This use to be a weekly stop for me. I went a couple of times right after they reopened after Covid. They only let 35ish people in at a time so there was a lot of waiting around. Decided I wouldn’t go back till things loosened up. I was in the area last week and decided to stop in and see how it was going. They have removed a large section of bins and that is now where people park their carts. It seriously looked like a homeless encampment. I walked out with nothing. Too bad, because I always looked forward to my trips and it was a major way I did my sourcing.

I went just for fun to find clothes and home decor for myself. I filled most of my cart with home goods and clothes and only spent $26! I keep telling everyone to come. It definitely takes patience and a willingness to dig for the good stuff. You need to mentally prepare to spend a couple of hours digging through stuff. And youll probably also have to wait in line outside for a bit.

Not worth the hassle during the covid.Bad enough that you have to wear gloves (filthy gloves on most customers). There is a line and number card system, but nobody checks it at the door, resulting in we were ordered to leave the store after shopping for ten minutes like we did something wrong, even though their employees were not paying attention.Worst part, though: for some reason, you are no longer allowed to use a shopping cart on the sales floor. You have to “park” it in a designated spot by your entrance number (and if you’re in a group, you don’t get spots next to each other) walk around and do your shopping, and then walk back to your cart to deposit items, the whole time, leaving theses items unattended and walking past more people.Only the glove and mask rules are posted. It is a cluster in there, save your time and sanity and go elsewhere until the pandemic is over.

Was driving by saw this store and figured I would stop in. Very confusing. I waited behind one person who was returning a cart. After they returned the cart I stood there for a minute and no one even acknowledged me so I walked in. I was then flagged down told and told I had to wear gloves but they didnt have any gloves. Gloves are not required by a mandate and therefore should be given by the store requiring them. Very annoying and confusing. Just go to a regular goodwill.

Great price, but a big time commitment+ XS - 3XL clothing+ mix of seasons, summer - winter+ AMAZING prices; typical clothing items come out to be ~¢50 per item (ie. $10 per garbage bag)- HUGE time commitment; when I go shopping here it typically takes me about 3hrs because there’s no organization- no dressing rooms; wear spandex shorts & a tank top so you can try stuff on@ Goodwill my total would have been $146 for my garbage bag of clothing (I calculated the tag prices). My total @ the goodwill outlet was $13 for 7 pants, 2 shorts, 2 skirts & 8 tops.

Walked in about 15 minutes before close to quickly check books, well aware that they were closing soon but knew my quick glance wouldn’t take long. As I walked in the door I got screamed at by a man in an office saying they were closed, not about to close but that they were closed. When I stopped a woman in a vest came out screaming at us that they were closed, and I said I thought you closed at 6. She again yelled well we are closing! I said that I wanted to look at books and would be gone before 6. Very very rude people. I left before shopping because of how rudely we were treated. I’m glad the employees got what they wanted and closed 15 minutes early.

I really like shopping here. It’s a fun place to come to when you really have nothing else better to do. I come here to find things to craft with, and I usually leave with at least a cart full by the time I’m finished shopping. Definitely bring some gloves, and watch out where you’re grabbing in the bins cuz a lot of glass gets broken and I’ve seen numerous loose kitchen knives floating around in bins of toys, so be careful. Other patrons can get pretty pushy or grabby. I’ve had folks snatch things from my hands before, so maybe also hold on to things you want fairly tightly.Oh, and bring your own bags.

Then when we decided we didnt want it he told my husband to put it back himself. I dont know what manager thinks its OK to talk to any customer like that. The manager then became angry because we told him that we were going to report him. So he began to threaten my husband and called the cops. Then he told my husband oh I bet you have warrants out. Which he does not so we waited for the cops. Who told us that we can just leave because we did nothing wrong. I will never go here again. The bins wer full. If you like to dig this is your place. I was like what the heck? GO in only if you have time to rummage through the stuff. All the stuff I looked at was old and or used up. I think the bins were loaded with stuff that did not sell at the other goodwil stores. What do I know.? I suppose if one had the time you could find a key buy. There were people shopping. Most were waiting in line. There was not one person around to help on the floor. There were like 3 checkers and 3 long lines. There were signs written in Spanish with instructions on how to shop. That was just so someone higher up could tell me to go.blow again. I donated about five or six hundred a year j until then and I was going to give them my mothers car but it went somewhere else and the Arc got my spring cleaning donation. I didnt want anything other than some consideration to begin with but i hope that $20 that they ripped me.off for was worth it because they already lost about four grand as a result.
