Absolutely amazing!! My engagement ring was too big and he was able to take it down a size and a half within 2hrs. There is absolutely no markings and I can’t even tell where he took it in at! I really didn’t want to send it out and not have it for days so this was perfect!

The owner John did an incredible job on my engagement ring resize. Had to go from a 7 to a 4.5 and he did it within 24 hours! Who wants to wait longer after getting engaged if it needs resized? Not me! Highly recommend!

Recently engaged, my fiance and I went here the day after he proposed to have my ring tightened. It took about 2 hours, in which we putzed around the mall and ate at the food court. It was sweet because it was like a mini-date. I loved how fast they were!! And when I had called other locations in the area before choosing Fast Fix, others were not nearly as affordable for the speed. Other jewelry stores told me it would be about 2-3 weeks waiting for my ring to come in for the same (or more) price. Fast-Fix Jewelry allowed me to have my ring THAT same day, so it barely left my sight :) . Very happy with their service there!!

To be completely honest not many businesses around Erie area to even be in existence. Id like to keep it short and sweet as they say when we got to keep it sweet but not short too many positive aspects to leave out. Its unheard of nowadays one on one respectful meaningful service this gentleman gives day in and day out. I remember walking into this Jeweler approximately 32 years ago I am now a 38 walking in there with my father I can remember looking in the case is at all the shiny objects and him not even saying anything about how Im smudging up the glass LOL. But today I picked up my bracelet not only gave it to me but he checked to make sure it fit perfect and that I was pleased jiri cleaned it wiped it down and put it back on my wrist as it was a gift from my mother the first Christmas we spent without my father and it was a gift each one of his sons received. Jeweler not knowing how meaningful the bracelet meant to me he treated it better then if it was his own. The business card Mr. Murphy handed me Stated John E. These guys have always been fast and efficient, great customer service and very personable. They installed a 1 year battery (it lasted just over a year) in my MK watch the first time. The next time I stopped by I had them install the lifetime battery (worth every cent) and they fixed a minor mechanical in the watch at the time. A 5 star rating is underrated.

Took my fiancé rind here to get resized because it was too big on a Thursday and the gentleman told me he had to order the metal to add a shank to it because it would just break if he sized it because of the band being so thin, I appreciated his honesty and he told me it will be ready by probably Wednesday but he didnt say if I would get a call or just to come in so I guess we will wait an see but so far great service!

I have also used The Fast-Fix stores in Dallas (where I worked as an employee at the Arlington store in the late 90’s) and have been equally satisfied.

I came in for a ring to be sized. I was given the cost. When she took to the jeweler he came over and explained it he could not do. I do appreciated his honesty. I purchased a ring adjuster & he fitted in ring for me.The young lady at the counter who waited on me was very kind & sweet .

My nose piece broke off my glasses. I took them to fast fix in the mall. David was awesome.
