Self check out lanes mostly card only. I was using cash so I just left since Walmart doesnt want my cash they can keep their product. If Walmart doesnt start caring about its customers Ill be shopping elsewhere. Im willing to spend more when a store understands what customer service is.

Another great clearance Haul most of these were only a dollar some were two and three but still a great bargain, I can only catch these here and there... I wish I had the inside scoop on when they clearance their items.

They were anxious to help it felt very secure in there for it being called ghetto Mart Erie PA it was all right

Just a cluster employees have no idea whats going on. They try n make you go through only 2 lanes or 1 self checkout thats back up all the way back to frozen foods. Electronics is the only department that will help you or even check you out. Stay away just not worth it

This Walmart has never been my favorite. I normally will pay more at Tops or drive further to another Walmart. The atmosphere is just a tad different than at any other store. I am extremely disappointed though that the staff and security here made my boyfriend, who is a hard working and loving man, feel like a thief last night. He was looking at a large TV that costs around a grand. For 20 minutes, multiple employees and security followed him around. Before he could pay for the TV, they all had to go back and check something like they were reviewing cameras. As soon as he paid, they all started to walk away instead of helping him get the TV to his car. I find this incredibly unacceptable that my boyfriend was treated this way based on the color of his skin. Walmart is very lucky I wasnt there with him as I am 9 months pregnant and would have told them they could keep the TV since other stores like Best Buy have them and since they apparently do not understand how they make their paying customers feel.

A young, cute black female associate helped me find a couple items that I found on the website, but couldnt find in the store. She was very pleasant.

Lines were kinda long but people were pretty much keeping them moving along and that was a plus. I am trying to get my glasses but lately its been a hassle for me cus my insurance was changed then on top of that, waiting months to get get seen and find a pair I act like alot for the next few years ..

Arriving 5 minutes before customer service closes earns you dirty looks and rude comments from Amber. She looked over my problem for a whole 15 seconds and told me there wasnt anything she could do. Good thing I know enough to ask for a manager. Kyree had me straightened out in 2 minutes. Some people just should not work customer service. Amber was just rude to everyone that approached her. Come on management, pay attention.

Good store merchandise; EXTREMELY BUSY almost all the time; employees need loss prevention training on not being so concpicuously sheep-like.

Disgusting! This Walmart Supercenter should be renamed Walmart Ghettocenter. The customer base (in this usually-peaceful family store) was full of disrespectful, impatient, and sketchy people. There were couple arguments, unruly children, and ill-mannered degenerates all throughout this facility. I literally had to watch my six everywhere I went - stalkers, gawkers, and thieves, oh my! The employees here are extremely unhelpful and stand at the check-out mean-mugging everyone. Its no surprise that a security guard is posted right at the entrance to the building. I highly suggest not shopping at this particular Walmart Supercenter. For a much better shopping experience, go to the Walmart Supercenter on Downs Drive or West Ridge Road in Erie, PA. You can shop in peace, safety, and receive quality customer service at other Walmart Supercenters. The Walmart Supercenter at 2711 Elm Street in Erie, PA is rife with trouble, incompetence, and safety issues. Again, stay away from the Walmart Ghettocenter! 👎🤮 🚔

There were absolutely NO Cashiers working at the time all of these ppl, incl. myself were checking out! We ALL had to use the Self- Checkouts.

One stop does it all most of the time only problem is they have a problem keeping high demand items on the shelves ALL THE MONTH at this particular location.. it has forced me to to subscribe to their delivery service to ensure I got my essentials...BUT you have to order EARLY in the morning for the that day.. PLUS side ..they offer in bulk things they dont on the shelves.. thats why 4*s

This location is extremely sloppy when it comes to organization also myself and my daughters were unable to use the restrooms due to the clogged toilets that also had the seats falling off. Then I was unable to get any assistance finding what I was looking for because no one spoke any English and also the others were clueless about where to find the items I was looking for.....

The employees were very friendly and when I needed help I did hace to wait awhile but its understandable as they are short staffed. The place is clean unlike some Wal-Marts that Ive been. People just need to be alittle patient as staffing is very hard to find. Overall very happy with the service and products I purchased.

Walmarts like any other Walmart usually always busy but the people are as nice as they can be and they do try their hardest to help you

I completed my 1st curb side pickup today for food. I got to say I am pleased with my experience. I checked into the Walmart app when I was leaving, the app showed an estate of arrival. When I got to Walmart it asked which parking spot I was at. A few minutes later an associate came out asked our last name and loaded the items. I will be using it more in the future.

Just one more of the countless sales giants that are killing small mom and pop corner stores and building to be the sales monopoly of the US if not of the whole world. Nothing overly impressive and nothing uniquely original. Walmart is Walmart is Walmart.

Typical average shopping experience for a big box store. However, some items seem like theyre consistently out of stock at this location. On the plus side, the store layout at this location is easier to navigate than newer Walmart prototype stores.

Awful grocery pick up experience at this walmart. They have twice given me food items that are expired 2 weeks before. People should avoid this specific walmart location especially for pick up.

This Walmart Superstore has a decent selection of merchandise. However, it is one of the worst I have ever been to out of many in the United States. The time it takes to check out here drives many away as soon as they realize it wasnt just a bad day but standard practice after just 2 to 3 trips.

In customer service, while I was standing there the two cashiers were whispering and looking at me. Maybe I return stuff alot... sorry Im indecisive and sorry I dont inspect before purchase. Or whatever the reason may be. It was rude and the cashier was very snippy with me. Another time I was cashing a voucher and their was a line wrapped around the front of the store. Get some employees and me the current go through sensitivities trIningAll the ladies said no we cant help and shes leaving.

A typical Walmart! I personally think this stores grocery area is very small compared to the other 2 local Walmarts.

If you wanna pay cash forget it they will make you wait in a line for an hr cause they have all the other lines open for cards only! I refuse to shop here. They make up rules just to inconvenience you. While workers are standing around they could be checking everyone ought whether they are paying card or cash!!!!

Got some last min shoes for one of my sons was kinda worried about them not being name brand but And 1s are affordable and u ask me there dope and comfortable

Zero help at garden center again. Loaded another 15 25-30lbs of compost, potting soil, and mulch ALONE, AGAIN, even after requesting assistance. No staff assistance available for garden center.. Although, numerous employees overseeing the self-check out. Associate that helped me check out the garden order was rude, and seemed as if it was a bother. She was chatting with another employee about her lunch break was soon..

Atmosphere was ok. Service was ok, too. But they did their job without communication or friendliness

I understand why this is called the Ghetto Mart. Boxes of merchandise in the aisles, clothing in the floor (and associates walk by and dont pick it up), many shelves are empty and advertised items are non existent.

The girl who was at the home goods side of the store greeting was SO NICE. The store itself was small, but clean and well stocked. Not much selection for anything here, but, again clean and shelves had plenty of product on them.

Went inside to grab a few items, and come out to my tires slashed. This is the first time anything like this has happened. The Tire Center also was no help. It took them 45 mins to change the one tire, and refused to sign me up for tax exempt. Theres terrible people that work there, and thats why they attract terrible people that go there and slash peoples tires. I can see why this place it rated 3.7 stars.

Great place to shop for everything for the home from a to z!

This place has great produce. They really go out of their way to make sure everyone has a mask and there is plenty of antibiotic hand sanitizer. But some of the staff are overworked. They are operating most days 30 to 40 percent understaffed when major crowds come thru. Poor kids, I must say that they are some of the hardest workers I have seen and they deserve a raise. These stimulus check days are brutal. Crowds are mean and inconsiderate to say the least. But they not only accommodate them the best they can, they do it with a smile. I applaud you my friends. My respect and my smile is only part of my response. I shall send my review to your bosses and ask they fairly reward them and go from there. With this being a popular beach/ swimming spot, you would think they would keep swimsuits stocked.... But they do not!

The self check out is ok, but they need more lines open do to long waits

No price checkers and price that came up from scanning with phone on app had a $43.00 price difference than actual ringing up .. as usual, many associates seen conversations throughout store but none able to help during checkout, except the usual 1 associate assigned

Was busy in store, but people have no masks on in groups way too close, or impatient. Even though it was busy, produce and vegetables were old and moldy, out of many things and the store was dirty. Disappointed!

The car Care here you better check anything you have done here I had to go back up there on a oil change because they didnt do what they were supposed to have done to busy playing around.
