Love this Walmart. Its easy to access and huge! I had to make a quick trip to pick up wrapping paper and some Advil on my way to my grandsons birthday. I found what I needed quickly and the checkout was fast and easy. The associate was extremely nice as well as being very professional. You need to come here.

I online shop atleast twice a month more convenient during covid. Clean store good food

Clean and organized. Push back about digital ID but state law is it has to be accepted. As far as Walmart goes its a nice location.

You really need to let your employees work instead of having 3 registers open and a 30 minute wait for self checkout! You also need to put a sign up if you are only accepting cards! The 3 registers had lines all the way back to the shoe department!Do better Walmart pay your employees and let them work!

Decent selection. Not enough holiday help though. Walked around for 15 min to try to find someone to unlock a watch battery case.

This Walmart is really nice. They have a great variety I found oxtails and I had been looking everywhere for these. My only complaint is the cashier could be just a little more friendly.

They had my sports(MLB, NFL, NHL, etc.)trading cards that Ive been looking for.

Better than other Walmarts i have been to. Kept very clean and tidy. Their auto department is very efficient and helpful as well. Very well managed store, better than highlands ranch one for sure!

I was really impressed with this visit. The two guys at the door were so helpful I was returning a product and am in a wheelchair.The cashier wanted me to go back through the store and grab the item that I was returning which was in a pretty good size box and bring it back with me so that she could use the UPC code on it. I was surprised because I thought surely this lady had to see that I was in a wheelchair and couldnt very well carry a large item in my lap so I wheeled over to the gentlemen at the door and they were more than happy to walk back with me to help me the item was completely out of stock so I just had to take the tag off of the shelf and bring that to the customer service lady actually.I just couldnt believe being that I was in a wheelchair that she wanted me to carry that large item and maneuver my chair it would have been impossible but thank you to the gentlemen Sebastian and I dont know the other gentlemans name they were amazing the lady at the customer service after all was said and done she was courteous I believe to the best of her ability she didnt seem to go out of her way to help a customer but she was reasonable.

My wife shopped at the store. Found everything she wanted. Sometimes the shelves need some work.

Employees are hard to find and when you do find them they tend to leave you confused while they speak with their coworkers. Aside from the employees customer service skills the store is in a great location right next to the Englewood RTD station and is kept in stock decently well. An average place to get all you might need for the house.

Need I say more, Its Walmart and as usual 100+ people in the store and two checkeres no one maned the self check out.

Got in right before the 12pm closing after driving a Lyft shift. Shelves were well-stacked and I had no trouble getting through the self checkout. Stock is much better here than the Stapleton one.

This was the craziest place I had ever been to, but I made most of the sweetest memories there 💓

Everything we needed was in stock. The service was good at checkout. My bottled coffees didnt make it into my bags though. I was too hot and tired to go back and wait at customer service. I just needed to stay home to walk my dog and relax while I had lunch. Usually this doesnt happen, so I let it slide.

Outlets charge, but kinda slow. WiFi works pretty well. Staff are reasonably friendly. Bathrooms are full of lines and lookie-loos. They didnt have what I needed this time around 😕

Not only did they cancel my order. Now they wont refund my money. They claim there was never a charge. How did I order it then? Theres a charge on my statement. My balance has gone down. Where am I missing something?

Lack of cashiers is most inconvenient.Be prepared to wait in line for 15 minutes or more before cashing out. The cashiers are slow and tired!!!

Everything i need each time i go is locked up in a cabinet and a useless button has to be pushed to get an associate to come open it. On average I wait 10 minutes for this to happen during hours it is slow. Ive waited 30 minutes one time and another never received help. It would seem spending more efforts on improving loss prevention would be more helpful to us customers. GET WITH IT WALMART!

Now I remember why I hate Wal Mart so much. Ive never been so embarrassed in my life. After scanning n getting ready to pay, I was bombarded being accused of nor ring something and to find out, everything was rung up. All the cashier could say was They told me... well, who are they?Never was a thief, never will be and will never go back to this Wal Mart.

Great svc but really bad when at jewelry counter or electronics dept and no cashiers to unlock product I needed. So had to go track down an associate that poor poor customer service!!!

There not enough cashiers in the Englewood CO store. Just two registers were open and the self check, with many people to check out at any given time. I was self checking at 6:15 pm.

Ive been going to this location since I was a little girl. Sadly, its gone down hill tremendously!! Always dirty & unorganized. Never stocked. Employees are next to worthless (always hiding somewhere on their phone) Security made a scene and accused me of stealing but after checking the items and receipts turned out some items were double scanned and they ended up owing me money! After making an embarrassing scene, not one of them apologized for their mistakes. Only go here for emergency stops if you absolutely have to.

Thought it was great. Since I had to take a taxi. My delivery. Yesterday, was delivered to someone else. So I needed groceries

The parking (poor driving skills) is horrible, never any Handicap parking available so I have drop passenger off at door (unsafe). Items not on shelves and those stocking were very unregulated and unfriendly. No cash at self checkout so had to put $1 on my card, checkout lines were towing for just 1 item. The only reason for for 2 stars is nece and friendly staff on the way out.

Absolutely one of the busiest. Always seeing Englewood there.If you prefer Amazon over Wal-Mart(theres a reason for that). Store not really kept organized, and employees really arent ready for a career in retail(customer service based).

Only 2 cashiers with rediculously long lines. Even the self check out lines had long lines. Charge another quarter for everything and pay your employees better so you can have more employees that come to work!

Lines to pay are outrageously long and to ask someone for assistance is like the customer is not right, bad store indeed...

Went to look at it tablet and the two young ladies who were working in the electronics department couldnt seem to formulate a sentence to answer me when I asked again slower and a little louder they got offended and were like dont yell at us were new. Well instead of standing around ignoring customers they should learn their department

The asparagus on special was divine. In fact all the produce quality is far better than Kings and Safeway. About a month ago the onions, cucumbers, peppers, oranges and tomato prices were about half of what I had ever seen before. I was so excited and thought this was a regular deal. Unfortunately prices were back up and comparable to other grocers but I still love the quality.

I just needed a couple of things. I was able to get in, get what I needed and get out in minutes. It was a pleasant experience.

Corine was EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. Didn’t listen to a single thing we were saying and just thought that she was better than us. I had a huge problem with the way she talked down to my girlfriend and I and will not be retuning here again.

I must say I do really like this Walmart curb side pick up. The people who deliver my order to my car are so wonderful. I did it easy to use the website. I am very happy with this service.

Had the best customer service experience with Shanna and Erica. Very helpful, upbeat, and my customer experience was their number one priority. With everything happening in the world, they are determined to make each experience positive. The kindness we experience from people throughout the day makes all the difference to people, and there is no encounter too small. They have made me day a little brighter.

Typical Walmart. Had what we needed at a good price. Checkout is slow and annoying since they only had self checkout

Lower-class Walmart. Not as clean and organized as higher-end Walmarts. The shelves were in disarray.

As far as product availability is concerned, I rate this a 4 star, as far as the customer experience here I give it a 2 star. The workers here don’t seem to smile or actually show any type of friendliness. It’s more like, shop, and get the f out of their store kinda deal. Only this Walmart in Colorado it seems. Kinda ghetto-ish if you ask me.

Great store but hard to get employee assistance to find items

This is my favorite Walmart, cause theres never a dull moment. There is constant police presence from all the chaos. Ive lost count of how many times I have been harassed for money inside this store. Highest security Ive ever seen in a store. Everything is locked up. Even Abreva. The employees literally want to die. They deserve a medal, and a 200% raise. Constantly harassed outside and inside the store, people screaming at all hours. I love it. Just pure madness. Real humans. Anarchy. 10 years ago this place scared me. Now this is where I come to feel alive.

The store is a 1 stop shopping center the only 2 issue I have only 2 checkouts for cash open and then trying to get help to get items from locked shelfs take forever and when you ask they CSA push you off on other departments

This Walmart is a good shot if in a pinch. Sometimes their inventory is low compared to other locations but its Walmart you can always find something

The store is absolutely an aurora location. It shows, the store is filthy and the shelf were empty. The employees are more worried about anyone stealing rather than costumer service.

I usually visit Walmart 1-4 times a week, & the Englewood local seems to be the nearest store to where I am staying. Some visits are good & others nada so good. It depends on the day. Most times they have what I need in stock but the visit last night was not. It was Tuesday night & the shelves were bare. I went in for 2 items that werent stocked but came out with alot of other stuff that was on super markdown; $1 tops, shorts, etc. I just hate to see that Walmart jumped on the price hike bandwagon. For us low income peeps, its extremely difficult to get by.

Hardly any essential necessities were in stock and the establishment was very over populated. So pandemic and frustrating ruins belief.

Good luck getting help from any of the yellow shirts in this dump. Avoiding eye contact, turning away and pretending they can’t hear you are all common tactics to avoid providing any customer service at all. It’s crowded, dirty and depressing. This place is a good reminder why Target gets my business instead of the Walton family.

This store is a smaller format than most Walmart’s you may be familiar with. Parking is always a challenge and it seems to be a high theft location. The store could be more organized and stocked, but you usually can find what you need.

Went there at five on a Saturday. It was busy but check out was fast. WalMart is always affordable.

Not impressed! How does a store have so much but yet so little. I normally dont go to this walmart. Went looking for several things that the walmart on Quebec always have and did have. I didnt want to go to the Quebec one because it wasnt in the area. Ended up going there today. I also find it funny they will reduce there half dead plants only 20%. The other stor had 50% on theirs. Its definitely a rough store. In a rough neighborhood. Never gave the neighborhood a thought till I went in that Walmart. Nothing more to say except it is the true meaning of a Walmart

I can not rate 5⭐️’s because I have never let Walmart feeling that great.I can’t stand the gates at the door, or the rude old lady at the door demanding to look at receipt and acting as if Tice shop lifted something even though she could see us check out perfectly because we were 5 feet Away from her at self checkout!!! And to be quite honest, I don’t even think they check the receipts. She literally just grabbed it out if my hand and literally just glanced at it for one second and gave it back. Don’t get me wrong I love Walmart, but the employees, not so much…”

One place top go in and out, the grocery department is great. There is more product selection accessible than a lot of the surrounding stores. It has a money center and a photo center. PARKING LOT IS HORRENDOUS!

Walmart is Walmart folks. Usually not much difference between. This store is usually pretty clean and plenty of people to ask where to find all the stuff they have.They have a large grocery department. They also have a large variety of meat. I dont shop there too much but I do occasionally go for things.

I got harassed by this lady inside the store when I came in, didn’t feel safe shopping. This same lady also purposefully almost hit me in the parking lot. Management did nothing. Said we can’t do anything..even tell her to leave. Her license plate number is 433SXE if you ever need that.
