Took a month to even ship my order of two shirts. Tried contacting them after not receiving any emails for 13 days, no response. Thought this was a scam so I ended up having to get a new debit card and I filed a refund through my bank. Day after I received my new card that’s when this company decided to send me and email that my shirts were being shipped. Disappointing and wasted my time by having to get a new card. I will not be buying from here again.

Ordered Muggsy Bogues tee, and it arrived with distorted lines running through the entire graphic. Contacted Jefferson Apparel multiple times and received no response. Chargeback incoming.Seems like this company just sells cheap products and doesn’t care for repeat business after scamming their customers. GARBAGE

I placed an order on 11/7/20. Got a nice email thanking me for my order and that’s when I should have known this was a SCAM! That thank you email was the last response I will ever get from them. I have emailed multiple times. Texted/called the number in their thank you email. No response. I have yet to receive a tracking number for my items let alone an email or some type of correspondence that the items will be delayed or are out of stock. I feel like they just took my money and dipped! I should have read the reviews before I placed my order and avoided this nightmare. After reading other reviews on here I have become even more upset. How do we go about getting this company SHUT DOWN for good. I am also going to be placing a complaint with the better business bureau.

I ordered a few things from this site a few weeks ago and it took a little longer then expected to get my stuff but when I did I was happy with what I got especially the New Era Sox Hat I ordered. I also got a call from the owner and made sure I was happy with what I received I’ll fasho do business with them down the line.

Ordered multiple times from this shop with no issues, a lot of these reviews seem to be pandemic reviews where shipping and handling on both ends was delayed beyond control. Had great communication with the owner about orders and time frames of delivery.

I placed a order for a T-shirt & paid express shipping. Still never received my item & they don’t respond to emails or don’t answer the phone. They turned their comments off on Instagram so you can’t comment on anything. I should of known that was fishy. Never again

I ordered some items a few weeks ago, but never had any information on the order for almost a month. I kept reaching out with no response and began to get frustrated. Eventually they reached out, and reassured me that they were having issue with the order because it takes time for custom items to be shipped since they are each made by hand. They even told me because of the wait they are adding a free item to my order. Even though it took awhile to hear from them, they made sure that my order was being fulfilled. I appreciate the business.

Great products. However, took almost 3 weeks for my shoes to get here and very hard to get ahold of anyone. Love my Lucky Charms Kyries though!

I ordered a pair of shorts July 19 and never received a tracking number Then they email 2 weeks later saying the item is out of stock i told them to refund my money to my card they said 5-7 business days that was the 29 now its august 11 i still haven’t received my refund i feel like I’m being extorted. They take long to respond to emails and they don’t answer the phone. do not shop online with these people they service is terrible and very bad customer service

So Im back with another review. it has been another couple weeks and still no packages. at this point I feel like Ive been robbed. it has been almost 60 days since being ordered and have been given nothing but a run around. my calls are now being forwarded and my messages ignored. take this as a warning. One of my favorite Apparel companies. Quality is always top notch and I have ordered two shirts and definitely plan on ordering more from them.

I wish I could give zero stars. I placed an order on 10/02, no shipping updates, no replies to my email, I feel like I’ve been robbed. By far the worst online experience ever, I wish I would’ve read the reviews before placing my order.

Ordered something on October 16th, have not heard anything from them since and it is now December 7th. Have tried calling them but the number listed isn’t real, have also filled out the contact form on their website 3+ times with no response. Worst company ever, wish I could get my money back.

I went in store today and picked up my sneakers. Dealing with the manager was great. He kept in contact with me the whole process and even when the sneakers took long to ship he went out his way to call me and keep me informed throughout the process. Although they’re shipping could be better I still gladly rate them 5 stars because of the excellent service and professionalism from the manager.

I ordered an item a couple of weeks ago assuming it would get here in time since it was a gift. No tracking number, no shipping details. I have tried everything to reach out with no avail. I will never order anything from here again. But they 100% took my money as soon as I placed the order.

My sister lives in New Jersey and she referred me to pick up some new clothes at Jefferson’s over 5 years ago. Jack (the owner) is a nice guy and always takes care of me when I get in. His associates are great too. I’ve been ordering through his website regularly as well. It’s tough to come by a small business with a website that’s well put together and easy to order from. This is a dope store and prices are great. I highly recommend it.

Dope spot for urban and sports wear!! Great prices!! And always up to date with there inventory. There was never a piece that I brought that didn’t have the people turning heads!! One of kind spot!

Not only do I wait for three months for a hat,and 1 sweatshirt but they were sent separately three weeks apart. I finally received the hat,it wasnt the colors that I asked for and it was packed poorly so it was smashed in the mail and now its ruined. Im disgusted.

Great customer service not only online but at the physical location. Time was taken out to assist with my every need picking out outfits and accessories. I feel like I’m family whenever I go to the store.

TYPO on my jacket. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. There werent may places for me to buy the jacket my boyfriend wanted. I emailed them asking for my tracking # they said Id receive one once they sent it out which took ages. They told me id receive it today... they are NOW getting it ready to ship. Mind you they didnt state on the website that the product was on BACK ORDER. Unprofessional person answered the phone and are telling me false info about when Id receive my item.

Ive shopped at similar stores and have not received the personal level of customer service that I got at Jeffersons. Above that, the merchandise that I found there was legit. I tried looking up some of the gear online to compare and looks like they have a great relationship with their suppliers because they have items that arent even out yet. My most recent experience was black friday. They dont hold back on offering great discounts and influence repeat purchases / loyal customers. Ill keep buying from them.

Worst customer service experience ever! Very unprofessional group of individuals, my order was never shipped after three weeks. I was only told my items were back ordered when I reached out to them myself. Took them another week to just honor my request for a refund. Don’t waste your time with these guys.

Im making a new review. I ordered a size too big and sent it back 3 weeks ago for a smaller size. They said they were going to send it the next week but never did. I called back and they apologized and said they would make it a high priority to send out on that day. Here I am a week later, NOTHING. They barely answer their phone also. Clothes are nice but customer service is very poor. Wont be ordering from here again. Very sad.

Customer service isn’t good at all! I emailed them a couple of times to see what was up with my order and they didn’t reply. I order something on nov 16th and three weeks later still nothin. Side note I also paid for 1 day shipping. Lucky I paid with PayPal so I got my money back! Online shopping is terrible

I placed an order 12/15, I paid for 2 day shipping. I assumed my item would arrive before Christmas. I did not receive my item until 1/27. Beware of insanely slow processing and shipping. My emails were not answered promptly either. A lot of waiting for 1 T-shirt. Believe all the reviews for their online store.

DONT ORDER FROM HERE! I ordered a Club Foreign jacket online from these people and it is FAKE!!! I bought a original one from Club Foreign themselves a year ago, I compare the jackets and the one that JEFFERSONS APPAREL sold me is a cheap knockoff! You can see the difference, the stitching is sloppy and the “GERMANY” patch is bigger than the original. Not to mention the “N” in “GERMANY” isn’t even stitched on one side. It’s just the more I inspect it I find more flaws and more evidence of it being a fake. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
