I was looking for a new mattress and based on Consumer Reports I found the Denver mattress. The nearest location was still a little far and I was concerned about delivery. I called and the Erie store manager, Tim worked with me to do sure I had what I needed for the correct price. I can’t wait to to receive my mattress set.

I had pretty much made up my mind when I got to Denver Mattress that I would get a version of the Purple Mattress. Sam waited on me instantly and I tried out the different versions which were all on display. I had originally thought I would get level 2 an upgrade from level 1 but when lying on them I could not tell the difference and salesman Sam agreed with me. So I bought a lot of the extras since it seemed the easy way to get them even though I suspect I could have gotten them cheaper on line. Sam was not high pressure and showed me samples of what I was getting. All in all a good shopping experience. The Denver Mattress store has a nice selection of different brands set up ready to try out.

Tim was very friendly and found several beds that would fit what we were looking for. He explained what each bed and base offered so we could make a good decision. We were only planning on looking but, after his help, we felt confident with all the info to make our purchase. Plus the financing is amazing! I went into Denver Mattress with my son pretty much knowing what my son was interested in checking out. We were cordially acknowledged by a salesperson named Dan, who politely greeted us and offered his assistance. When telling him what we were in there looking for he then guided us in the correct direction and shared his knowledge on the subject. Dan was sure to explain all important information and current deals on this topic. We did make the purchase with Dans assistance that went flawlessly. My son and I felt no pushy salesperson pressure. A VERY important factor to me. Plus during these times of covid we felt safe as everyone wore a mask and kept their distance appropriately. I will definitely think about Dan and Denver Mattress again next time I am in search of new bedding. I highly recommend giving them an opportunity to earn your business.
