On July 4th, my Jeep Grand Cherokee radiator kicked the bucket. Babcocks was able to find me a new radiator and replace it within a decent amount of time. This was much appreciated because my family was in town, it was a holiday week, and we had a ton to do! Babcocks did great work, communicated well and explained everything that happened when I came to pick up the car. Thanks to Justin and Danny for excellent work. At first they were very professional in how they were doing business, but to put it simple Ill spare all the details. When I paid to have my check engine light fixed and it wasnt, they lied about its repair. The new owner was passive aggressive & made unprofessional remarks. I wish Chad was still the owner.
