I have been to them 3 times and have been extremely pleased with the service. I have had remote starters placed in 2 brand new vehicles. They did not take too long installing them and they showed how to use them. I also had an issue with my battery light coming on and turns out a rodent chewed through a wire. They fixed the wire quicker than expected. They even helped me to figure out how to keep rodents out of my car. Everyone there has been very friendly. Tony was even willing to drop me off and pick me up from Walmart while they were worked on my car. I would highly recommend them.

Tony Horton was professional through the beginning to the end! He setup the Drone Mobile app on the phone and explained the remote start system to me. What a great place! My remote start that I got about 10 yrs ago is still working like a champ. Ive had to replace batteries twice. This time, my Subaru key fab wouldnt lock. I took it in and they were able to fix it. That lasted a few days before the fab wouldnt work anything so I took it back and they fixed it at no charge but mentioned that I might just need a new one. They were right so a few days later, I called and asked them to order me a new key fab. They did and took the charge from the first repair off the bill of the new fab! They really are great to work with and I recommend Enormis to everyone!

If you need a key for Jeep or any vehicle Enormis Automotive is there place to go. I was literally stranded in Pennsylvania. Doug understood my circumstance and ordered and laser cut a new key for my 2019 Jeep Wrangler the very next day. I was back in business. Everyone else said 2 or 3 weeks. My brothers radio went out in his car. He went to the car dealer, they told him the radio is “fried”. He was very distraught over this so we recommended a second opinion at Enormis. He went there, they diagnosed and fixed it the same day at half the cost the dealer would have charged for replacing the radio. It’s nice to know there are still companies like this around. My brother has Aspergers and sometimes hard to understand. They treated him with respect and very thankful for this and the superb service.

I’d purchased a new OBD scanner which worked fine in one car but not in my 2014 Dart.. I’d emailed Enormis and described the problem which resulted in my making an appointment to have the problem investigated. After having the car only a few hours, Mike called to tell me they were able to connect with the car’s computer systems.and the car was fine. When I picked the car up, he asked me for my new scanner and hooked it up and voila, it too worked! I can’t say enough about the kindness and professionalism, specifically with Mike and Tony. My biggest and only problem was trying to find a parking space. You know you’re in the right place for a car repair when it’s tough to park. Thanks Enormis!

I got a remote start system put in on Christmas Eve. They were the ultimate professionals. My mom called a couple weeks before as this was going to be my Christmas gift. They answered all of her questions and her additional phone calls. We dropped off the night before when they were closed, which was very easy with envelopes right outside the drop box. The next day they closed early but had to stay a little late to complete my car. They were not in a rush and Tony seemed genuinely happy to be talking to me. Everything was checked over multiple times before they returned my car to me. All the features of the remote start were explained. Tony is great guy! I couldnt be more pleased! After purchasing our 04 Mitsubishi Endeavor (not from Interstate Mitsubishi) and driving it without any issue for a year and a half, out of nowhere, we encountered a key/chip/electrical problem (...it wouldnt start!).The dealer (we did buy it from) said they were not equipped to deal with that kind of thing so recommended (because it was a Mitsubishi), we take it to the local Mitsubishi dealership to help us.After a week and a half, we were told by the dealership that there was nothing they could do to get our vehicle to start (so basically, the option we had, was to junk our vehicle...or trade it in & buy a new one from them).Enormis diagnosed and solved our problems and we are back on the road (for much less than expected)!!! I had a knock sensor code on my traverse. I literally took it to four different places to have it evaluated. Two places replaced the sensor and it didn’t work, one place read the code and cleared it(exactly like I did except I didn’t charge myself, he did) One guy didn’t even wanna look at it. I finally took it to enormis and talked with Mike in detail. He said get a factory GM sensor and we’ll look at the wiring harness. He replaced the sensor and created his own harness which was better than the original one. Used heat shield around the harness to keep the heat from the block it screwed into, from damaging it. The car runs like brand new now. No issues whatsoever. What I thought I was saving, I actually lost over time and the grey hairs, and stress it cost me. These guys know their stuff for sure.

I spoke with Tony when I had a question about their products and what they sold. He gave me sound advice and cautioned me on some adjacent projects that I was on to try to set up for heated seats from them. In the end he was able to get me moving in the right direction even though what I was wanting to do wasnt in their scope which makes sense given my situation isnt practical due to my setup. I looked into these guys due to their reviews concerning their products and believe if you want a good aftermarket solution these would be the people to do business with. While my specific request wasnt an option he was still quite helpful when he didnt have to be. This kind of communication I would want if someone digs in to my car to tinker. Communication shows respect for my concerns and a shop that communicates respects you and your car.

From the moment I called and talked to Tony Horton (twice) on the phone til walking out the door with my new car starter installed, I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. I purchased a Thinkware Dashcam U1000. Enormous Mobile Specialties installed this device. After the install, I drove home only to discover that I had left my spare car key at Enormous. I called Enormous about this issue and they drove to my house that evening and delivered my spare car key back to me. The dashcam install and customer service were great. They were very friendly and the service was fast they programmed my key fob for me and cut 2 keys took maybe 15 minutes. They did an excellent job and the price was the best I found. . I would definitely go back there and I recommend them to everyone.

I went online trying to find a cheep ECM for wifes 07 jeep compass. One of them so called plug and play deals. Lets just say things did not work out. Called Enormis and spoke with Doug. He listened to my rambling. Said bring it in that day(and he was busy but took the time) and he would do his best to see if he could fix it. Dropped it off at 10:00 am by 4:45 pm it was fixed. And a really fair price. $105 to reprogram my ECM. Way cheaper then a dealer. If you got electrical issue ? Enormis Mobile has got you covered.

ENORMIS installed my dash camera but they also helped me pick the right system and made me feel confident in advance that the installation could be successfully completed. The installation was perfect in every way and they even spent an hour going over the system and the related app so that I could hit the road ready to go. These folks genuinely care more about getting the job done right by the customer vs. chasing $$$. I recently had a remote starter installed at Enormis. The entire experience was exceptional! I was able to get my vehicle in fast and in no time at all I was back on the road. When I picked it up the staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. They game me a run though of how to use my new remote started as well as a print out for my glove box in case I forgot down the road. We got a new GPS . It has never worked since installation. No matter where we go after 30 minutes it just shuts off. And we cant turn it back on unless we restart the car. We had an in car GPS but it was not user friendly. However this disaster doesnt even work so we r screwed!!

1st visit: I used them a couple yrs ago to rebuild my 05 silverado dash cluster. It was inaccurate on the speed 15mph was reading 70 plus mph. They fixed the problem same day and cost 200+.2nd visit: 95 camaro the dash cluster was working well but the back lighting was not. They let me kno it had an after marker glow system installed and had malfunctioned. The paper work at that point said they were not interested in working on it. Stating they didnt want to crack the dash pad on top that was already destroyed. That costed me around 40 for them to tell me what was wrong.3rd visit: I bought a new (used) dash clusterThe next week for the same camaro. They installed the unit same day. During visit 2 and 3 i had led bulbs i wanted in the cluster, but they were not installed because of application problems within how the factory mounted the bulbs. So in final 4 stars only because i was not told how i could aquire the correct sockets for my led bulbs for installation im having a hard time doing so. But besides that everyone at that place is pro and i am very picky in who i use and they nailed it.

I bought my remote starter in 2011 and my remotes were not working any longer so Lou sold me two more remotes at cost. They work GREAT and I love my remote starter again. He E-mailed me to make sure I made it home safely because there was a winter storm the day I picked up my remotes. He also wanted to make sure my remotes were working well. I appreciated everything he did. Class act. A1 service!

I contacted Tony H. at Enormis Mobile Specialities about a display problem on my 2002 Mazda Miata Bose radio. After explaining that the radio would have to uninstalled and sent to a OEM Mazda radio facility, to receive a estimate /repair price, with the possibility of not repairable. After sending it out, he promptly called and informed me it Could be repaired and the cost. I agreed, and in only a few, not only repaired but when can we get your car in here to reinstall. Fast service, constant, contact, and impeccable service. Handled perfectly and with 1st class service. Thank you Enormis and Tony Horton...1st class operation. P.S. it plays wonderfully like 18 years ago when initially played in my vehicle 18 years ago.

I have a 2019 Ram that came with an engine block heater but not heated mirrors. They were able to make them heated and function like it was factory installed. The job was done fast and clean, I wont hesitate to have anything else I may need done there, and highly recommend them

My experience with enormous was great they called me right away with my Vans electrical problem. They gave me 2 solutions to fix the problem and the price up front. No one likes to have car problems but I will always take my cars electrical problem to enormous

I had such a great experience with these guys, I called them on Thursday and asked them if they could get a trailer brake system and a 7 pin connection in the back of my new f150. I talked to Doug and he said he probably wasn’t gonna happen, I really needed it for the weekend. I told him I really needed it for the weekend and I was sorry for the short notice but I would call him back to schedule it. He called me back not even 10 minutes later and told me if I had it there in a few hours that they would get it done. They were very reasonable on the price for the work they did. Everything they did and it looks completely factory. The brake worked great for what I was doing with it, I would like to thank Doug for getting me in so quick and I would like to thank the Enormis team for doing such a good job and taking care of me. Don’t worry guys I’ll be back for a remote start
