They werent perfect, had to fix some paperwork snafus, but for the vehicle we were looking for, we couldnt find anything in our state within $5000 of the Hertz price, even after we paid $750 for Hertz to ship it to us two states away. So the great prices and simple negotiation process trumped any other shortcomings. Would buy from again.

Professional, courteous and nice. I sold cars for 20 years. I didnt end up buying the car because I didnt feel I could afford a newer car. However, they went to work for me and got an approval within an hour of me leaving. The pmt. was fair and the deal was good, just too new a car for me now. I would buy a vehicle from them and I highly recommend you to go there. The vehicles are clean, affordable and quality inspected. They didnt waist my time or pressure me to buy the vehicle. The young lady who assisted me did everything she could for me. If youre looking for affordability and a quality car, by all means go there.
If I could give 0 stars, I would!!Worst experience ever! Spoke to a representative at the location and he assured that the rental was extended by a day. Next day when we went to return the car, there was no available space in the welton facility. As the customer care is not 24x7, we contacted the airport facility and they asked us to drop it at the Colfax location. Next day we are hit with a hefty fine of late return and different drop off location. When we tried to resolve the issue with the customer service, they said no one made a note of the extension of the rental and drop off when we called.So essentially we ended paying north of $550 on top of our original rental agreement, all because their employees are untrained, unprofessional and failed at their jobs. The Customer care has no control or authority to help in any of the cases and each time we got the same suggestion to being it up with corporate. This begs to question why are they even hired at the first place, if in their own words they are not allowed to do anything.
HEED THIS WARNING!!! Do NOT rent from this location. This Hertz rental car employee is the definition of a dirt bag. The rest of the people working here seem like decent people though. Too bad he totally ruins it for everyone else. Long story short, this gentleman refused to rent cars to anyone. Some customers were waiting over two hours to pick up their rentals. Many of us even had appointments. I literally watched this gentleman stare at the screen and help no one for over thirty minutes. He had cars available to rent but didn’t do anything for anyone.
We drove 600 miles to look at a vehicle that somebody had walked around over the phone with FaceTime. He was wonderful and his name was Dominique. But when we got there the next morning it was filthy, more dirty than any other one we had been to. Then we noticed a bunch of swirls on the side of it that looked wrong. They showed us the car fax saying no accidents had been reported. I am an auto painter by trade and noticed runs in the paint on the passenger side. That was the end of the deal, but more than anything I would have thought that the upper people at this dealership would have a better knowledge of their inventory. I understand that they price them with little or no room to negotiate, but this was misrepresented and nobody would have drove 600 miles to buy it. They need to have a better knowledge and not just sell sell sell. Luckily we found another dealership, not a Hertz, that had corporate vehicles way cleaner and looked over with a fine tooth comb, same selling tactics, no haggle. We did not haggle, we drove it home. The worst experience ever. Hertz Rent2Buy, getting the car we wanted to buy took months and two tries. Once it finally arrived we were prepared to buy car, cash. We brought in our insurance cards and a binder until the insurance policy was active, OME week later. The manager would not take the binder, said only active car insurance. Manager Told my husband it was Colorado law and bank requirements. Neither which is true, there was no bank and, Colorado insurance documentation states binder or active insurance policy required. Either manager lied or is incompetent. Further a friend of mine owned an Allstate Agency for 5 years here in Denver, she also said a binder was acceptable insurance policy. No matter the good deals they have, go elsewhere.

Drove from Parker to this location on Broadway Friday night around 6:15pm and met William, wanted to look at a Impala LT so he opens it for me. Car looked nice in Silver color but it was so Dark outside I couldnt really see everything. I started the car and had a Check Engine light on, according to William it may be a Sensor, ok, say thats the case. I wanted to drive the car and William said to me, well I cant let you drive tonight because we close at 7pm, come back another day, at point it was about 6:30pm so we had 30 minutes to drive around the block, but whatever. I have never ever been turned down for a test drive by anyone before and it was kind of embarrassing too. I will not ever go back to this location as they do not care about their customers and they are very rude and disrespectful of customers time. Save your trip and go elsewhere, maybe pay a little more but at least youll be treated better elsewhere.

Rich and Doe were super helpful from the start to the finish of my car purchase. If you were thinking about buying a car here, please do, you wont regret it! The best part is that I got my 2017 Jeep Compass for the bottom of wholesale value. I would have easily paid 2,000-3,000 more had I gone somewhere else.

The only minor negative feedback that I’d give is the interior was not overly clean, in particular the seats but that can be expected with a used car. I highly recommend Hertz!

I just purchased a 2016 Dodge Charger from Hertz on Christmas Eve only to have it break down within 48 hours. To my surprise, Hertz picked up the repair bill for me even though I bought the vehicle used & according to what my limited warranty covers, they technically didnt have to help me out at all. I am beyond pleased with all of the staff from start to finish & would definitely recommend them!
There is really no reason to shop for a late model used car anywhere else. We got a 2017 Nissan Rogue for under blue book and still under warranty. Warren, our salesman was a pleasure to work with. He made everything so painless and even enjoyable!!!
They have very nice vehicles. But the relationship between the sales and rental side is disjointed. We did buy a vehicle here but how they organize the business adds needless complexity to the car buying process. The costs are more competitive so that makes up for the added hassle. If they fixed the buying process it would be an amazing place to purchase cars.
I purchased a Nissan Altima from here and have very mixed feelings. It was no hassle and quick to purchase my vehicle. I ended up getting much more than anticipated for my trade it. However, since purchasing my vehicle (about 4 months or so ago), I have had to have the front bumper guard reattached twice - it keeps falling off, I’ve been told the whole bumper needs to be replaced to fix the problem permanently (est. $1500), I have had to buy new tires, replace brakes and rotors, new battery and the shocks. I feel like I got a lemon. None of these issues were apparent when I purchased this vehicle.
Bought a 2016 altima from these guys last may and moved to florida. Havent owned the car a year and the transmission is toast . 4400 to replace minimum more than half what the car is worth dont buy an altima from these guysUpdate: Was called back by the manager after leaving a voicemail about the transmission going out less than a year from buying it my 12 month warrenty wont cover it and they sold me an extended service contract that actually only covered technology for 1800 dollars. Be smart dont buy anything from these people theyll sell you a lemon and youll end up footing a repair bill thats more than half the value of the car
Amazing experience, especially as a first time buyer. Our salesman Ray was amazing to work with and helped us every step of the process. Dealing with finance was such a breath of fresh air. Never once did I feel like they were pushing something on me that I did not want. Hopefully I wont need a car for a while, but I now know where to look.

It took almost 2 hours of waiting to get paperwork signed to buy a car. And this is after calling 1 hour ahead of arrival. The car was asked. Price was done. Insurance card was sent. The check was there. Why does it take to hours?
I had a great experience here. I did a rent2buy contract. Allen on the rental side, Raul and Mike on the sales side made the whole process extremely easy. I picked out my test rental online, and they had reserved, and detailed for me at the Broadway location. After I chose to buy the car, I made an appointment with Raul, and the deal was handled very smoothly. I was on my way home with my new car in about half an hour. Mike answered all of my financial and DMV questions. I would definitely buy another car here.

I truly hated the car buying experience until I went to Hertz! Dee is awesome!! He was incredibly upfront, stayed in touch to keep me informed, was pleasant to hang out and visit with while waiting, extremely patient when I went in with no real direction of what I wanted, had no issue with grabbing a key for near every model on the lot so I could take a peak, and he didn’t get pushy when I wanted to think on it for a bit after we got down to nothing left, but signing on the dotted line and driving away. I can’t possibly tell you how important to me it was to have a salesperson who not only acknowledged how big of a decision buying a car is, but also completely encouraged me to take my time when I informed him I needed a moment to think everything through just to be sure the car I was getting was 100% right for me! The financial manager was fantastic as well, making the entire experience well worth it!I was not the easiest customer in most every aspect, and I was really burned out by the time I got to Hertz, but they renewed my faith in shopping for a car! I will definitely be returning to them when I’m in the market again!

I purchased a Camry with 20,000 miles on it here. Better deal than dealerships! Relatively easy buying process. I got a good value on a trade-in too! After 6 months, absolutely no problems with the car.
I was not greeted until 20 minutes after I walked in the door, even though there was only one other customer there. It wouldve been GREAT to know I was seen. I was legit starting to wonder if I was invisible. I finally was helped and told my car was going to first be took to drop off that other customer and then vacuumed and washed. I wouldve been waiting at least 90 minutes, even though my I was there at 4:10 and my res was at 4. I settled on a car that was ready and it was terrible. I did like Hertz until I came to this location. Pay the extra money and go to the airport.
This was my only car buying experience, but the guys and gals at hertz made it easy, comprehensive and enjoyable. My salesman Ray took a lot of time to walk me through the process, and allowed me to get a true feel for the cars I was considering. If youre looking for a used car, I dont know why you would look anywhere else.

No ...just walk away....all rentals no customer service, try to get a full tank of gas. Ask them to wash the scratched car you just bought...go to CARMAX just up the street better cars and better service.
Purchase the extended warranty!Raul and Doe are exceptional and wonderful to work with.I purchased my 2017 Ford Fusion Hybrid on August 1, 2018. The car runs great, but I have had nothing but trouble from the SYNC, radio, phone connection, etc. I had friends as well as the Ford dealer look at it to no avail. I was told I needed an I-Pod Touch (not a nano) which I purchased, but still did not work. I was told my phone did not accept blue-tooth (it does but not on this car) and having a phone connection is essential for the car to call 911 should I be in a wreck. So on Monday 10/15, I dropped off my car (and am currently in a rental) to the Ford dealer to fix it.I just got off the phone from the Ford Dealer...my SYNC module is the problem and it will cost >1K for parts and labor as well as the $150 for me to be in a rental this week. I have had the car less than 90 days!I cannot say it strongly enough: PURCHASE THE EXTENDED WARRANTY!
The sales associate who talked/test drive with me was amazing but when we began to talk with the manager he was disrespectful and seemed like he didnt care about my business. Because of that they lost my business and I would not recommend going there
Just wanted to start this review by saying thanks to RAUL, JESSICA, DOE AND CHASE. I COULDNT HAVE ASKED FOR BETTER PEOPLE TO ASSIST MY WIFE AND I WITH OUR PURCHASE. And as for the selection of used cars.... the prices are almost unbeatable. Will definetely use HERTZ AUTO SALES again and will refer family and friends.

I purchased a car on Friday. this dealership is by far the worst we have dealt with. they are salary and it shows. rich our sales guy dragged his goddamn feet and had no since of time. spent about 7 hours there in total over 2 days. they are always complaining that they need to be done before they close cause they cant be home late. we asked if they were going to fill the gas tank and he laughed and walked away. rich is not someone that should deal with people. they didnt remove any stickers or papers from windows, didnt clean the car. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.
This was the best car buying experience Ive had, and props to Raul for staying late when we showed up after hours. Low pressure and very helpful salesmen were a refreshing change from the 2 dealerships we walked out of before giving Hertz a try.
My mom and I went to go look at their cars today. We waited around inside for at least 10 minutes before someone helped us. When this guy finally can to help us we told him we were just starting to look and werent sure what we wanted in a car. We then told him we wanted to test drive this Elantra they had. We were then told that this place doesnt really test drive their cars. I believe he then said it was a waste of our time and their time to test drive cars. However, he did get the keys so we could at least sit in it. We then asked what other cars they had in my price range and he said he wasnt sure but said we could walk around the lot(it was around 30 degrees so pretty cold) and if we had questions about another car we could find him inside. Worst experience Ive ever had at a car dealership. I will not be returning.

Recently bought a 2016 Nissan Altima from here about a month ago. They have the BEST selection in cars, from make/model as well as they are clean and have no issues with them and low mileage. My car started acting strange about a week ago, as it would stall and not accelerate any time I started it. I took it into Nissan and called Hertz and let them know of the issue, and although it wasnt a problem that was under warranty, they paid for the issue to be resolved and now my car is working again. The customer service at this dealership is outstanding, especially Derek Zuver (Facilities Director) and Warren Gonzalez (Car Salesman). I will be coming here from now on if I ever find myself needing another vehicle, as well as referring all of my friends/family as well. Thank you Hertz!

Tried to buy a car I was eyeing here. Walked in at 730 and they said they couldn’t help me because they had to go home in 30 minutes. (Very rude and disrespectful to a hopeful customer ready to drive home a car that day.) The boss that came out told them to at least let us test drive cars. The one I was looking at wasn’t there and they told me the manager had it and to come back tomorrow. Came back the next day because it was a good deal and I wanted to give them another chance. The car still wasn’t there... come to find out it was in the shop from a fender bender on the lot but nobody knew this except the manager and it wasn’t in the computer or checked out online. I gave them two shots and then went to a competitor for a similar car with great service.
By far the worst dealership (if you can call it that). the employees main focus is when they can go home. we started 3 hours before they closed and it wasnt enough time. They took their time on everything. other than cheap cars the customer service sucks. after you bought the car they dont clean it. reporting this place to corporate.

If you’re looking for a cheap car then this a good place for that. Unfortunately the rest of your experience will totally suck. They only care about going home. I thought that the fact they are salary then they would be pleasant to buy from but boy was I wrong. I showed up 2.5 hours before they closed to buy a car and they made it seem like the biggest inconvenience ever and made me come back the next day to finish paperwork. Was told it’d take less than half hour and wasn’t done until 1.5 hours later. The stickers on the car weren’t removed and everyone was extremely rude. I’ll pay the extra money and choose somewhere else for my next car!
Astonishingly bad customer service. Beside that, the nickel and diming is brutal. Go to Be, its at least easier and faster to rent. Hertz makes you feel like you are asking to borrow your parents car for the weekend.
Seamless sale. There was a leak we found with the windshield that was repaired at no cost. Great commuter car for us!!

Purchased a vehicle here on Monday (June 4th, 2018). Most relaxed, easy car sale I have ever been through.There was no real upselling, and although Hertz doesnt negotiate on price, I couldnt complain buying a vehicle nearly 4k under Kelly Blue Book value.The vast majority of their vehicles are under 50k miles and less than 2-3 years old. Some I saw had less than 15k miles on them.Hertz gives a 12 month powertrain warranty on all the fleet vehicles it sells as well. Depending on the make, the car may not be out of the manufacturer bumper to bumper warranty either (e.g. Hyundais).The cars are all in excellent shape, I feel as if I just bought a brand new car for a fraction of the price!All the representatives seemed like actual people, and it didnt feel like a normal salesmen-rushing-at-you-from-all-angles situation that you will feel at a normal dealership (regardless of if you are buying new or used!).I would definitely recommend if you are in the market for a new or slightly used vehicle to check them out! I wish I had known about rental car fleet sales years ago!If you happen to go to this location, ask for Jo Snyder. She is the best!!!

Went to look at a vehicle early afternoon (no other customers were there) the salesman greeted me with Yeah?, to which I told him why I was there. He opened the key box and grabbed two keys, walked outside, held the keys up in the air and hit the unlock buttons. The cars beeped, he pointed and said They are back there, you can go look at them and went back inside. He never once came out to see if I had any questions. The vehicles we in rough shape, pitted hoods/bumpers (from rocks), paints were in terrible shape, they looked pretty ragged. I guess thats why they are selling them so cheap.
I purchased my first vehicle a few years ago at this particular Hertz, I was told it was a 2013 Cruze. The car salesman took advantage of my first time buying and did not explain the paperwork throughly. I recently just purchased a Murano from Empire Lakewood Nissan. Empire ran the vin on my Cruze and they informed me that the Cruze I purchased from Hertz was actually a 2012. The paperwork that I signed and received from Hertz states it’s a 2013 Cruze. My experience with Empire was completely different from when I purchased my first vehicle at Hertz. I wouldn’t spend my time or money with Hertz take it another dealership like Empire that value you as a customer and do not try to trick you to take your money away like Hertz did to me.
Came into Broadway location preapprovec and wanted to test drive a couple of cars. The salesperson said he was busy and they were short staffed, I said okay, Ill come back. Came back on a Friday, not a customer in the store, and asked to test drive. Guy said they were doing a conference call and could not help. Too many car lots trying to earn a dollar for that type of response to a preapprovec customer. I will take my business elsewhere.
