Stephanie (I beleive that is her name; one of the managers), shows genuine care for my wife and I when we go in for our bi-annual cleaning- every time. we are thankful for a stress free visit every time. Also, they arent pushy and they care about the what the customer wants.

Make sure you get your warranty cleaning done every 6 months. Even if you have covid make sure you go in there and spread it around to all employees. If you dont you lose the 100s of dollars you paid. Shop local, screw these chain stores that dont care about you after the sale.

We stoppedbin looking for a new necklace for my wife and we waited around for 30 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge us. When one woman finished with her customer she looked at us and walked away. I saw her look at us again from the desk/ computer area then ignore us again. We left. Very disappointed with the staff. Weve been to other Jareds and never had a problem.

I have trusted them with all three major ring purchases for a wedding and will continue to return for jewelry needs. Staff is wonderful and go above and beyond to make things happen.

Great experience!!!! When purchasing our wedding bands we were charged a higher price then what we were originally told. We realized this after we left the store and looked at the receipt. We ended up going back to the store to see if we could get the price altered. No big deal, the wonderful ladies that were assisting us at Jareds handled it without an issues. They were super supportive, not pushy and made my fiance and I really enjoy our shopping experience.

I called 6 other places, and no one else could help me size my new black wood watch because it was from a different store, but the last place on my list of options (Jareds) has a Fantastic staff that was willing to help me size my new watch last minute free of charge. I had to try it on 4 different times to get the size just right, and they were happy to keep making changes until I felt comfortable.It is a perfect fit with no harm done to the wood.

This store itself was fantastic... the company as a whole is garbage, please take my word for it and go somewhere else.... this company will treat you horribly.
