she’s eating & the guy as well she’s literally talking to me with crumbs & food in her mouth. I just don’t understand how customer service over the phone quoted me but she couldn’t. While the whole time her & that guy were laughing & giggling at who knows what. Worst Location and Service! These guys only help you if you are trying to upgrade or add a line because of the commission they get. Do you want real customer service? go across town hit up Moe and Luis . There is a reason why they have 5 stars and these guys have 2. Getting your phone repaired? expect to wait three hours so the tech can tell you he cant fix it and will leave you phone less for a week. If this review helps at least 5 people not go to this location it will be worth it.

Bad customer service. People are not willing to help you, they just do as much as they are paid to do. Sprint is like a basketball player who expects to be good, however never practices. Their workers need some serious training if Sprint wants their company to get better, but of course, all they care about is their money, not about their customers.

Sadly enough this is the WORST Sprint store Ive ever been to. Sprint in general, has been great to me, but this location is horrible! My screen cracked on my Samsung Galaxy S7 edge so I went to an authorized retail and repair store to get it fixed in Oceanside (not this Escondido store). I paid $125 because I had insurance and they temporarily fixed my phone by replacing the glass. A couple days later the screen had started to malfunction though and would resemble static you see on TV. I took it back into the Oceanside store and they told me to go to the Escondido store so they can order me a new one, this is now covered under warranty. Although Escondido is 45 minutes away from me, I decided to take the trip. I called the store first and explained that the Oceanside store replaced my screen already and they told me no problem to come on in. I got to the Escondido store and was in a hurry so I dropped my phone off and left. Later that night before returning to the store I called to make sure my phone was ready. When I called Larry the tech guy told me that my phone was voided under warranty and they arent allowed to work on my phone anymore. He said I allowed a third party to work on my phone so that voids the warranty. At first I had though there had been a misunderstanding and assumed he didnt know I had previously gone to a Sprint store for repairs, but I was wrong. He actually said to me, YOURE GETTING SPRINT CONFUSED WITH SPRINT. I was at a lost for words. Basically he told me the store I went to wasnt authorized to do repairs to my phone. I was so angry at that point I told Larry I would see him in 30 minutes when Im picking up my phone. While on the way to the Escondido store I called the Oceanside store and they basically told me everything Larry said isnt true and they are an authorized retailer and repair store and the manager at Oceanside wanted Larry at Escondido to call him when I got to the store. When I got to the store I told Larry he needed to call the Oceanside store and talk to the manager and he did. Basically Larry sounded like he had no idea what to do or what was going on. The Oceanside store ultimately handled my problem and were great to me. My warning to anyone who goes to this store is this: THIS STORE WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU. THEIR TECH DEPARTMENT ONLY CARES ABOUT THEIR MONTHLY BONUS AND IF THEY HAVE TO ORDER A PHONE BEFORE THE END OF THE MONTH, THEY LOSE THEIR BONUS. THEY DIDNT EVEN TRY TO FIX MY PROBLEM WHEN IT WAS CLEARLY FIXABLE BECAUSE I GOT A BRAND NEW PHONE FOR FREE FROM ANOTHER STORE. BEWARE OF THIS STORE. BEWARE OF ANDY, LARRY, TIM, AND THEIR ENTIRE TECH DEPARTMENT. Their tech department didnt even have a tech manager. Dont ignore all the bad reviews already on here, I did and guess what, they tried to SCAM me!

I had a volume button issue and an issue with my mic because people cant hear me, they said their technician can look at it and for me to come back after an hour. The technician said that there was a little water damage which voids warranty. I understood that, BUT then he proceeds to tell me that when he put it back together the touch screen is no longer responsive. He told me that he resealed the connections but it still did not work then in the report in his own words he wrote Device totally un usable.After explaining that my phone was broken he did not take responsibility for it and said your only options are to pay the 200$ deductible or upgrade because your eligible.The sprint workers just ignored the fact that I gave them a functioning phone and in return gave me a phone that I can no longer use. DO NOT GO HERE TO FIX YOUR PHONE.

I wish there was a zero star rating, because this store deserves it. I went in for a problem with my phone, or should I say I have gone in over 10 times for a phone problem. The phone is less than a year old and has been been having problems since day 1. Sprint has done nothing, but tell me there is nothing there can do for me. Its not a problem with the manufacturer of the phone, but in fact the service provider. Everyone who works in this store is extremely rude and un-helpful. I work in sales and customer service and I dont know how these people or store is still in business, besides to take your money.If you are wanting good customer service and good phone service dont choose sprint they are a joke!

Horrible and Insulting - I was scheduled here for a tech appointment to fix my phone. I drove there during rush hour with my 2 year old. THEY TOLD ME THE TECH WENT TO LUNCH. The rep said he gotta eat. . I was quite upset and need to talk to a manager. I asked manager why didnt you call me . HE SAID WE DONT HAVE TO CALL YOU OR ANYONE. Been having issues with both lg g7 phones i got from sprint. Mine has been showing lg server error saying moisture has been detected and will not charge. I have to plug it in and unplug several times before the error goes away and i can charge it. The guy at this store told me oh thats weird. No its not when i looked it up there are a lot of people with lg phones with the same problem. My fiances started to do it now and wont charge at all now. Brought it here to have them look at it. They guy took it to the tech and in less than 30 sec comes back saying its corroded on the usb port and i have to replace the phone. If the usb is corroded then why wont the phone charge on a wireless charger. All he does is shrug his shoulders when i asked him. The first phone i got the internet didnt work at all just to find out i was sold an outdated phone. Got charge to replace a month after getting that garbage phone. Sprint stores are filled with crooks that only want to upsell. Their network sucks. Their customer service sucks. Their tech guy is a liar and sucks. Niether phone has ever been wet. Even IF they did they are supposed be water resistant and i shouldnt be having these issues. I even looked inside the usb port on my fiances phone and there is no corrosion inside the port. The closest source of water either phone has been close to is high humidity. If these phones are allegedly corroding from humidity then they need to fix it and stop selling them. Note to sprint corporate: i will be filling a complaint with BBB.

This was my 1st time out to the Escondido store & its only because I found out the manager was Marcell I knew immediately hed be able to help me he used to work at the Encinitas store & was always more than helpful when we needed help, we just spent over 3 hours at sprint because of my own bs & dumb issues with assurian the insurance co sprint uses he never got visibly irritated he has a great personality & always goes above & beyond to help I totally appreciate that in an employee & a manager & I would much rather deal with a go getter than someone whos too lazy to even try & just brushes you off. Went to this to get my phone checked out and instead this guy comes back immediately and states, the tech said your phone is broken internally by too much pressure on the particular spot on the phone. Its normally 200 dollars, but well replace for you for free. Ill call you when its ordered. Im like cool!!! I leave and hear nothing for the next few days, so I took upon myself to call them. Long story short, I talk yo three different people, no onr knows nothing of my visit, even though a ticket is made.(only three techs) they tell me they see this all the time, which a black blotch and my screen turning green and pink was happening. Go and tell they will order it after ANOTHER inspection of my phone, and if they were right I wouldnt receive the new phone. Im like thats fine with me, lets do it. Funny thing is, I get a call from someone who was listening to everything. Calling me back stating that my phone was looked at elsewhere, and it has a bad esn. My phone was brought straight from sprint. My girlfriend phone was stolen and we reported it. This people are so IGNORANT, seeing her phone is a LG, and mine is SAMSUNG, and it was HER PHONE WHICH WAS STOLEN. Not mine. Never going here again. Staff are friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about the products Sprint offers.Uber green-light services are also set up in a quaint booth within the store for all aspiring Uber Drivers. The staff is very friendly, with the exception of the mechanic hired for car inspections. Unfortunately, they were eager to upsell under-the-table mechanic work after an overly critical evaluation of my 2007 Toyota Prius.Newer cars with no cosmetic flaws will pass with flying colors!I came back with a 2014 Honda Civic that passed after a more brief inspection. I did not appreciate the inconsistency in inspection procedures.Overall a great location!

If I could give no stars I would, this store is awful! Stay away from Anthony Marcel, he is the worst. I went in because my phone would not get service and was told that my phone was physically damaged because he could fit his fingernail in between my screen and casing. Ridicules, I thought but ok. Then asked if I could make a phone call using the store phone because I have no phone. Anthony Marcel told me that it was store policy that customer are not allowed to make phone calls using there phone. I guess they didnt want the call to drop with this crapy Sprint service. After talking with another corporate store for a second opinion, I decided to try to talk with the Escondido store one more time on the matter, considering they are the only repair store within my area. The second time I went in, all of the reps including the manger where siting down playing on there phones and didnt even stand up to greet me. I asked Anthony if I could talk to the technician, he then told me that technicians do not talk to customers, Ummmm??? Finally, he stormed of and got the technician who wasnt even smart enough to know what the ESRP repair program was or even existed. So the rest of my conversation was with a manager who ultimately just wasted my time. Never go to this store and NEVER BUY anything from Anthony Marcel, he will be the one with spikes and or gauges in his ear, haha.

Here it goes.My mom has changed her carrier from Verizon to Sprint close to couple months ago, after a month and a half the phone can not make any out going calls nor receive any incoming calls.She thought itll get fixed by just restarting the phone but the problem didnt get resolved. After two weeks she finally decides to take her phone back to the store, one store (Carmel mtn) tells her to call customer service, she calls and the customer service rep suggests her to go to the store in Poway, the people at that store try fixing her phone yet the problem was not still redolved... The following day she takes her phone back to Carmel mountain branch and she says that her phone is still not fixed and shes tired of driving around from one location to another.. The person working at the time in that location says that the store in poway is not a corporate store and that she should take her phone to Escondido ...We take the phone to Escondido and they said that we have to leave the phone with them and once the phone is fixed they will call us.. Next day comes, no one calls and we called them.. We drove there again and the tech girl (Stephanie, who was very nice) told us that there shouldnt be any problem with the phone anymore and if the problem repeats they will surely replace the phone with another... She also mentioned that the phone has network issues and where we live doesnt get network, yet I, myself have sprint and have no network problem whatsoever, mine is an Iphone 6 versus my moms which is a Samsung galaxy 6...Anyhow the following day the problem repeats and I contact the store and I at that point am very upset and disappointed for convincing my mom to change her carrier from Verizon to this sh*tty service... I speak to the girl who is working there and she has absolutely no Idea about what Im talking about and wont even let me explain what the issue is and jumps to conclusion.. I request to talk to a tech, I get transferred, and the guy picks up without any sort of greeting or anything and says This is John and I said you dont say hi to your customers? And he says yes I did, I said hello this is john.. I said Why are you lying? You didnt say hello! after I explain the whole problem and how the sprint people keep passing us from one location to another and I request for a new functional phone that actually does the most basic thing that is expected from a phone t, Recieving incoming and outgoing calls and I explain to him that I also have Speint and have no issues with the network but she does, he starts saying the same thing that this is a network issue... I said how is this possible?? We both live in the same house, so there is something wrong with the phone itself and it needs to be replaced.. he responds: Well you can buy another phone from us at a full retail price.......So we are basically wasting our gas and our money everyday to get this freaking phone fixed not only that it doesnt get fixed, yet the option they give us is to buy a new phone at its full retail price..Please do not do service with sprint... They will give you the worst service youll ever experience... You would get a better service at T-mobile than sprint!! trust me I had T-mobile before and never once had so much drama...

For the record ..Ive been a sprint customer for 8+ yrs.I went with the sole intent on purchasing an international phone.The salesman proceeded to sell me a phone that is nearly useless for international use.We only discussed it for like 30 mins...how is it possible to work there and have no idea about international or at least ask somebody who does....Of course now Im stuck w this nexus.Phone .Its ok, although bulky...would have worked,,, exept for the fact that cdma sysytems are horrible for international..unless you enjoy paying 3.50/min!!!!!!! ridiculous!!!!!!
