I told Brian what I was looking for, he sent me samples of the vanity top options though text. He called the sink top cultured marble. What I received was a fiberglass sink top coated in scratchable, burnable plastic that looked like cultured marble but was not cultured marble. Its my fault for not going into the store to see what I was getting; also very misleading information was given.This is the picture I received from him through text. Nowhere do I see a fiberglass underlayment, just looks like marble to me.

Recently moved into a new house with a basement that had serious potential. It just needed the right flooring installed by the right company. I had heard from numerous people ProSource was the way to go. Greg Ashton, my sales rep., was very professional and knowledgeable and made my fiance and I very comfortable throughout the entire quoting and selection process. Their turnaround time only took a little over a week and their two installers did an amazing job - I wish I could remember their names.One of the pictures is obviously what the basement looked like before, and the rest are after. Very dissatisfied with the company and the products that they sell.Prosource provided the ceramic tiles for a large kitchen project and the tiles started to crack one year after the installation. Currently there are fifteen 18x18 tiles that are cracked and the manufacture has discontinued making the tile. I contacted Sam at Prosource about this one year after the installation and was told that there is no guarantee on the tiles. I would NEVER do business with this company again.
