They sold me a carpet cleaner that had no plug. Try to exchange it for one that worked, wanted me to pay $10 more because I didnt have the same coupon they applied to the first one. I wasnt very important apparently because instead of helping me, they proceeded to wait on someone in line. Seth the cashier was nothing but kind, there was also another lady who was very helpful. Management needs fired for sure. I wont be back to Big Lots anytime soon.

Pathetic, is the only word that comes to mind on our experience tonight. We were out looking for a new t.v. stand and found the perfect one. So we found the furniture associate and told him what one we wanted. With out skipping a beat he said it will take 8 weeks to get. Mind you he never looked it up, at all. I said the card on it says take home today, he said well its wrong. I asked if he was sure about that and he said yes. So we left sat in our car and ordered it online and it will be delivered to our house in 5-7 days. Days, not 8 weeks, 5-7 days. We will not be back to that store.

I visited this location when visiting Erie for shopping south of the border. Small location with ample parking. Inside is clean, and generally fair priced for discount goods. Typical low quality furniture, however, it does appear to be a good place to pickup low price Kuerig KCups current pricing was $25 for a large box. Seemingly a good deal. Staff wasnt particularly friendly or helpful.

I am a fan of Big Lots, however its a flip of a coin, as to what type of deal you may get. As in the past, if they are able to buy bulk, at a great price, they pass it on to their customers.This particular store is clean, bright, and well stocked.Their employees are efficient, and helpful.Today, I went there to buy bedding, and found a fair price. However several other items I needed were priced higher, then competitive stores in our area.Overall, a good store to shop at.

Ordered a chair and they have canceled twice and have not given an exact reason why I am very disappointed specially because we had just spent over a thousend here the same day it was supposed to be delivered, Have never been so disappointed in my life

I went to check out the bed selection. I asked a few questions to the associate in the department and he answered all of them. Left not purchasing because they didnt have what i was looking for.

Waiting over a month for a couch. I appreciate the current events that make this delay, which would have been fine if the people we ordered from were honest about it, but lying to customers and an incompetent logistics system means 1 star. Reps in the furniture department assured us our order would arrive on the next truck within 2 weeks. 4 weeks later, no truck, and no one knows when that truck will arrive. Looks like Big Lots needs to hire a logistics company, or an operations supervisor to monitor these things, because this is an antiquated system at best.

A little short on staff in furniture. Had to wait 20 min. Then They couldnt get my chair out because of how the boxes were stacked in the back so I had to come back but otherwise great selection, beautiful furniture and home decor. Prices cant be beat

Just an awful place, barely put together as far as the staff goes and the effectiveness of their execution and information.We wanted to purchase a sectional, and first there was a miscommunication with the employee. We revisited the store to sort it out, no big deal. But when we go back, were then told that they only actually have three sectionals in stock, and the only one that was facing the right direction for what we needed that was MUCH more expensive. We are then told that they wont be back in stock of much of anything until the end of August. Nice, as roughly 7 customers are intently browsing your furniture, none of them have any knowledge that hey, youre not actually going to be able to buy this.One of the floor models we liked was facing the correct direction, not our original choice, but we could manage. So we opted for asking if we could purchase the floor model, as they wouldnt be in stock of anything until late August anyways. We were told that there has to be a floor model for people to see the price. Really? For a couch they cant buy? Even better! I said lets cut our losses and go.We later found what we THOUGHT was a sectional on their website for roughly what we paid mistakenly in store and ordered it.Turns out it was JUST the chaise lounge for nearly the same price as the entire sectional we originally thought we were purchasing.We checked to see if we could just order the rest of the sectional and call it a day, as it would seemingly be the easiest option at this point. Naturally, they dont even list the rest of it, not in stock just like EVERYTHING else.. imagine that!So, we decided to call to cancel it.We get some woman who barely speaks English telling us that cancelling the order and refunding the money is out of her scope.She wanted to give a reference number, and we had to push with her for about 5 minutes to just transfer us to someone who could solve the issue, and we have now been on hold for about 20 minutes waiting for this to be taken care of.All in all, the experience Ive had with anything Big Lots related in the past 24 hours has been completely terrible and I would HIGHLY recommend taking your business literally ANYWHERE else. I know I will never visit any of their locations ever again and will let others know to avoid the trouble and take their business elsewhere as well.

Wish our east side Big Lots would re-open but it is always a great when we get to the west side. Selection could be expanded if there wasnt so much furniture is the only downside to me.

One of my favorite stores that I find myself shopping at a lot! Big Lots has an in-house program called Big Rewards. After you have made 3 shopping trips they reward you with a coupon for your next purchase! They periodically also extend a 20 percent discount on everything in the store! You cant afford not to Shop here!

It is very busy since its close to Christmas but the line moved fairly quickly.

This is probably the best Big Lots I’ve ever been to, they remodeled recently and it’s a lot better then they used to be. Staff is very friendly and kind and they have a lot of nice stuff for a decent price. What more can you ask?

Stop in to buy a recliner was told the one I wanted was out of stock and to stop back in two or three weeks. No attempt to sell the display. I wont be stopping back in two or three weeks, can find a chair way before that. Also a person would have to stand on their head to look for a DVD as they were all upside down. Wake up people

Its October 23rd, and there are 3 things Halloween left in the store. One aisle of Thanksgiving decor. And 20 aisles of christmas.

Price good but employees leaving jobs half done in the aisles to do other things. Maybe were told to or not but it made going down the aisles impossible if someone else was there. Very narrow.

The store is much more organized since the remodel. There are not as many great deals but most of the prices are low enough.

Ill be brutally honest, my fiance and I liked big lots better before the remodel.Theres virtually nothing there anymore worth perusing.

I love shopping here you can find items for a reasonable price plus they have a program where you can lease items if you dont have all the cash upfront which I think is amazing if you pay it off within 3-4 months.

Terrible experience...do not use the delivery service unless they switch to chucks delivery service. The first sectional we ordered was delivered as promised for $70, but too big to fit in our apartment. Our fault, so we picked out a recliner and love seat from Andrew and Adam who were very kind, friendly, and accommodating. But when the second set of furniture was to be delivered the delivery boy called to tell my boyfriend that he didnt feel like delivering because he was alone and wanted to spend the day with his girlfriend so he would come another day. My boyfriend told him to bring the furniture he would help. He showed up with only the recliner and more complaints about working. When my boyfriend called bigots the women there Donna, Norma and another rwoman, whose name.i do not remember, gave him a hard time about it and needed him to bring the receipt so I sent pictures of the receipt from work and they figured out that we did order it and then promptly blamed it on Andrew and Adam that the love seat was not delivered. No apologies, no care at all but free delivery next time? What?! So they were to deliver today 6/28at 1 pm... no one shows up. I called irate, to be honest as now I am going to be late for work. But thank God for Andrew and Adam. They had Chris from chucks delivery come with my love seat in half an hour... they were wonderful! Thank you to Andrew, Adam, chucks delivery for making up for a hideous experience.

Staff is always helpful. Adam went out of his way to help us load our car with the purchase we made.
