I’m would giving zero stars because they have the worst customer service. Tried getting the name of the manager that was helping my husband and they refused to give us his name. My husband paid with Apple Pay and they made him drive back home (San Diego) to get his card for 59 dollars. Rude and unprofessional location. Go to autozone instead.

Disiponted I waited 9 minutes with I was the only customer.1 guy at the counter never acknowledge me as I was standing 3 ft from him . I only wanted a simple item that was visible behind the counter but I was waiting my turn . When I did ask turned his back so I walked out . I will never bother that store again with a purchase. Not will all people I know.Good work.

Slowest Napa auto parts Ive ever been to hands down.15 minutes...nobody in store...dudes chatting it up on the phone and one guy stressing asking for help at the counter.....for one customer...me.These guys get paid GOOD by the hour. No sense of urgency to help customers here.

We have always had great service from NAPA Auto Parts at our shop American Auto Clinic. Ronnie is the best and is always so helpful, courteous,and professional when delivering parts to us.

Best auto parts ever. Staff is really knowledgeable and they really go the extra mile just to make sure you get what you really need and save money. Place overall is clean and had a wide parking lot. It really helps that it is located to most auto dealers so you can go ahead and compare prices without going too far.

Great auto parts! They tend to be more expensive, but you get what you pay for in auto parts. NAPA has a great reputation, much better than the cheapo stores.

I stop in here from time to time. The prices are a little higher than some other parts stores but the associates are always helpfull. It never really that busy either and I havent had to wait for them to get a part in as they have a pretty large warehouse on site.

Too busy for number of employees at the desk. Employees rudely answered phones three times while processing my purchase, ignoring me and making me wait while they prioritized the phone.Also the antiquated dot matrix printer receipt thing is really played, I dont like waiting around for them to walk over and get me a receipt, rip off their copy, etc. Take notice corporate, a little thing called Kaizen, will go a long way towards keeping you around for the 2020s.

Great selection but salespeople /clerks are next to useless. Of all the probably 20 times I’ve been in this store I’ve never once been asked if I need help and that’s even when I’m the only customer. Terrible service.

They have lots of parts available. Depending who you ask, they might be very knowledgeable or they could careless... They are a bit more expensive than average.

Napa is the next best place to buy vehicle parts after the dealerships at a lower price. I should know, I was an Automotive Tech for 30 years,

They usually have the parts but take sooo long to check out and pay for stuffEvery SKU has to be entered by hand the owner wont step up and even modernize to a bar code reader.Do e to this I am more inclined to do business elsewhere even though I drive further it tends to be faster

Every time I visit this location, I have an issue. I will not return, and I recommend going elsewhere. It took over 15 minutes to figure out that apparently Napa doesnt carry my light bulb (Ive bought it there before...) and to issue a refund for selling me the incorrect bulb.

Had an employee call here to see if they had my part. I was told they wont even turn around to look, and I have to drive here to look myself. Part wasnt there, took 30 seconds to look but 20 mins to drive there.....thanks. Also watch out for the parking lot, its just disrespectful to ask people to park there and scrape their cars every time they back out.

Cost too much. Several of the counter guys need retraining or replaced.
