Ordered a front and rear bumper for my side by side. The rear bumper came in a timely manner but they said due to covid the front bumper was on back order. I understood that so I waited. After waiting a month a shipment arrived and it was another REAR bumper. Have called and emailed many times with no response may have to do something legally because of course they got their money right away!!

BUYER BEWARE! They will take your money not ship your items then try to charge more.i cant wait for them to open a store near me so I can show some real love. Hack job California losers!

Been trying to get someone to return a call, Facebook message or email for 4 months so I can return an item with absolutely no response.

Having the same communication problems as a lot of other reviewers. The shipping speed was good but I got the wrong mirrors for my viking 6. Sent an email and never heard back so I decided to call them and was told they would look into it and call me back. Obviously that didnt happen either since I am writing this review. First and last time buyer with these people. Doesnt surprise me though given their location. Doubt I will get a response here either. Keep shopping people, dont waste your time here!!!

Let me start off with this was by far the best experience so far with a SxS parts order I have had.Order my spare mount on the 22nd showed up the 24th.Rushed home as we all do when parts show up and open everything up.Come to find it was missing some screws. Bummer right? Called them and he went out with me on the phone and opened a new box got the screws for me and has sent them out on rush.I am still installing right now but will just put in the other screws that Polaris didnt pack NOT side-by-side sports.Thank you guys again.I will be recommending you guys to everyone here in VegasThanks again

Ordered a set of wheels and tires on May 10th. Due to C-19, everything was back-ordered, so i patiently waited. June rolled around and Brad kept saying they are shipping next week, they are shipping next week. Its June 25 and I still dont have any wheels or tires. No one answers emails I sent, no one answers the phone. Ive filed a dispute with my credit card company hoping to recoup my $870.00 that they charged me.Be careful placing orders with these guys.

The worst - part of a scammer website

They had a set of shocks back ordered 3 months because of COVID19 but as soon as they received them they shipped them out!

My first and last dealing with these guys. Their site states they will ship 2 to 4 business days from date of order....Only after the fact that you learn.....NOT....poor communications by them...and the attitude is...oh well.

Great service! Even with my mistakes in not reading the part about seat covers being made to order (so would of course take longer), Brad was more than accommodating. Even let me return the set that I had inadvertently ordered in error, and set up the FedEx return for me.

Very poor service. Ordered almost $600 windshield and they listed it as shipping within 5-7 days. Emailed on the 5th day to see where order status was at and they said it could be up to 2 weeks before it shipped. I was fine with this since its only a few extra days. 3 days later and now I was told that it could be 3-4 weeks out since they have them built per order. Nowhere on the website did it say anything about it having to be built after the order was placed. I figured it took a few days to get it packaged since it is a glass windshield. Called to see if there was anything they could do to help out with the cost of a temporary plastic windshield since it was advertised incorrectly and didnt state it had to be build. They said there is nothing they can do to help... Now Im stuck without a windshield and will have to purchase a temporary one or not use the $24,000 utv I just bought. Thanks for the garbage service and I would recommend shopping elsewhere. Will try to update after I receive the windshield.EDIT: Manager called back and apologized for how previous discussion went. He is working with me on this issue and came through with an alternative that is helping me out. I feel that he did the correct thing in helping since the website was giving false information. Would recommend shopping here.

I too had issues with shipping timeliness and communication, but in the end, Brad was a stand up businessman and did right by me and my family.
