As with all new car purchases, it was time consuming. Our sales consultant, Gabriel Rodriguez, was very friendly and knowledgeable and it was a pleasure dealing with him. Passed off to Lennon Askew to complete all the paper work, and make our payment, we found him much like Gabe. Even got to share some war stories when he related they had 3 boys, with a set of twins, and a 4th child due. Having 4 adult sons, with 2 being twins, we tried to prepare him for the future.If dealerships could only shorten the time factor a little............

Salesman was great (main reason I ended up buying from them) but went up to pick up my SUV and had a appointment at 6:30 never got into financing until 7:30. After going up on Saturday to look at some did some research and there prices were higher then some places but my wife had already feel in love with one and didn’t want to go anywhere else.
Dave R was great! He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Jamar was very nice when going over our paperwork and was very personable. The building is very clean and family friendly. They even have a baby changing station in the men’s room which is great.

The Service Department was outstanding. I did not purchased my used Honda from Bianchi, but was still given all the care and attention to detail I would have expected if my car had rolled off their lot. The techs gave it a thorough inspection, necessary due to the cars high mileage. The manager gave us an itemized list of the one additional service that should be done that day, a filter change; and in order of importance things to look at in the near future, a belt, seal, and fluids change. My CR-V will be coming back here for service for as long as I own it.And, I hope my next vehicle will come from Bianchi.

For an Express oil change it took over an hour. But, on a positive note, the tires were rotated and the entire system checked out. Perhaps it is my fault for thinking it was just a quick oil change. Still impressed by the dealership.

I have been bringing my Honda CRV to Bianchis since 2018 when I bought it there. They have taken care of all of my inspections, oil changes, & tire rotations & they do a terrific job with the AUTO BUTLER. The men in the Service Department go out of their way to make sure that I am always satisfied before leaving. They have always been pleasant & respectful to me. I have no complaints whatsoever. Worst customer service ever……First I wait 4 hours for brake and rotors just the front end. Then In that time I’m brought 3 different prices and the last price was a surprise at the cashier window. Also saw my vehicle sit for 30 minutes while the guy who didn’t even give his name talked on the phone while the other customer service reps just stood around….. They moved my truck 3 times to get it out of the way for the other customers who came in after I did and got there vehicles because they had a more capable rep. Never again and I’d advise anyone else against going there either. So sad good places go down the drain with customer care for the all mighty dollar….

Not friendly or customer focused. I did not get the opinion that they were anxious or even interesting in helping as I stood around in the service bay waiting for someone to acknowledge my presence. A few employees were sitting around, sounded like one on a personal call and no one that said can I help you? until I asked. I do not need a smile or warm greeting, although that would be nice too, just a simple, can I help you or I will be with you in a few minutes. I bought a top of the line Honda this year expecting better.
My visit was for a simple oil change and to have my yearly inspection done. As always, the first people I meet are the ones to check me in, to find out the reason for my visit. They are helpful, courteous, and efficient. Im directed to the waiting area...which is comfortable and clean. Then who do I see? Why Mr. Honda himself, Jason. The only one missing is Honda Max-probably sleeping or having breakfast. Jason takes the time to say hi to each individual and to listen to those who had questions or comments. What CEO of any corporation does that? I have never had a bad experience at Bianchi Honda, which is why we have been with them since moving to PA eight years ago. I rate this a 5-Star company-from service to sales to the Top Brass and everyone in between that are hard workers but seldom seen.
I got my 2019 Honda Pilot serviced and quality of service was excellent. The service was quick enough to complete in 1 hr. The staff & service advisor was professional and helping customer to get right service.
Bianchi Honda is a very professional organized dealership that gives their customers first class service all across the board. This was my second time buying a car at Bianchi and they did not disappoint!! Brad Varner aka Brad the new guy was very professional and made us feel very comfortable considering we had to get a car quickly. He answered all our questions and repeatedly said if we needed anything dont hesitate to call. The finance manager was Lennon Askew. I cant say enough about Lennon. He is exceptional at what he does and Im proud to call him my friend as well. We gave both these gentlemen a timeframe to get a car that we didnt think was possible. However they were positive and never once said it couldnt be done. We were approved for our 2017 Honda CR-V that night. The deal was done and we drove it off the lot the next day. Last but definitely not least to you Jason Porreco. I have never met an owner of a car dealership who is so grounded and engaged with his customers as you are. Most stick their nose in the air but you talk to my wife Theresa and I as well as checked on us to make sure we were ok. I will never own another brand of car or go to anybody else but Bianchi Honda. Honda is what we drive!! Thank you all so much!!

My Erie Honda dealership has the greatest team players!!!After I had dropped off my 2019CR-V EX for my free state inspection and 30,000 mile routine maintenance, I discovered I had left my wallet and phone at home. It didnt take long at all for the team players to spring into action and arrange for a courtesy ride to and from my home.Kudos to the courtesy driver who was not only very polite but a great guy to talk to. All the work was done very timely and I got back a washed any very clean vehicle...Thanks again guys, Great Job...

Had problem with dead battery. Did not have appointment but Erin was very accommodating and helped me get a new battery installed and did it quickly.
Appointment was easy to make. And the date and time were convenient for us. An estimate for the total cost was given and an estimated time for completion of the job. We were called for a recommended tire rotation. Our Odyssey was done before estimated time even with the tire rotation. I feel that the cost was reasonable for the service that was done. Service personnel that we had contact with were all friendly and professional. And that’s why we have all of our services done at Bianchi Honda. Thanks, team!

I arrived late in the day mostly because my tire light kept coming on. Id had multiple people tell me that my pressure was fine. Unfortunately, the tire had picked up three nails, two of which were located on the side so the tire needed replacement. They found two tires that were less expensive than the original Michelin tires and had me out the door in a couple of hours with new tires, with my phone synced and with my fob battery replaced. They were efficient and friendly and even gave a treat to my dog!
I was contacted to see if I would be interested in ending my lease early and arranged to talk to my sales consultant, Dan, to discuss my options. I was coming in for my vehicle inspection so I already had a trip planned. After I checked my vehicle in, I met up with Dan and he explained about the vehicles in inventory. He said that I would be able to keep my payments exactly the same as with my current lease. I was extremely pleased with my choices and we proceeded to close the deal. I would highly recommend both Dan and Bianchi Honda when looking for your next vehicle.
I was having an issue with a vehicle that I had just purchased from this dealership so anyone could imagine the frustration that I was feeling. However, after speaking with Darryl in the service department and getting my car down to Bianchi Honda, not only did I get all of my questions answered but the problem with my vehicle was found and fixed immediately. I took my time researching cars online and found three at Bianchi Honda. When I arrived, Brad Varner, one of the salesman, asked me if I needed help. I told him about the three vehicles and he took me right in and grabbed the keys. He took the time to answer all of my questions and wasnt pushy at all. I went home to discuss the cars with my husband. The next day my husband went back with me and Brad was more than happy to show to them to my husband and answer any questions he had. I decided on a vehicle and after the negotiation, I was the proud owner of a Honda. Thank you Brad for your professionalism and patience. I am very happy with my car buying experience at Bianchi. I also chatted briefly with Jason, the owner. He is very personable and said if I had any questions to let him know.
Although I had made several changes to the appointment the service department tackled everything I asked for quickly, efficiently and kindly. They had me in, services performed and out the door with a courtesy wash in under an hour and it cost me less than $50 bucks for an oil change and a simple fix for my squeaky wheel. I have found Bianchi to be a well run operation with great customer service as their mantra—-an old school rarity these days it is refreshing to come across.

Bought a car online sight unseen. Will never do it again. Car was filthy, smelled of throwup, carpet is so stained it needs to be replaced, bald cracked tires, brakes and rotors were shot, backup sensors dont work, vehicle had no jack. Cracked/missing interior trim pieces. None of this was in the listing - I signed an as is agreement so its on me but when asking about condition I was told good.
Service was on a timely basis. Price quote was accurate. Always experience excellent service and personal friendliness at Bianchi Honda.

Bianchi’s department is awesome. They were going to have my Honda Pilot for a couple of days and gave a loaner car without hassle. When my Pilot was done it was washed before I picked it up. They kept me in the loop when there was a delay. I will definitely use their service department when I need it.

Thanks to Zachary Nick @ Bianchi Honda’sservice department for taking superb care of me today. It involved a road hazard warranty for TWO tires, which I had purchased from MY Honda dealer in Atlanta. Even though I’m from out of the region and even with some initial confusion about the new tires being sent in, (they were soon located and mounted) Mr Nick ensured that I was comfortable in the customer lounge, knew the wifi password and then he coordinated with my dealer at home for all the necessary paperwork to be electronically sent. He was completely courteous and helpful, everything I have come to expect from Honda. This is my third Honda automobile (2017 CR-V Touring) but my first experience with Bianchi staff. Moral of the story: Buy your cars from Bianchi Honda, folks. Ask for Mr. Nick in the service department, and ALWAYS buy the road hazard warranty with your tires from your Honda dealer. Bianchi as always is very efficient and customer friendly in my experiences. One small hiccup they neglected again to punch my key chain card where I accumulate for a free oil change. I’m sure they will fix this only reason a rated them a 4 star.
Bianchi has the best service hands down, though I do miss the cookies while waiting ... COVID restricted that. Everyone is friendly and the service is quick and done right the 1st time. I live in Fredonia, NY and still prefer to drive the distance to Bianchi.

My experience of getting my Honda CR-V inspected went very well. This time I wasnt actually at Bianchi Honda at all except to drop my Honda off then pick it up as a friend met me there. She parked right in front so I went out the front door, into her car, and we drove right down to Bob Evans for lunch. Then she dropped me off at the front door, I went in & right over to Service & my Honda was pulled up as I talked to the Service man, all washed & shining. He walked me over to the cashier, I paid & then was off. My Honda will be 5 yrs old in just days & didnt need a thing; still like new. So it was a good experience. Everyone I talked to was very nice, as always. I have gone to Bianchi Honda since the early 80s I believe, when they just first started here in Erie. They didnt even have a showroom back then! If you really wanted a Honda you went upstairs & ordered it & it came!!! They were great from the start.

Service is always really great and there is no attempt to sell me things I dont need or want. I did bring my car in at 7:30 AM and it was not worked on until after 3PM. I could have had my car all day and not had restrictions during my work day if I knew it would not be worked on until then.

I had not had any experience with them before. A couple months ago I had scheduled an oil and transmission fluid change. After I was there for a bit the service agent came out to tell me that the transmission fluid I needed for my car was out of stock and would not be able to change it. He explained why. They gave me $10 off my oil change. The rescheduled another time for me to come in for the transmission fluid. I had to reschedule when it came time which would be another couple weeks. When I got there a couple weeks later (which takes me about 20 min to drive there) I asked if the fluid was in and again it was not. The woman apologized and tried to find some from the Acura dealer. I was rescheduled a second time (my third appointment now) a couple weeks later. I called the service manager Phil the day before to confirm the fluid was in and it was. I went in to the appointment. I mentioned to the service agent my key had broke and I glued it back together and asked them to please be careful. I did order another key at $140 and again asked them to please be careful. My indicator light was out and they were going to charge 24 to replace a bulb. I said no. I get back in my car and found my old key in the bag that the new key came in broke again. I did not have a great experience and felt disrespected for my time and ignored. There was nothing to try and make it right for the multiple appointments with no communication and breaking something without saying anything to me. It really seems that they are not truly there for the customer but for themselves and how much money they can make.
