Aha, so this is the place thats responsible for me finally starting to use the mobile app! 😁I like this Starbucks for the convenience, location, and that it gives me my weekly treat of a vanilla chai latte.Staff are always friendly and I dig that I can quickly park, hop out to the walk-up window, and pick up my mobile order if the drive-thru is busy.Note: enter only from the Broadway side. That little alley access is for exiting vehicles only. I mean, theres a huge sign right there. Go with the flow, yall.

This starbucks location is hands down the best! You can be end of the line full of cars and still get through in less then 3 minutes. My drinks are always perfect. Always amazing wonderful staff. I have nothing but good things to say about this location and if I could leave 1,000 5 star reviews, I would.

Always great service at the walk-up window! I was happy with my decaf latte made with almond milk. The chili mocha sounds good!

This place never used to mess my drink up, but in the past month or so I’ve had now 3 mess ups on an allergy. I know they are mess ups because of a few simple thing, either it’s a mistake on the ticket and is visible, or I get sick because I ingest dairy. So, when I say you screw up on an allergy 3 times now, I amnot just guessing, I am literally puking. I’ll go to another Starbuck’s from now on, as these folks obviously have an issue with allergies.

Starbucks is always good no complaints at all staff are quick friendly people and make a dam good vanilla bean. You guys are appreciated!

.. Any man that flirts with V gets unlimited free coffee.. unprofessional. Writing notes and hearts on the coffee. Is this a coffee shop or a place to give free product and act un professional.

Stay away unless you have an extra half hour to waste in your day. Took 10 min to get my mobile order after it was ready. There is no store to walk into and there are no signs telling you where to pick up orders. Then my latte was only about 2/3 full when I finally got it. There is only one way to get into their parking lot so I had to park in another business lot and walk over to Starbucks.

At first this location was awesome. Got drink orders correct and great customer service. However, lately they seem to have fallen off. The employees who work the drive-thru present a dont care attitude. Waited to write a review because i wanted to see if it would get better. Nope. Ive ordered multiple drinks over the past couple months and they werent right. Im not a complainer and Im a former Starbucks employee myself so when you ask if they can fix it they act like its a hassle. Im paying almost $6 for a coffee drink so its not asking a lot. Maybe they have new people or they dont know how to follow the drink recipes but i hope things change for the better.

I came in the early morning groggy and cranky I always get the same thing made the same way and Ive never had a problem at any Starbucks and today they did a fantastic job they made me my coffee and went to hand it to me before I could take a drink one of the lovely ladies asked a question about my order and when I answered she took my coffee back and remade it within 2 minutes because the first one was incorrect apparently but she saved me from having to figure that out on my own and from getting angry over mismade coffee so thank you all at Starbucks on this morning except for the 1 guy working the drive thru microphone I can hear his unhappiness and gives off s very negative vibe

I didnt even know drive-thru/walk-up only Starbucks were a thing. Just know that this place only has a few table outside and NO INSIDE STORE. Glad its not raining because I got dropped off. Four starts for being the usual, minus one star for not indicating anywhere on that this would be an outdoors only situation.

I love coming from Aurora just to go to this Starbucks in Englewood. Glad to say Im a Proud Customer😁

The morning crew is absolutely amazing. Hands down the nicest, fastest, most efficient Starbucks within a 10mile radius!

After receiving 1 of 2 drinks and 15mins. I see my drink just sitting there. Had to go ask for it. Young red haired girl was in a rush to go home and left it sitting there. Dont recommend that location for many reasons. Ill go down the road to the next one even though I live a block away.

Waited nearly 10 minutes after ordering my drinks, asked how much longer it would be, and was informed they hadnt started them yet. The other people waiting were having the same issue. Had an event to get to, so got a refund. No apologies, not cool.

Best drinks!! Very pleasant/efficient baristas who get to know you not only by your name, but they take the time to learn what your favorite drink(s) are. It always makes my day (or night) a little brighter to go there. 😀

It was fast and short ...I yelled my order extremly.loud and fast hoping they wouldnt ask me to repeat it, but im.pretty sure the lady in there is sniffing coffee grounds because she yelled it back to me even faster then I said it...so I was pretty impressed and asked what kind she sniffed and as she handed me my coffee she whispers ...Arabic...this is my kinda establishment!!

First time at this location. My mobile order was ready on time and the staff was super cheery! And not in the fake way that some employees are forced to do.

This is probably the worst Starbucks location. The past two times they have messed up my drink, today I was suppose to have a venti Carmel macchiato Quad and for one they rang in triple, then I get the drink and they didn’t even put espresso in it at all. It tasted like steamed Milk I had to go to another location to have them fix it.

Updated review..the staff has been steady, awesome and they remember specific customer orders pretty well. My only complaint is the drive through (nightmare) Im thinking the STOP sign at the drivethrough line by alley exit needs to be made BIGGER, as many under-caffeinated and angry patrons seem to disregard it or flat out not see it and it hinders traffic as they do what the sign specifically states NOT to do (do not block driveway).

I have been a loyal customer of this drive thru location since they opened and I love the people who work at this location!! ALWAYS a pleasure to see the crew and how they make sure you are happy when you leave. They are always happy, helpful and friendly!!!!

They usually get the drinks spot on, every once in awhile we get a creative barista. The easy access from S Broadway makes it a simple trip.

I dont recommend this location at all. They are rude. They get an attitude when I ask them to make specialty drinks. Today the guy got irritated because I asked for whip on top. My frapp isnt even a frapp he barely crushed the ice???No customer service skills at all.This location needs an attitude adjustment. They are giving Starbucks a BAD rep. 😡😡😡

This location makes my favorite drink way better than any other location I have visited. I just wish people would pay attention in the parking lot as I have been cut off in the drive thru line on numerous occasions because they enter off of Quincy rather than Broadway.

Convenient but definitely not the best starbucks. My partner has a modified drink that is messed up relatively regularly, and theyre somewhat slow in comparison to others. But everyone in the shop is friendly.

First time in my life Ive gone to a Starbucks and they werent overly happy. In fact they werent happy at all. nobody smiled, said have a good day etc etc. We went thru because its my wifes birthday and she had a free drink. They got the order wrong. 1 drink is all we ordered. Was suppose to be a venti and it looked like they made a medium. Whatever that is called. We told the person at the window and this person acted irritated cuz they had to remake it. So when we went to pay my wife used her phone to scan her birthday drink. Well it still came up we owed an amount. My wife said it should be free its a birthday drink. We didnt know we had to tell them that when we ordered. And again this person again in drive thru said very rudely You have to tell me your using that. I was like OOOOKKKK! So Needeless to say this wasnt a very good start to my wifes birthday. So thanks Starbucks for your wonderful cheerful crew this morning at this location. We will not be coming back.

I use to work at Starbucks years ago, today i brought in a regular sized mug and asked for a refill, I got charged for a Venti sized coffee. A bit disappointed. When I worked at SBX I would definitely do a refill for $.50 cents or if it was their first visit id give a small size with mug discount. Better to shoot for customer satisfaction then employees to get the most out of their customers!I do appreciate how the guy rinsed my mug of few hour old coffee from another SBX!

I went to this Starbucks location,I went through the drive thru and ordered just one drink. When I got to the window, after paying for my drink, the lady hands me my order. The lid was filled with expresso and as she hands me my drink she tilts the cup. There went expresso all down my car door, through the window, onto my door panel, and onto my seat and center console, landing on myself and my baby niece who was sitting next to me. My BRAND NEW CAR STAINED AND MY BABY NIECE UPSET! When I told the lady coffee just got all over my car she handed me napkins and slammed the window shut! I pull into their very few parking spaces and attempt to clean the mess and wipe coffee off my babys legs! And to top it off, they couldnt even make the ONE drink I ordered correctly. I called the manager who claimed he was the shift supervisor, he assured me the store manager would call me back to correct the matter. He even thanked me for bringing this to their attention and giving them the opportunity to correct the matter. Its been three days and I have not heard from anyone and now I have a brand new car with stains on it and a 7 year old niece who hates Starbucks. I have never been so dissatisfied with customer service!
