Asked the CS rep if a product was in stock before my purchase and said yes there were 18 items in stock! Called next day after the purchase to check on shipping said all of the items sold out!! Buyer beware if it seems shady, more than likely it’s shady! Peace NEVER AGAIN!!

I bought a pair of headphones,which was immediately charged to my credit card, and 21 days later,have still not received the item.Contacted Deff Audio,they responded and said they were checking with UPS to see what the holdup was,havent heard from them again,yet 5 days ago. I could have ordered this from China and gotten it in the same time frame. Still waiting.UPS says they still havent gotten the item.
