I had a lot to repair at 5pm after my oil change that that they discovered. I had a trip the next day could not get out of and car was not driveable. Somehow they got me in the next morning and did maybe 4 or 5 hours of labor and got all 4 new tires for just under 1000 dollars. Good value and I was so impressed they got me in as it was critical. They made my problem their issue. Am very grateful! Also Cameron stayed in communication with me the entire time.

If you tell someone we are going to clean your car up for you and you dont clean it thats a problem for me. I paid 52 dollars for an oil change and they had plenty of time to wash my car and vacuum it out. It was disappointing.

Sales is pretty good, could be better. However, stay away from service. Service department is a revolving door, always losing techs. My vehicle sustained damage back in January while in for service. Joe B. argued with me about repair facilities. I left negative feedback, he said if I change my review, he will repair vehicle with my preferred facility. Ok. Scheduled another vehicle for state inspection, service manager called me the day before appointment to tell me Joe said they will not service my vehicles anymore. Awesome. Service scratches my car and I get fired. Nice service Joe!

I would give their garage negative stars if I could!!!! They worked on my girlfriends breaks and forgot to bleed them. They sent her out the door without the vehicle having much in the way of brakes! When she called about it they set up a appointment 2 days away. I dont know but if I had sent out a car with bad brakes I would have told them to bring it bad as soon as they could! I called and talked to the service manager and he was extremely arrogant!!!!! Also told me I was using inappropriate language with him. Btw after that I did use some language. When I asked to speak to his boss he told me he was the boss. So I guess the service manager answers to no one. I cannot say dont buy form them. But the service department is a mess!

There service department is a joke. If I could give zero stars I would. They guessed what was wrong withy vehicle three times. After we had in the shop for the same issue when it finally broke down on me with my youngest in car and we had to tow it to them it took them 2 weeks to do the work. We get told it promised by end of a day and we call to see if it done and get told not yet should be tomorrow. 3 times in shop for a next to new vehicle stop guessing whats wrong do the job fix the problem and quickly have more mechanics who can work on it!

This is the 3rd car I have bought from Interstate Mitsubishi. I am never disappointed with the sales and finance team. All of them are very friendly and professional. I only take my cars there for service as well and the service department is top notch as well.

Save your time and money! Our 2018 Outlander with 48,000 miles engine died on our vacation. We were 5 hours from home and 2 hours from our destination. Interstate Mitsubishi left us high and dry! Roadside assist left us on the PA turnpike for 5 hours. Interstate Mitsubishi said there was nothing they could do, not even call the dealership where we were having it towed to. We were left with no vehicle on our week long vacation. They never even called to see if we were taken care of! The Mitsubishi dealership in Philadelphia got us a rental so we could get back to Erie. They called us evey hour or so to see if our tow truck showed up. After having a rental for 5 weeks we were able to pick up our car only to find the check engine light on. An emergency light is still coming on. Interstate said they would make it right. So they offered us $750 off a new $38000 car. Thanks for wasting MORE of our time . WHAT A JOKE AND INSULT!
