Sold me a battery that was not working and would not service my battery because I didnt have my receipt with the KNOWLEDGE OF THE BATTERY BEING JACKED UP. spoke to the so called manager and she denied to fix the issue with a policy statement when I been shopping there for years! Terrible service but even more terrible that I am never shopping there again. They sell broken, and worn items and wont even correct the issue. EVEN A THRIFT STORE KNOWS IF THEY SOLD YOU SOMETHING BAD YOU GET IT REPLACED NO MATTER RECEIPT OR NOT! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

I have ordered several items from them after I found them on eBay ... great fast service, hard to get them to respond to email but cheap hard to find parts I didn’t mind to wait .. until they sent the wrong part, I had to pay for shipping to send it back and then tracking showed they had received it 2 weeks and still no refund or response in email .. so I opened a case with PayPal and then they decide to respond telling me Too bad deal with pay pal ... so unprofessional and rude, make sure you use goods and service with pay pal

I called A1 for a rack and pinion for my car they said they had one I went to to pick it up it took an hour for them to try and locate it. Tired of waiting and I leftOne of their workers ran out to my car with the part and sold me for $70I didnt give me a receipt it was the wrong part and try to return it Saturday the next day

Do not recommend this place at all! 9 months ago I brought my new car to them for a blown head gasket and paid 1400 for it and now I’m currently shopping for a new car because the head gasket has blown again and it’s pass repair! So it clearly was a half done job! Find a better place and pay more if you have to at least you know it’s done right!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. They sold me a bad transmission that I had professionally installed. I never even touched it, it was verified as a correct replacement by the shop and these guys are refusing to refund.

My husband works in this fine establishment. We have been gearheads all of our life and as far as buisness goes these guys have the fastest used parts in town. Every other yard usually makes you wait untill tomarrow bit a 1auto has em for ya by lunch.
