Great costumer service and friendly staff!

This place is the worst. I broke my phone and was given two different prices on the same phone by different Associates on different days. Then my bill ends up being twice the amount to include a phone case which the associate says have I have to buy to get the phone. When I went in there I said I could spend no more than $100. Boy was that a mistake. The bill added up to $99.42 including the phone which was supposed to be $50, the wallet case which I did not want, and the activation fees and taxes. I gave her $100 and she didnt even give me my $0.68 change. I had no choice because I had no phone. Im planning on Switching service hopefully today and returning the phone and the service never to return again.

This store and workers all the girls are beautiful and the dude there is cool supper nice they are made some friends and maybe a future wife lol and good service please promote them and keep them there thanks and have a good day!

The Escondido store is absolutely horrible with their customer service one of their employees yelled at me cursed at me and acted in an extremely unprofessional way and was not reprimanded nor fired Im sorry but where I come from the customer is always right and it didnt need to get to the escalation of anger that it got you and manager did nothing to diffuse it theyre all young kids none of them have any work ethnic as far as I can see they certainly dont know how to treat customers that I know for sure
