My local Kays jewelry store, at the Millcreek mall, is a pleasure to shop.The staff is friendly and very knowledgable, the jewelry is high quality, and they have a great selection.If would highly recommend paying them a visit to satisfy your jewelry shopping needs.

Rip off artists liars, that dont stand behind the product after the sale. Stay well clear prices are high my girlfriend made a purchase here, tried to return it within the time allowed 60 days. She was denied the return worst part is kay had the piece 95 percent of the time she had it 6 days now it went out for sizing 3 times they sized it incorrectly

Went to have my watch cleaned, since they usually do a thorough job, but this time I seemed to be bothering the staff member. She brushed it for 2 seconds and hastily handed it back to me. I could have done a better spit shine job. If you dont want to do your job, find employment elsewhere. Will visit local jeweler for future cleanings from now on.

Always a great experience at Kays! The staff is always so nice and helpful. We normally see Arika for everything and she is awesome! I would recommend them over any other jeweler. Thanks for always being friendly and efficient ☺️

My Mom recently passed away and I got her Mother’s ring.I don’t care for yellow gold and the prongs were worn and a stone had fallen out, but it was my Mom’s ring with the 3 of us kids birthstones and has a lot of sentimental value. The girl spent 2 1/2 hours until I finally came up with this idea. The garnet is my Mom’s birthstone.So she will always be watching over us🥰Their jeweler did an amazing job on this custom piece for me.The Manager and Assistant Manager are phenomenal!

Had to take the wifes ring in for a check it wasnt kays we bought the ring at it was JBR we bought the ring at wasnt even aware of the fact that JBR closed until I walked in there, the associate was very friendly and personable just sucks that they dont do any service in house it all gets sent out and takes 2 weeks to get back

My fiancé and I went to Kay’s to window shop a couple months ago. I found a ring I loved. It wasn’t set in stone that I wanted that particular ring but my boyfriend wanted to get me what I wanted. It was obviously out of our price range and the only way we could afford it is if we sold his grandmas ring he gave to me. My fiancé decided to give me both rings and I decide what I wanted to do. He asked his mom if it was okay to sell his grandmas ring. That was not an option, which is totally understandable! She wanted to keep it in the family (It was his idea) we went back to Kays to explain we had to return the ring he bought and would like to have the diamonds from his grandmas ring on a new band. They treated us like we were the worst people on the planet for returning this ring. I am happy to wear his grandmothers diamonds but this salesperson treated me like I made the worst decision. After we did all the paperwork to get the diamonds transferred to a new band, the price was ridiculous!! They want over 3000 grand! And they wanted a crazy interest rate. Needless to say we took back the wedding band and are going to a local family owned jeweler that offered a much less rate for what we need. I don’t recommend this place if customer service is important. All they care about is the $$$.

I called asking questions and the women that answered the phone was very rude we shopped at JB Robinson for years and now that they are closed Kays is part of there group I will never shop there due to how the women talked to me in the phone I couldnt imagine how she would be in person to actually have her make a commission off of anything I buy

Would never go back 2 this store in erie pa my husband and i was in the store over Christmas and the person was not nice 2 my husband and i we was looking at the best friend and forever ring the way he looked at my husband was like can you buy this for your wife you dont know how much money my husband makes so dont look at someone like they cant buy something my husband and i have got alot of things from kays in Pittsburgh and if we need anything we will go there from now on where they dont look at you that way so sad that i have 2 go almost 2 hours 2 get some great help
