I take all my vehicles to this location. CSA staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. I feel the mechanics know what theyre doing and never had an issue!

Oil change, full inspection, tire rotation and balance. Luis was the gentleman who did the services listed i have to say he did a very thorough job and did a great job at that . This whole store works very well as a team . Im very impressed how you all worked together as a unit . And actually were having fun at what yall do . Says alot about the management the whole staff and the confidence of a good job . Thanks again.

To start with, the young guy who was the only one checking in customers at 8am was doing an absolute amazing job at multi tasking handling customers as they were walking in AND handling the numerous phone calls coming in. We were quoted an 1 to 1 1/2 hours for our alignment to be done and was out in 45 minutes. The tech was awesome as well. Will definitely be coming back for our future car needs.

I am so thankful for the management and employees of THIS location. I took my car here after dealing with a repeat issue several times at another location and giving up hope that Big O Tires was going to do the job correct. Let me preface this by saying Im not upset I had to pay for additional repairs on my car but by the way I was treated when presented with said repairs. I brought my car in for an alignment. While attempting to align my car, whoever was working on it snapped a bolt. My car was driven in Minnesota for 4 years prior to moving to CO and MN uses salt during the winter, its inevitable there is going to be rust and corrosion. I was told the bolt was broken, they couldnt find anywhere with the parts needed and my car was going to stay in the shop overnight. I inquired about a loaner, mostly because I worked the next morning, was told they didnt have anything for me and was expected to leave. I asked if they would be willing to cover the cost of a rental for the night since I drove my car in, and due to their actions could not drive my car back out, and thats when I was talked to as if I had demanded free service and a chauffeur. The attitude was not one of a reputable business attempting to help a customer but that of a person who blamed me for the corrosion of bolts on the underside of my car. The argument I was presented with to justify them not helping me was being asked how I didnt know the bolts were rusty, as if hanging out under my car is a perfectly normal daily activity. If Im supposed to know my bolts are rusted before bringing it into a shop for an alignment, how are they not observant enough to see the bolts are rusted to the point they should stop what theyre doing and inform the customer of the potential problems before proceeding? All of this included a 10 minute long argument in the middle of the lobby which ended with an agreement of discounting the price of installation but the moral is this: before coming here please make the decision, do you want to go to a shop where the business in stand-up, mature, and politely converses and discounts? Or would you like to go here, where youre expected to know the quality of the bolts on the underside of your car and every time you make a point during your argument with the disgruntled guy that was working the service desk on 3/26/21 at 5pm he stops talking, stares into your eyes, and unsuccessfully attempts to intimidate you. Very poorly run bad management bad communication bad staff. The worst experience lve ever had at a big o tires. I would not recommend taking your car to this location. I went in for a very simple cheap repair on my car and it ended up costing me a fortune. These people wil lie to you and rip you off. If they tell you somethings wrong with your car. I would suggest you get a second opinion from another car repair shop, dont let them touch your car. It would probably be best to just avoid this location in the first place.

Went to Big O for a flat, which was taken care of. My issue is with their communication. I called to see if my car was ready, which it was. I had the girl with gauges in her ears and dark hair on speakerphone to ask if I could come get my car. The entire phone call she gave straight up attitude. My friend, who could also hear the phone conversation, and I were both very confused on why I was being spoken to in such an unfriendly way. When I asked if they were going to call me to let me know my car was ready, which was a genuine question, she caught even more attitude with me. It was a simple and genuine question which I simply wanted to know, I didn’t know if maybe email or text was their way of communication and it just didn’t go through? She said they had the wrong number, which I asked to confirm, they did have the correct phone number on file. I’m not sure why my clarifying questions caused such shortness, but it really made me feel like as a customer I was wasting this girl’s time by asking. When I went into the shop to pay, I asked her if she was the one I spoke to which she very cheerfully replied “yes! what’s up?”. I was surprised with the change of energy, but then again, people will treat people differently face to face than they do on the phone. I just wish she’d keep the same energy.

Took my F150 in for an oil change 400 miles into the oil change the engine started to make strange noises and loss of power Took it back the main mechanic checked the truck said it was overfilled said it needed to be left for a new oil change to fix the problem Picked it up the next day Drove it home went to the store the next day on the way home it started making a bad noise and loss of power Took it back to them again they said it sounded like a timing chain left it with them to check it took 3 weeks for them to say¹ they checked the timing chain and nothing was wrong Took it to a ford mechanic in 2 minutes they said it was a timing chain problem once the got in the engine found out the timing chains were never look at if so they would have seen one of the guides was pushed out and side ways the cam faisers were trashed and seals were blown this oil change cost me 4 thousand dollars in repairs Conner and big O said its not their fault not their problem we all know except fo Conner and big O what happens to an engine when its over filled with oil Expensive lesson to learn sticks to buying Tires and leave the mechanical problems to the pros

Great place and very workable withable pricing

Stopped in for a quick last minute tire rotation. Very friendly staff and they jumped to get my vehicle done right away. I recommend Big O Tires over any other tire service center in general, but also this location is consistent with other Big O Tire locations with their professionalism, good customer service, and attention to detail regarding my vehicle.

I think it would be helpful to know it takes about 2 hours for a normal oil change given they check other items on the car. Also, the tech reset my hatch lock accidentally so I couldn’t open my gate with my key or the dash button until I figured out how to reset it.

They did a great job with my car! I had all four tires replaced and an oil change. Dropped it off before work and picked it up when I got off. A++

Why have me make an appointment so I can hang out with my daughter in the parking lot doing remote learning for over an hour and you didnt even get my truck in the shop? I understand that businesses get busy, but really why the appointment if Im going to the back of the line when I get there anyways? Kind of redundant, isnt it? Never going back.

They were too busy to fix my tire but checked the air in my tires and added air to get me by. Very nice.

I contacted the Police!The owner of this store should really get a grip on its staff. I worked there for a month around October and from the start I did not feel welcomed by the staff. I think a mechanic and a tire tech, Brian and James scratch my car and jump started it. Addelin the chick working in the front desk witness them doing a burnout and now my clutch is failing prematurely. I will be pressing charges if police Do find evidence and will sue for damages to my paint and clutch if the OWNER of this store does not own up to its staffs reckless actions!

I just called about 30 minutes ago to get a price on some tires. The guy who answered the phone didn’t want to be bothered and that was very apparent in his tone. Since the guy didn’t want to look up my tire size and ask the necessary questions I hung up on him and took my thousand dollars back to Discount Tires.

They took good care of our car. Another shop said they couldnt do an alignment. No problems here. Other shop was just busy and lazy.

Was told that the car needed all new tires & they would not help otherwise... how does the vehicle need new tires when we just replaced them 3 months ago & all the vehicle is use for is to commute to & from work (Englewood to downtown) ??? I get that you have to do your job & get your little coins, but don’t lie about not being able to fix something just because you won’t get as much money. Took it to a different place & they helped without any issue.

Had no idea that tire patching was free at this location. Even if it wasnt well worth it some of the best customer service Ive had in any industry. Keep up what you guys do youre doing a great job! Thank you for what you do.

The guys were amazing. I ran over something in the road last night. I took the tire in and they repaired it and put it back on. I was back on the road in less than an hour and they were slammed.

Where do I start? Lies, lies, and more lies. And there is a lot of High people writing reviews here cause there is too many good reviews. A year ago I took my car in for an oil change. I got a call right away that my front outer tire rods needs to be replace. Well I have a guy who does my car repairs and I took it to him. One tire rod was going out and the other fine. He took care of both of them. Then about 4 months later I took my car back to Big O Lies for an oil change and they said my inner tire rods need to be replace.I told them to eat it and took it to my guy. Guess what both inner tire rods are fine and still are fine. Dont go here anymore. They rip off hard working people and this happens at most all of their stores. Also, if you can, get a second opinion.

They took the time to find a slow leak in a tire that 2 other tire shops couldn’t find !! Very frustrating but even when they were slammed Adalyn assured me they would find it !! Well they did, ! Great techs And they are the only shop I prefer to work on my 2016 f150 !! Oh ya the Big O All terrain truck tires are really awesome Quiet and great snow and mud traction!!! Thanks Guys..

This place is a breeding ground for people who take Advantage of the elderly, my brother-in-laws mom who is on disability and diálisis (68 years old took her car for the advertised 50 dollar oil change. They checked her engine lightAnd added another 2,300.00 dollars to replace and oxygen sensor!Then toTop it off they call her and say her brake fluid line is broken! How could she drive the car back and forth all this time? They wanted and additional 800.00 forThis! They dropped the price ofThis service to 300.00 but what a deal 50.00 dollar oil change turned into $ 2,600.00Don’t trust

Had a tire go flat on my AWD Ford Edge. I called Big O and was able to get my car to them at 7am in the morning even though they didnt operate till 8am (their lobby is open at 7 but they do not service vehicles until 8). They quickly replaced all 4 tires on my car. Would highly recommend!

Took my truck in on friday for a simple rotation and free flat repair but my tire went flat again and when I checked the psi on all four tires they were uneven, ranging from 23psi to 45psi !! I think Ill be going over to discount tire from now on!!

These people improperly lifted my vehicle on the differential! This caused a serious accident at 45 MPH and cost $7,000 to fix! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!

I’ve been to this location several times for an oil change on my tundra and absolutely love it!! I drop it off while I’m at work and within a couple hours get a text and email stating my truck is ready!!! The staff here does a great job and are also professional and knowledgeable!! Quick service. Knowledgeable. But as always, everyone finds other things you need done. No screeching brakes, but said l needed pads and rotors. Have had them checked elsewhere, rotors not needed which added hundreds.

I wish I was able to give this place zero stars. I went in originally wanting to get my rear view mirror reattached to the windshield and then i decided to get an oil change since i was already there. I was initially told that it would only take an hour to an hour and a half, I ended up waiting 2.5 hours before my car was EVEN MOVED from where i first pulled in and parked it. Then after another two hours waiting in the lobby, I was told that whoever changed my oil and put the cap on last was “Hercules” because they couldn’t get it off. So mind you it’s been 4.5 hours at this point before my car was even worked on. At the end of the day, I waited 5 hours total to get my oil changed and was told they simply couldn’t fix the rear view mirror and was sent on my way. Horrible service I will never be returning and recommend you save yourself some time and go elsewhere.

I had a great experience at this Big O location. When swapping my winter tires for my summer tires, one of the staff noticed that a couple of my lug nuts had been stripped from when I had my winter tires put on. I was concerned about that additional cost, but the staff reached out to the shop I had gone to and helped me work out an arrangement to spare me the cost.

This is a great place! I took my car in before a road trip. Amazing service. They did a curtesy inspection and a free alignment check. Seems like a trust worthy place. I’ll be going back and I’m super happy they’re in my neighborhood.

I had my truck in for an alignment in early June, I explained what was changed with it and that the castor needed to be adjusted. It wasnt and come to find out the bolt that adjust the castor was loose on the driver side. Will not be returning to get an alignment from this shop.

On November 1st I brought my 2010 Honda Accord to this Big O location in order to replace the rear brakes. The entire sales staff were friendly, quick to greet me, answered all of my questions and very accommodating to my curiosity about previous transactions (I had my front brakes replaced earlier this year with them as well as a set of tires the year prior).However, I would like to highlight one mechanic/techs customer service in particular. When I came to pick up the car, I had been informed my front wheel bearings may be needing replacement soon. Naturally, I wanted to know more as I consider myself somewhat car knowledgeable, but by no means an at home mechanic. The staff brought in Saul, who had worked on my Accord and took it for a test drive after replacing the brakes. He spent ten minutes or so answering my questions, such as What sound he was hearing to cue him in to the bearing issue? so I could listen for it myself, I also asked about the immediacy of the problem which he gave an honest answer to (it wasnt a dire emergency but one to keep in mind and not put off for years) and the biggest issue would be the annoyance of noise. Saul went out of his way to show me a bearing that had failed and broken apart to see the bearings and discuss its function, the components that work around the bearing and hub. He went above and beyond what other mechanics/techs have done in the past at other shops, which can be said for everyone I came in contact with at this store. I would recommend this location and staff to anyone and would like to thank them and Saul for all of their diligence and attention to detail and perhaps even a little arm chair psychology as I griped about all the money that Ive sunk into the car for other repairs. Thank you!

Called them after Discount refused to even look at my tire until 2pm this afternoon on tires I had purchased from them WITH road hazard. Single parent that works 12hr days, 6 days a week so I dont have much time. Fixed my tire in-between their appointments at no charge and did a check on other parts of my car as well. Will be back to have my front tires replaced by them. Thanks a bunch!

My girlfriend took her Cruze in to get work done... Too many times (like ten times, in her words). The worst issue with the car wasnt even seen or dealt with until that tenth time, and the consistent lack of foresight and help was a clear sign of fraudulent work that, when taken to corporate, was completely refunded to reasonably avoid some kind of suit.Take much better care of your customers please, and make sure they know everything youre doing and that its exhaustive.

Friendly employees with fast service. I come in for same day/walk in services and also have made an appointment and have had similar experiences. Clean location with easy access and a large parking lot. Quick walk to food/shopping while waiting for repairs.

Second time I have purchased tires at this Big O location. The sales folks are friendly and knowledgeable and offer great assistance in selecting the right tires for ones budget. The mechanics offered suggestions for addressing minor mechanical issues, but no hard sell. All in all a great experience.

Meineke on Broadway and Bellview almost destroyed my car by putting locktite on my tire rod ends and didnt even know the problem was my steering rack. Thank God big o actually looked and found the problem. They even showed me while my car was on the lift. Extreme recommendation for this location. I have been to this Big O Tires location a couple times and have had great experiences. The first time I spoke with Gizmo (maybe Gismo) while they worked on my vehicle. I liked that they notified me of my tires conditions, but didnt pressure me into buying new tires (I was aware they were on the way out). The next time I went to this location I worked with Andrew and purchased tires and had my brakes repaired. I like getting tires from a place like this since they offer free rotation for the lifetime of the tires. My most recent visit, I again worked with Andrew. I came in for an oil change and to have the mechanics look for a potential issue with my vehicle, as it had acted strange the previous day. What I really liked about this visit, is that I mentioned the symptoms to Andrew but also expressed that the Check Engine Light never came on. Part of the reason I was very pleased, is that they still checked out my vehicle, but did not make up any issues. Andrew called me and said they checked it out and even tried to see if they would experience the same symptoms, but simply suggested to come back if the light and/or symptoms returned. This really pleased me, as I am not completely blind when it comes to vehicles and I have been to places in the past that have stretched by a long shot what needed to be done on a vehicle. I dont get the sense that they do business that way at this Big O Tires. I would recommend this location for various needs and will return in the future.

Fantastic service and selection. I needed new tires for my truck so I called the shop to find out if I needed an appointment. The manager, Sean Gunbil, was immediately helpful. He let me know that I could come in right away and that they had all the tires I was looking for in the right size for my truck. While I was on my way to the shop, Sean took down my information, streamlining the process and making it super easy to get the work going as soon as I pulled in. Sean answered all of my questions. His crew was able to put my new tires on quickly and they did a great job. A big thanks to the Big O team for all of their help.

I went in for a balance on my front tires, and they didnt really give me a time estimate until I asked, then when I picked up my car they said no charge.I had one of my co-workers at the shop I work at check the balance of my front tires . . they were both done Wrong!I would stay away from this location, folks

The staff was extremely helpful. I pulled in because the tire sensor light came on. There was a nail in the tire that deemed the tire unrepairable. I was on my way out of town when this happened and they had me back on the road, new tire and all, in 15 minutes. I will use them again.

Was convinced to have $800 worth of additional work done despite being on a strict time frame because I was assured I would be out on time, if not early. Was not informed until I had to ask 10minutes before my “at the latest” time that I would be here an additional hour and a half because they were unable to get the job done. Part of the issue was caused by them breaking a part on my earlier visit here. Heard 2 other customers have the same issue in the time I spent in the waiting room. Counter help unapologetic and did not handle the situation proactively. If I could provide this location with a 0 I would. Will never frequent this shop again and would not recommend anyone else to do so either.Also - Shop advertises promotions that expired nearly 1 year ago. Don’t be fooled.EDIT: Had an issue and customer service went above and beyond to resolve the concern and make amends for past discretions. Very appreciative.

After getting new rotors and brake pads put on, the rotors were rusted out within weeks. After realizing they had put on rotors of sub par quality, nate and the team went above and beyond to remedy the problem by replacing all the rotors with high quality rotors and new pads at no extra cost. Highly recommended.
