We had our kitchen completely redone by Robertsons in 2018. Its an old house with plaster and lathe construction so when I say redone I mean a complete tear out down to the studs. When Julie came to measure for the cabinets we specifically told her we wanted to keep our old microwave because it was a wedding present from 1990. We also showed her the pocket doors which separate the kitchen from the dining room and pointed the way the wall stuck out to accommodate them.The installers came, tore everything out, put up new drywall, and hung the cabinets. There was a problem though, the measurement for the cabinet was too small for the microwave. Julie downplayed it and said they would provide us with a new microwave or knock some money off the final price. We got the new microwave, which is nice and all, but its not the microwave I got from my now deceased brothers as a wedding gift.Also, the pocket doors no longer work properly. Because of the same measuring miscalculation, one of the doors no longer fits completely into the recess in the wall. The other door frequently comes off the bottom track.Additionally, it took a year to finally get the new storm door installed.Overall, these may seem like small, easily overlooked things but every time I use the microwave or have to open/close the pocket doors, I think for $60,000 we should have gotten exactly what we wanted. And no, I didnt accidentally put an extra zero in there.We were also told if we left positive reviews we could get a cash rebate so think about that when you read the glowing 5 star reviews.Edited to add a response the owner response:The owner posted: I feel perplexed reading this review four years after your project. Perhaps the reason you are perplexed is because 2021-2018=3, not 4. Thats exactly the type of calculation error that gave us the wrong size cabinet and enclosure for the pocket door. But since it took a year to get the storm door its more like 2 years since the project was completed.

I came in for a quote I had been to 3 other places with no problems. They said my layout would not work and I would have to change it or the quote for custom would be well over 20k. My kitchen is like 15 cabinets. When I said no one else needed to change layout they were done with me and walked away. Like just left me there with no goodbye. Get quotes, and go with people who treat you well.

I wanted to update my kitchen, add storage and replace flooring in the kitchen, half bath as well as carry it into the family room. Julie delivered in her design work! She recommended removing a peninsula and adding an island. This really opened up the space. I loved seeing the design options and picking from from the samples available in the showroom. I replaced cabinets, countertops, appliances, baseboards, light fixtures and sink/faucet. Everyone was friendly and responsive. I love my new kitchen, half bath and family room!

The staff at Robertson Kitchens were so professional during our entire kitchen remodeling process. Debbie developed 3 different, detailed plans/options and carefully helped us make important design decisions. All the staff - Debbie, Dave, Mike, TJ, Ritchie, Ed, Jim were all great to work with! We had a few followup minor issues, and they were extremely quick to respond and fix every little thing - even though the project was complete. Products and staff are excellent! Would recommend to anyone looking to remodel or completely create a new kitchen.

I really wanted Robertson’s to do our kitchen renovations. Jim was so friendly and helpful while helping us pick out the materials for our kitchen renovations. We waited a week for him to email or call with an estimate. After a week we went back to see if he had our estimate. He responded, “I emailed and called both of you”. Absolutely did NOT and if so why didn’t he present our estimate when we were there. We told him we wanted to move forward and to please email the estimate. Waited another week for our estimate. No response again. We went back again. His response was, “oh I didn’t know you were still interested.” Again we waited. After 5 back and forth trips across town trying to get an estimate and get something started we gave up. We spent so much time for nothing. We were very disappointed that they had absolutely no interest in acquiring a renovation that would have been $$$$$ for their business. We went with another company that actually came to our house first to get measurements and we didn’t have to wait for 6 weeks.

We had wanted to completely redo the kitchen in our 95 year old house. We spoke with Keith about our hopes and ideas - which were huge. This was a complete gut and rebuild. Knock down a wall, turn it into a breakfast bar. All walls and ceilings came down, built back with new insulation and plaster. Move the gas stove and refrigerator, new floors, cabinets, counters, sink, lighting and island.We chose gorgeous Waypoint cabinetry in painted stone, island in painted harbor, counters, flooring, backsplash, a full pantry, going over every detail with Keith and Dave ( who came out to check all our ideas were sound.)Keith came up with great plans, Dave got it done with everybody - plumbers, electricians, plasterer, painters.All keeping to our budget!Everything looks amazing! We still catch ourselves at times Is this really our kitchen? Yes it is.It is perfect! It blends 2021 opening into a 1925 dining room perfectly!We could not be happier!We DEFINITELY recommend Robertson Kitchens and when it is time to do our bathroom or work on the kitchen in the kids house - were calling back to Robertsons!

After many hours of locating a part for my lazy susan. I was told to go to Robertson kitchens. I went to the store and found out they had put my kitchen in for me many years ago. For the owner of my home then. To make a long story short. They work many hour trying to find the part I needed. The part is like 1980. They found it it took some time. But they did it. I will use this company again for when I want to redo my kitchen. The company stands by their product.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, ABOVE AND BEYONDI had a minor mishap in my kitchen that caused a cabinet door to break in two pieces. I thought it was a lost cause until I took both pieces of my cabinet door to Robertson Kitchens. Julie was very receptive in listening to me and Julie was very decisive in her professional skills trying to accommodate my needs. Sure enough a couple days later I received a phone call from Julie telling me that their best craftsman repaired my door to the best of his ability. My cabinet door was professionally repaired and it looked beautiful and looked as good as new. I highly recommend Robertson Kitchens for their excellent customer service and high quality of workmanship!

Julie is not only kind, but detail-oriented, fair, honest and really knows her stuff. My husband and I are so glad we came to Robertson Kitchens for our new construction home. They want $250 just to give you an estimate. I dont think thats right I can see asking for $10 or $20 for gas but $250 thats a lot of money

The display kitchens are beautiful. We had a very small project (bath countertop), that we elected to install ourselves. At order everything went well, paid more than we hoped, but hey it’s really nice stuff so it’s to be expected. Backsplash was not cut to length so had to go back in - fixed at no charge quickly. Nice staff, though dismissive at times. Overall, pretty satisfied and would go back again.

We needed to update our kitchen and Robertsons did not disappoint. The countertops are amazing, and adjustments were made as needed to the cabinetry by skilled carpenters. The decorative tile was painstakingly applied and created a beautiful background. Attention to detail was remarkable. The results totally exceeded our expectations!!!!!

Just had a kitchen counter installed by Robertson Kitchen. They did a fantastic job with customer service and timely installation. Would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to remodel their kitchen.

ABSOLUTLY BEST PLACE IN TOWN FOR YOUR CABINETS.Their sales lady (I think her name is Julie) made me feel like the most important person when i was there. The level of service was beyond belief. They were less expensive then lowes and the work was done local. They even came back to check on things.Again, the sales lady sold me and I would recommend Robertson Kitchens to my own mother and send my ex mother inlaw to Lowes.
