He was extremely friendly, polite, and fun to work with; I am so thankful that Gail partnered my family with him! Now, fingers crossed, that our new Lexus runs as great as she looks (since DARCARS did not certify her).
Worked with Tae and Toni who were efficient, very professional and made the process seamless. Customer service was fantastic! Seriously I’ve been thru Mercedes and Audi, this by far was the best hands down. He found the car I wanted when no one else had any on the lot! It’s an hour from where I live but completely worth the drive with the great packages and programs offered. Distance is not a factor when people treat you good! Highly recommend this dealership.

I found the car online last night, sent an email that I was interested and got a call at 8AM this morning from a from Mary Sweeny. I told her I was interested and asked her a little bit about the car. She was very professional and gave me additional info. She asked me to come in however I can be very difficult when it comes to purchasing a car and my time involved. I told her that I didnt have time to come in. I knew the car and if it was a 1 owner car I wasnt too concerned. She never the less sent me a video and called me after. I told her I would buy the car and told her what I was willing to pay. She moved swiftly and we compromised on a very fair price. I told her to send me all docs to review and that I would come in only when the docs were ready to sign and that if I waited longer than 15 min I would leave. (again, I can be a real pain in the neck). She assured me that she and her team understood my time was valuable and that I would be in and out. When I got there she introduced herself to me, showed me the car and then I was introduced to the finance manager. Charles was very proficient as well as pleasant. He got right to it and as promised I was out of there in 20 min. All in all my experience with DARCARS Lexus of Englewood was Excellent and Mary was the best and I would definitely work with her again as well as refer friends and family. Thank you Mary!
I walked in with a budget for a Honda but walked out with a great deal that worked for me perfectly. The sales rep Yvette Valentik helped me through the process, from test drive to delivering the car, I now have the NX 300 F-Sport with lots of accessories and cool features. I love the car and enjoyed my experience at the Lexus of Englewood. I hope unlike some other brands, these guys keep up their quality customer service.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! This dealership is the worst I’ve ever had to go to!!!! I bought my RX 350 last year and within a month, the car has $$$$$ worth of issues. The AC drain is blocked for Who knows how long, the entire floor is soaked!!! The amount of water it has couldn’t have soaked in 1 month that I owned it if it wasn’t going on for awhile (i drove it for 600 miles ONLY!) … The car is preowned from a previous lease but I think the car was sold straight out of lease without inspecting if there were issues.. Insurance wouldn’t cover it, and this dealership won’t take ownership of their shortcomings, so guess who pays for the $$$$$$ repair??? Have to give credit to the sales person though, because he was nice and worked with us, too bad he works with the most disappointing dealership!

My salesman Bobby R. Was great and extremely effective and did a fantastic job. This review is for finance manager. However, the finance manager destroyed my credit records. He inquired three times credit report fir one transaction. He never looked at my application. Unfortunately, I received a letter telling me, my application was denied. This after three weeks since I have my car. Finally due to this mistake my credit report shows a drop of 37 points. This is total unacceptable and as a consumer I have no way to resolve this unacceptable action.
Do not waste your time with this dealer. One of the most unethical and unprofessional buying experiences Ive ever had. I had made an inquiry regarding a vehicle they had for sale, everything checked out on the vehicle so I proceeded to ask them what my final out the door price would and they sent me a purchase order which has all the fees listed.Just before I am about to wire the manager decided to call me to tell me they all of a sudden feel like the car is worth a lot more than what they agreed to originally sell it for and want to add $5,000 in extra fees.Ive purchased well over a few million worth of car but have never had such a disgusting experience. Do not buy a vehicle from these unethical people, go anywhere else. I have already contacted Lexus of North America to file a complaint and let them know DARCars is the reason why I will never do business with any Lexus dealership.
What should have taken 30 minutes took 2 hours. I wanted to purchase my Lexus off the lease and I was very definite about that. Neil, the representative I was working with was trying to get the purchase done quickly. However, the manager kept stalling everything. He kept coming up with costs that we challenged and had knocked down. This happened several times. The manager kept disappearing for 20 minutes at a time. I told them I had just had open heart surgery 4 weeks before and I could not be there so long but they kept stalling and trying to sell or get me to lease a new car. In the end we were there 2 hours for no good reason.I will not go back.
3.8 is too high. Lexus is a great vehicle but don’t buy one from this dealership. The inbound calling experience just to book a service appointment is horrible. The level of service is not representative of the Lexus brand but rather a used car dealership.
I went with my friend to look at her possible options. We went to a few different dealerships and brands, all of which had absolutely the worst customer service. We finally got to the Lexus Englewood location and we were blown away. Since the first interaction, everyone was so nice and welcoming. My friend is extremely indecisive and unsure of what to do but Tae, the sales representative made it SO easy. He worked with her and made sure that everything was all up to her expectations. He made sure that she was happy and most importantly comfortable. He even made sure I was good by asking if I wanted water or snacks while I waited for her to make a decision. He was super friendly and overall such a positive experience. Everyone else was beyond nice and if I release a car I would 100% get a Lexus myself as well!
The service at this dealership is HORENDOUS. I purchased a new vehicle on July 17, 2021. Today is August 31, 2021. I still have not received my plates or my inspection sticker. The temporary plates have expired. I have called and called and called and sent numerous emails. The sales person I dealt with, Ana, returns no calls and answers no emails. When I was shopping for the car however, she was calling everyday. I have stopped trying to reach her and have asked for a Manager. The receptionist keeps taking my name and number and saying a manager will call me back. Thats a laugh, no one returns a call. I have been very courteous with the receptionist as she cant do much. Im telling you dont go near this dealership!~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

During my search online I saw that Englewood had the ES350 I was looking for. It was clean, low mileage and awesome price to go along with the great customer service provided by the Manager, Mike and sales person, Ana.
The guys were friendly and informative. I didn’t feel that they were too pushy which would’ve turned me away. They were knowledgeable and worked out a good deal for me.
Avoid this place at all cost. 5 star reviews are paid ones.This dealership has zero level customer service. They deceive and intimidate customers when selling the car. And once the sale goes through, you will face issues with I dont care, car is sold attitude.

10 years later and I have a Lexus. This same dealership wasted my time 10yrs back and didn’t strike a deal for $25 / month difference on a lease.So I drove and bought myself a Rover. The very next day the same agent call me and said wanted to do a deal.But whole incident was so bitter that I decided never to call that dealership.Last week I called a dealership by accident since the name listed was Darcars not realizing it was same Lexus of englewood.Spoke to the sales rep Nayem and ran some numbers for me.We didn’t come to an agreement but he was persistent that I look at other colors.I wasn’t very keen but thought of driving to see what was available.The difference was this time I felt I was needed and I was a customer which was totally opposite of 10years back.He gave me various options and was very patient as I was coming out of the old lease and that company was giving hard time for the payoff.Eventually I did drive out of the showroom with a Lexus GX 460 without even test driving.Great customer service this time around.Thanks to Nayem and Dominik.

I gave them 3 stars because although they in fact did not resolve my issue for the 2nd time around, I was treated with respect & kindness, received calls regarding vehicle status, courtesy car wash and a loaner, but I believe that their service department either has incompetent, clueless service techs (mechanics), maybe a few lazy workers and of course the ones who could careless. Polite pleasant individuals to deal with but I would not recommend them for service.It will be just way too much to write in a review from the beginning to the end so I’ll leave it at. Personally, I would not take my vehicle there ever again for service and I’m actually trying to figure out where to take it so, I think I’m going to contact Lexus directly and see if they can recommend me to the correct dealership that’s going to resolve the issue.

Purchased vehicle from out of State. My sales person was Anabely Vargas. She was very helpful answering all my questions and concerns. While I was at the dealership, there was little hiccup in the middle of transaction with sales manager, but Anabely step in and took care of the issue. Overall experience with dealership was great, especially I was out the door with RX350 just little over an 1 hour.

Purchased a used vehicle this summer and it was 4th vehicle from Lexus of Englewood (2 lease and 1 purchase) in last 5 years. Sales department was maybe ok but financing guy was horrible.He put extreme pressure on me to purchase extended warranties and tried to argue with me how foolish it is to not to buy the warranty even when I repeatedly declined. He even said I hope your car doesnt cause any trouble which Im 100% certain he was being sarcastic.When a customer says NO, it means NO. It doesnt mean YES or MAYBE. Stop putting pressure on customers and try to argue. It was a lot better before DARCARS took over this place (sales, service, finance and etc.) There are many other Lexus dealers. If you live outside Bergen county, there are a lot better options.

I contacted the internet sales manger Gail and she had James to reach out to me.I was told by James we will not sale you the car unless you use our finance?He went on to say the car’s chips are hard to come by so our supply’s are low ( basically we can demand anything we choose).I asked Jame for a worksheet breakdown of the costs to buy the car, and Jame ask for my drivers license, SS, address, and I am sure he wanted more information, just to tell me the drive off price?I replied, “Thanks but we will look somewhere else.”
It’s unfortunate because the sales people are nice, and the dealership is clean and polished, but the sales tactics include bait and switch, over promising and under delivering. What the sales representative is not what the actual price of the car is. The sales manager will then counter with alternate pricing. This is an interesting tactic, but effective because the sales manager will not come out to say it to you face, but will send a floor manager, and so it’s not the fault of the sales person for misrepresenting the sale of the car. I would avoid and go elsewhere. There are more honest Lexus dealerships in the area that value their reputation and the customer experience. Go by the reviews on Yelp and Google, they’re accurate. Details: cash buyer for RX350 white with black interior. Brought details from another dealership to match. Said they could match deal with another car similar but not exact on the lot for 1.5K more. When it came to signing, it was sorry we can’t do that, we have to charge 5k more, it was a mistake that the sales person offered you the deal. They misunderstood the sales manager. If this starts to sound familiar to you, then avoid at all costs.

AVOID this place AT ALL COST and go to another dealership. Theres a reason this place has the lowest rating among all dealerships around the area, and we shouldve known. The VP of the company is the most uneducated person Ive seen, who after getting caught playing tricks and lying with their numbers, got embarrassed and told us to leave and that they dont want to sell us the car anymore. Forget about getting a good deal here as they will trick you with out the door price by making up fake taxes and fees and after you finally agree to a price, they just lower the fake taxes and fees instead of actually lowering the price of the car itself. We would gladly pay more for a more honest company.P.S. The salesman was a nice guy, truly feel bad for him. Check out their Glassdoor rating and youll know they treat their employees as bad as their customers.This place taints the Lexus brand and experience. After visiting I dont even want a Lexus anymore. Just recently purchased a Lexus GX460 from this dealership, it happened to “pass” inspection but after leaving the dealership to take the car home and many close encounters. I came to notice that the signal light in the back did not have a bulb in it. So I stopped by auto zone picked up a bulb but when I came home to install them the screw had absolutely no thread on it, so someone knew that the light hadn’t worked but still let the car leave the dealership. You would think that signal lights are tested during a inspection and that you would leave the dealership with a car that is 100% safe on the road but I guess not.

The absolute worst place to ever go to service your car . The staff is completely unprofessional. I got my car serviced and diagnosed . Paid 203 dollars so that they can tell the what issue I have going on with my car . When I call back to get more details on the issue, I’m told “I’m sorry but we don’t provide information so that someone else can fix it” . The supervisor in the service department completely blew me off, saying “I will email you when I get a chance” and hung up on me . It’s ridiculous to know that you pay to find out what’s wrong with your car and you have to legit argue and get hung up on to get generalized info on your own car that you paid for . On top of that they cleared the codes so that I couldn’t find out the problem at all u less I go thru them . They are horrible and unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMEND
Tina Wilts is outstanding. I had an issue with the title transfer to my car and she went above and beyond in helping me get it situated. It was a lengthy process that took about a month, yet she was patient and communicative. I’m extremely satisfied with the help that I have received from her, and I’m sure that the company is grateful to have such an asset working for them. I 100% recommend anyone who is having issues to contact Tina for help.

My first half of the deal was done through text messages between the manager at the dealership & I. I inquired about the 2021 Lexus ES 300H that listed on their website. The manager quickly responded and I was set up an appointment to see the vehicle. before the appointment date, I found a nearby dealership who claimed they have the color of the same vehicle i was looking for. I then told the manager i was going to cancel the appointment since I found the vehicle and it was near where i lived. The manager didnt give up and told me nicely if anything goes wrong, I can still contact him. Thats exactly what happened. The other dealership lied to me that they have the color that I wanted, but when I got there, they tried to sell me a different color. I refused, contacted the manager at Darcars immediately. We drove to his dealership and eventually bought the car the rate that we discussed.
On Jan 29th I purchased a 2019 Toyota Camry from Lexus of Englewood. From the moment I arrived Xavier Torres was one of the most professional salesman I have had the pleasure to conduct business with. Not only did he know everything about the car I was buying but he was extremely knowledgeable about the warranties I was interested in. At no time did Xavier seem pushy or rush me for a sale.Toni Han the finance manager was so AWESOME she fought for me when one company gave me a approval then 5min later pulled it. She made phone calls and boom I was approved. She not only knows the $$ part but she truly cared for me. As a U.S. Army Disabled Combat Veteran that meat so much. Very disappointed to have to pay for another key for a used 2018 Rav 4 Hybrid. This was not mentioned during the negotiation of the price of the car. All in it was $450 to get another key made at Toyota. I don’t know if I will ever buy another car here.

Per the sales agent, the parts were already ordered and is expected to be delivered today.All we are asking is an update from the sales agent since no one else is willing to help us find an answer.We were always promised a call back, but that never happened.For such a big company like this, the customer’s service is poor. They are only willing to take ur call when ur purchasing. Once the deal is done, ur on ur own. Up to this point, we still don’t have the car in our possession.Still wondering wether the parts have arrived.3 stars is generous for this place. I do regret purchasing from this place. Spent 3 hours here with a salesperson who was attempting to get me a good price or as close to my asking price as possible. After 3 hours, decided enough was enough and started to head for the door. They sent out a manager and told me to sit down to discuss a deal. I spent 3 hours discussing a deal, I told him this is my price and there is no discussion. He loudly called me crazy, enough for the entire store to hear, and claimed my price was too low. Well, another dealer beat the low price offer I made to darcars within 30 minutes of discussion and gave me thousands more on my trade in. I was crazy, crazy enough to head to darcars who tried to low ball me on my trade in and charging me a lot more for a new car, in addition to outrageous fees. $699 for a tire fee? I paid $7.50 at the other dealership.
I had purchase a car from here. Drove four hours to get the car that I wanted. Romeo DeLuca was my salesperson. Cant tell you how happy I am with my purchase. He made the process so easy and smooth. He made sure I was satisfied with the car. Everyone at the dealership was great to work. Would buy from here again. 100% satisfied

Did not feel welcomed coming into the dealer. I was looking forward to lease a IS350 and it didn’t go as planned. The sales man I was talking to was great guy but when it came down to my payments he called another man over and it sounded like he didn’t want to sell me the car to begin with. He was rude and did not let me get a chance to speak. I wouldn’t recommend Lexus of Englewood.

I always find the negotiation step nerve wrecking and it makes me sweat and shake, but felt like this part of the process was just a friendly conversation with Jin, who was very transparent, respectful, and really worked with me to get a great deal. I really appreciate this!Also had great time talking to Toni Han who was kind enough to check in, and made the financing step feel very satisfying. It was an absolute pleasure to talk to her. Terrible management skills! I have never seen a sales manager coming and saying, “our dealer is the best dealer in number of sales around here. So if you wanna make a deal now and take this car next week once it comes in, then we will work on the numbers since the car you want is a very rare find.” You wouldn’t be able to retain your returning customers with this kind of manner whatsoever. If your dealer is the best dealer in this area, offer better customer service to keep those numbers and train your sales people so they can offer options first before heading to his manager in the middle of conversation. Very unprofessional!

STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Stay far away from the used car people here. Complete crooks had looked at a car online from car gurus and seen it listed for an good price and miles was low. Get to the dealer and the price is now 10k plus higher but miles are lower so must be mistakes with the post. Tell the used car manager about it and he argued with me saying they make the posts about the cars so there’s no way it’s wrong and said I’m lying to him about it. Then says o well car gurus is a 3rd party site. So car gurus just changes the price and mileage to how they see fit I don’t think so. Stay far far away from this place. I’m not the only one when I was there hear a customer with an issue with her car and they were give her the run around. Shady shady dealer. Please don’t contact me as there’s no way for you to fix the issue I had

Very poor customer service skills I have leased 2 cars in past here and had no problems before but today was the worst very unprofessional and for the person to claim be a sales manager at that. I would take my business to another lexus dealership for this. All I wanted was a price/payment smh never againSales manager was so focus on pre qualifying and worrying about credit instead of trying to sell me a car. If this is was your management consists of they need to be retrained to help better your sales as a business.

It was the best Lexus experience I had. Ive been running to dealership to dealership and had a difficult time trying to find the right sales person who was actually educated in their cars. Everyone at the dealership was very knowledgeable and friendly. Customer service was excellent. Frank Pangallo was the best sales guy I encountered during my car shopping experience and the manager Mitchell Patlock, the sales manager was very welcoming. Visit them and you wont regret!
I just bought a new used 2015 Prius from this dealership. My salesman Frank was absolute gold. It was my first car purchase from a dealer, and my first big purchase. Frank was very informative of the Prius on the test drive, and offered drinks while we worked through the car buying process, and he set me up with insurance and temp tags and titles. Car was pristine, and gassed up. Also, the sales manager didnt skimp on the test drive. We drove a stretch to really feel the car out, especially since it was a hybrid. Controls were explained and other hybrid EV helpful information. 1st time in a dealership was cool and I felt I wasnt there any longer than I needed to be. Frank also followed up to see view the car and I were doing, which was thoughtful.
