Good store for just about anything you need at great prices. Just wish the aisles were not blocked all the time especially by the clothing. Cant even look at things there.

Conviently located. Fairly big, has all your needs in stock. The staff is friendly and check out is fast. You can order on app and just pick it up if you want. They recently remodeled the store with a lot more refrigerated food and frozen foods. Prices are decent but the digital coupons are easy to use and apply. I go there every week for 5 bucks off. They off wifi but only for their app. I use the app to scan my items before checkout to find any coupons that I can apply before checkout, and I know how much Im spending before check out. Its a lot easier than going to big box store, closer to home and easy to use coupons.

They are always out of stock for whatever I want. I went there a few weeks ago for excedrine migraine and NOPE. I went there for Monster rehab, didnt have any. Today, ona FOOTBALL SUNDAY I went to get chips and French onion dip and what do you know, absolutely no dip. What a shocker! If you want to go to dollar general I would HIGHLY recommend going to the one at 38th and Washington St. The employees also seem to always have a bad attitude, as if i am bothering them when I try to ask a question about a location of a product I cannot find. That takes me to my last point, the store layout seems chaotic with product spread all over the place which makes finding what Im looking for an incredibly frustrating experience.

Its nice and clean but alot of the time they follow you around like im going to steal something, i buy whst i want and need staff other then the manager there real nice they have a lot of good idems.Just need to be more carring or helpful thank you for letting me give feed beck.

This store has so many more items in it than my hometowns. Dollar General, really needs to build a new and larger store for this site. I didnt see any worker at 7:30 pm, other than James. He is absolutely awesome!!! The manager, Debbie, should take notice of this employee. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!!!!! He said he wasnt working alone, but to my mom and I it certainly looked as if he was alone. He was helping my mom and I find the battery operated tea lights. He asked if we would excuse him for a few minutes and he would be right back. I observed him check out 5 separate orders, go to the parking lot and retrieve 2 shopping carts and then return to help us! I am VERY impressed with this young man. A hard worker that Dollar General should be EXTREMELY proud of. Lori Maurer

Well stocked. I found my shower liner and bath tub mat.

Was hard to get around. There was way to many things upstruging the isles.

Its Dollar general! I mean really. So I go to the ones with courteous cashiers. Not this one! 2 older ladies work there, mostly Eves. Mean women

They always have stuff blocking the isles. Lazy workers.

I like dollar general but the place was a mess, the floors were sticky and dirty and carts of stock in almost every aisle. Happiness was when I got my items and the cashier was friendly so I could leave and wash my hands.

Pretty clean and the cashier was nice.

I purchase a laundry basket there that the quality of it was just as good as the other box stores. But half the price. They certainly have a lot to choose from well have to go back again and go through the store the prices are all very reasonable though.

What can I say about this place where you can run in and run out and dont have to walk in long isles

Again they satisfy my chocolate craving for a cheap price. Tootsie Roll midgees cheaper than Sans Club! Also got shoelaces for half the price of anywhere else.

This is the WORST Dollar General!!! Its filthy, stock carts sit in the aisles and the manager & asst manager are the rudest employees Ive ever encountered at any store!!!

I can purchase some of my favorite items inexpensively & in a smaller venue than a larger grocery store.

Staff is always friendly...store is clean, very little wait time, even on xmas eve!

They routinely offer sale prices which do not ring up unless you complain to a manager. This has been going on for months. I ended up filing a complaint with the Attorney Generals office.

This store is hot mess . I don’t care what time of day it is . There is always carts of stock blocking the merchandise & aisles . It’s absolutely ridiculous!!! They have lost so many purchases from me because of that

The cashiers are always Pleasant and friendly but the store is a complete mess you have boxes and things blocking the aisles, you can barely move through the store its in complete disarray and very unorganized so much it makes the store look trashy and unclean.

The is your typical Dollar General. Staff is great but you can tell cooperate keeps a tight string on them in regards to help.

I mean its dollar general, come on you shouldnt be expecting anything fancy, but they got good deals on junk food and lots of little randoms that proved useful.

Store is o.k but there is one clerk there that is soooo rude Ive made up my mind today that Ill never go back to that Dollar General ever again. Theres way too many Dollar Generals in Erie for me to have to put up with her nasty attitude. I feel if she hates her job so much, why is she still working there

Garbage store, one specific garbage employee. Not sure what else to expect from some disgruntled old aged shit slinger working at the heart of American culture. Couldnt bother to put my shit in a bag so I couldnt bother to even think about giving a single shit about her name. Everyone else is friendly and does their job fine from what Ive seen. Just the one old fart who didnt think about a retirement plan and obviously regrets it now.

I really like the store, although its hard finding certain items.

I was able to buy centrum vitamins, 60ct. Adult, for $1 after the $4 coupon from retail me not flyer. Bought five at $5 each and had a $5 off $25 dg digital coupon. I paid 5¢ after 4 manufacturer $4 coupons, one digital $4 centrum coupon and $5 off $25. Would give it higher but the cashier was a bit loud and extremely defensive as I stated the coupons would work without a problem. She had to exaggerate and make a deal of calling up manager and stating different managers authorize them differently. ????? They should be taught the appropriate way so there is no drama which I was enduring with this person. Manager had to explain coupon would work and that it stated four allowed in same transaction. Do not like that dg! Seems to always be drama there with employees not accepting customers coupons without the drama. I avoid it most times.

Poor customer service the manager there is non friendly, rude and not very helpful. This is my 2nd time shopping there and she has not changed her attitude towards customers or the staff. I will NEVER shop here again. Did I mention how messy the store looks too.

Cheap but enjoyable

By far the worst Dollar General I have ever shopped in! Cashier Janet verbally berated me because her register froze and she didnt know what to do. Yelled at me 3 times to remove my credit card from the machine, when my card was in my hand in plain view the entire time. It took my 11 year old grandaughter saying maam, you dont have to be rude, for her to stop yelling. It was awful. The sad thing is I have witnessed her in action on many occasions. Certainly not a customer oriented individual. I will shop elsewhere in the future as I have heard many others say.
