Danny was absolutely incredible. His energy and attitude was such a breath of fresh air in these times. I have very limited car knowledge and he took time to explain to me every single procedure my vehicle was going to have. That gave me the confidence I needed to know everything that was done was necessary. My car is running smooth as ever. Even though this location was a little far from my home I absolutely will be coming back every time.

Badly needed a set of RV tires passing through town on my journey up north. Joey and Beverly fit me in late afternoon so my trip wasnt delayed further. Joey and Anthony got right to it, having it ready by 5pm. Beverly made sure my bill was accurate, and even gave my little boy a coloring book and a rose to give to his mommy. Everyone of them exceeded my expectations. 100% Recommend!!!

Danny was incredibly helpful and went far above my expectations. I found a screw deep in my front tire and a probable puncture in my rear tire on Sunday. TPM alarm had come on. I dropped off the car Sunday early afternoon, when this garage was pretty busy with all 3 lifts already filled. Charles, the technician, was still able to locate and patch 2 punctures on my tires within 2 hours. He also identified a big dent on my wheel that had knocked it significantly out of balance (by about 4.5 oz; for reference, most normal out of balance amount is under 0.5 oz). Charles balanced that wheel for me, too. The BEST part was that all of these repairs were performed for FREE, even though I had never done business at this garage before and dont even have Goodyear tires on my car. Will definitely return here for my future paid tire service needs. Great business model, Goodyear! In comparison, other nearby garages wanted $30 for a single patch, and balancing wouldve been much extra. Thank you Danny, Charles, and Goodyear Auto Service!!

Damaged my car. Brought a flat tire into to get repaired and left with $500 worth of damage. I cant begin to tell you how furious I am - I wish I could give negative stars. They talk about how corporate they are, but their bays are no different than any run-of-the-mill mechanic. MAKE SURE YOU TAKE PICTURES/VIDEO OF YOUR CAR BEFORE YOU DROP IT OFF. Will never come back.

I’ve been to the englewood location twice now and am blown away by the level of courtesy and professionalism displayed. Very different then what I’m used to going to other places. The last time I came in Danny helped fix a flat and rotate tires. I can tell he enjoys helping customers and offering the best possible service. I would highly recommend!!

Great tire repair on my Tesla model y. Many shops are hesitant about repairing Tesla tires with sound deadening foam. These guys had no problem. They fixed the nail hole I had quickly, professionally and at a reasonable price.

They were very pleasant and professional. It was a last-minute purchase of new tires. I needed to return and have my tire seniors reset they took care of it with a smile. Excellent service and polite staff.

Friendly staff, quick service. I got there to get fix the flat tire though they were out of Goodyear tires. We had to opt for another brand...Im still clueless if they changed all tires or just one coz all look same now and the one that was flat tire was from Goodyear. One of The tire is missing the cap but it may be a simple mistake. For now Im figuring out and confused being the first time victim of flat tire. The customer service was awesome from beginning to end and the honest just made me a regular customer. I had dropped my wife at the hospital and I was on my way to firestone which I had been to before and I never got there because Goodyear Tire in Englewood just made my day. Robert went above and beyond on an prepurchase inspection on a RAV4 I was buying down the street. He found a leaky strut and gave me a ton of helpful advice on what he would do or be thinking about going into the buying decision. It was a huge boost of confidence for a first time Car buyer like myself.

Its busy and Good Year seems to be open everyday of the week.Im not 100% sure of the hours if I had to guess Id say Monday thru Friday 8 - 5p and Saturday - Sunday maybe 11 - 5p.Dont quote me on that..

Yesterday was my second time stopping by, another very efficient and pleasant experience. Last time I stopped by to fix a tire leak, this time for a rowdy windshield wiper. I called, they had me in within the hour and was out in 20 minutes. I worked with Danny, excellent communication, didn’t try to up-charge me, I’d recommend this place to everyone. I certainly will be back when needs arise.

Got a great rude greeting by one of the mechanics as I was parking my car. “What do you need?” With enough attitude that I had to ask him to relax, I’m here to replace all the tires and I have an appointment before he said anything else. Not even a Good morning before or after that. I give it 0 stars from me if I could. So after dropping 787.00 never got a Thank you for doing business. Will be mentioning to friends/family rather do business somewhere else.

The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company car shop located in Englewood, NJ is on of the few shops I have visited regularly. There are many reasons for that, like its appearance, quality service, competitive prices and very good customers handling.Danny Fontanez, Sales Advisor is one of the best of the Goodyear employees. His readiness for help, knowledge of the discussed subject, unfailing patience, amicability, memorization of the customers wishes facilitate the attainment of the customers satisfaction. He is definitely the asset to the Goodyear Tire Company.

I second all of the negative reviews and comments about how rude/arrogant George is. I came in for an oil change and shortly after it my check engine light went on, later to find out that my mass airflow sensor was broken; something I’ve never had trouble with before. While I was waiting elsewhere to inquire about it, the first thing the person said was “who did your last oil change?” and then told me about the mass airflow sensor. On top of that, after the oil change my glove compartment was completely out of place so I had to go back in and have someone fix it where George had an attitude about that too. I definitely won’t be coming back here.

Peter the store manager took care of my flat tire and was super helpful and nice. They told me an hour and were finished in 20min! I recommend this location to anyone!

Danny was very knowledgeable super chill and helped us out alot, George closed us out and saved us a few bucks . Overall I feel like I got a great deal and coming back here again. Thanks again.

Worst people working here. The store is supposed to close at 5 pm. I went there at 4:30 pm due to tire problem. I had my 11 month old baby in the car. The door was locked and people in there were ignoring me asking for help. I knocked on door several times and they finally opened the door and asked about my issue. They told me to step back from the door, not evening letting me into the store. They only said everything was shut down and there was nothing for me. Just feel so bad how I was treated in front of my family. Why would they shut down everything before the store hours are over. Even the entrance door says 8 am - 5 pm. Just don’t fking understand what the fk they are thinking.

The service given seemed good. However, they propose some offers in a way that If you do not do it your car will be in a BIG Problem, which is not actually!Then you are tempted into buying a very expensive components once they remain cool and helpful!!!

I came in to replace all 4 of my tires. When I talked to Eddie on the phone, his personality alone was enough for me to come in right away. He was amazing and provided above and beyond customer service.George serviced my car, and he was the worst mechanic, store manger and person that I have ever encountered. This unfortunate man talks down on people, lies about problems on your vehicle, yells at his staff as if theyre children, and tries POCKET money.I cant believe Good Year hired a poor soul like him. God bless him and I hope someone out there can fix him (maybe a therapist).

I had a great experience at this shop... the front tire of my car blew up and George Duran, the service manager on duty made sure I got out in just about 30 minutes with my new tire......I was happily impressed ...Will recommend this Goodyear store without hesitation.

Excellent experience! I had a flat tire and visited first thing the next day. Staff was extremely helpful and diligent in getting my issue resolved.I ended up getting the tire repaired and this took about 30 minutes total, from the point of me arriving to the point where my keys were returned. I will certainly visit again for regular maintenance and tire replacement!

I bought 4 new tires 2 months ago and now I am missing a lug nut. I called them and they said they will not replace it. I am concerned that they may not have tightened all my lug nuts and will have to go somewhere else to check. I will never go to that store again and they lost a customer for life

What a ripoff! I came in for tire alignment after buying brand new tires 3 days ago!! They wasted no time trying to upsell me with 300$ ‘package’ for lifetime tire alignment. I nixed it. They gave it another go and another go... I left. NEVER COMING BACK.

Excellent service. They were very helpful in protecting me from predatory business practices of competing businesses and did not charge me for fixing the damage done by their competitors. I was so grateful for such a good business I purchased the warranty on my tires because they deserve the business and a returning customer.

I made an appointment online. Once I arrived they told me they didn’t have anybody there to install the tires and that my tires were the wrong tires for my vehicle. I used the online tool to select the tires by make and model. Someone even called me to confirm my order a few minutes after. They could have discussed this before i made a trip to this location. Not only did i waste my time driving there, but also was made feel stupid. The service manager kept reiterating that its not my fault i didn’t know. Seriously? Not ever returning or recommending this brand or location. Horrible experience and wasted time.

It was one of the nicest places Ive waited to get my car serviced. Very comfortable, they have free coffee and water. Comfortable places to sit. To top it off an amazing staff. Everyone treated me as if I was a guest in there home. Definitely going back!

I’ve taken two of my cars here for various repairs and have always been treated very well and never felt any pressure to fix something that was unnecessary as other mechanics sometimes try to convince you to do. The staff is always extremely friendly and professional and I trust them completely. Most recently I had to come in for an oil change and tire rotation and I’m glad I did because one of my front tires was about to blow out it was so bad. George helped me out a lot and was extremely well mannered and courteous. I ended up replacing my two front tires, did my brakes and rotors (which I knew I needed to have done) and also got new wiper blades. The guys at Goodyear Englewood are wonderful and I will definitely continue to bring my car here for repairs. I’m driving a lot safer now then when I came in and I’m very grateful for their help.

I got a piece of metal in my rear left tire, initially I took my car to the dealership and they wanted me to replace the tire which wouldve run me for 230 bucks. I was suggested to come here and perhaps have the tire patched up to avoid spending that much money. Not only did they patch the tire up, they did not charge me for the service I was provided. I believe this was bc it was my first time here. Anyways, they just earned a new customer here. Thank you everyone who helped me today . Im a satisfied new costumer.

Renovation results in a clean, convenient waiting area and very clean garage. Open Sundays, which is a big bonus. On the flip side, theyll try to talk you into fixing everything your car needs, at a not-bargain basement price... They put the wrong size brake hose on my car and I had to bring it back to replace it. They didnt admit it was the wrong part (too short) and they replaced itt under warranty which probably means I wont get a free replacement if it fails, but whatever. At this point I view them as a resource If you need them on Sundays.

Got a flat on my run flat tire Friday evening. Went on the website and reserved a time slot for Saturday evening. When I arrived everything was very pleasant. Took me in right away, even though I was early for my appointment. My tire was changed and I was out the door in less than an hour. My only negative is why are those dang run flat tires so expensive? but that is not their fault. :) Thanks for quick turnaround and excellent customer service. I think I found my new go to place for tires and I may even try them out for my oil changes. Thanks.

Excellent service. They really don’t keep you waiting at all. I went in for a Tesla tire change. I had a loaner tire on so they kept the original tire - keeping it ready and mounted for me. When I returned, they did the wheel alignment and finished within minutes.Hopefully I don’t need to do this too often, but I’d return here for sure.

Extremely polite and helpful employees, and a nice area to wait during service. I did not know I’d need an alignment but was offered two ways to save some money which had not previously been available. Was also reminded to return every six months for a rotation which no other Goodyear had instructed in the past.

The Rudest Manager In The History Of Management!All the rude reviews about Peter is more than true.I had work done on my brakes out of state and relocated to NJ.In July 2018, I took my car to this location and my first encounter was with Eddie. Eddie is the example Goodyear should use for how to speak and handle customers. Shortly after, Peter (manager of the store) comes along and this guy was so freaking rude that I had to call Goodyears customer service and escalate this to a regional manager named Karol who was so disturbed by complaints, she called me on her way to start her vacation. Karol did help me and promise to deal with rude Peter and it will never happen again.I returned on December 22, 2018 and all traces of service done to my car has mysteriously disappeared from the Goodyear system. After Eddie tried his best to find it but still no trace. I asked for the manager and Rude Peter doesnt break his stride with yelling at me and being rude. This time I recorded our conversation and I plan to escalate as far as it can go. My family has done business with Goodyear for decades but it seems they dont mind this rude, obnoxious, condescending manager name Peter.

Excellent manager, Eddie will help as much he can. Also they will recommend if anything needs to be done add on vehicle, but no push. Also I like the estimate for all add job is not pricey.

I hit a pothole and my tire was getting flatter and flatter and hissing air. I called them at 6:15pm (when they close at 7pm) on a snowy night...i told them i was in Englewood and if they would wait for me. I got to Goodyear in 10 minutes and i was done by 6:50pm. Amazing customer service and just and outstanding clean business.

Had an appointment At 9 for an oil change brought it in, they said an hr, left and came back and waited another hr. Basically 2 hours for an oil change. I asked for what’s going on with the car and the guy up front said oh he just resetting your oil light, I get in, oil light is still on. I go back and the lady who works up front said “oh you just need to drive it and it’ll go away” WRONG if you ACTUALLY reset the light it would go away, so they asked the same tech to do it, this time I’m standing over him and he doesn’t know what he’s doing and CLEARLY he didn’t reset it to begin with and tries to use a OBD computer to reset it. Another tech comes and resets it in 2 mins.

Very helpful staff was here from brooklyn ny and and had a flat while going upstate New York. Wheel lock was a bit messed up. Went to 3 tire shops in the area and was not able to help. Came her and the staff was able to get the lock off and change the tire with out any damage to rims.

Poor customer service and they damaged my tires on purpose so that I can buy new set of tires from them. One tire on my Sedan had small leakage, so small that once air pumped to factory recommended settings, the tire was holding air upto three weeks. I thought I should get it repaired so I can get rid of the nuance of pumping air in that tire after every three weeks. I scheduled appointment with this location for flat tire repair. I went on my schedule appointment and checked in. I was asked to wait in waiting area for 1.5 to 2 hours as there were other customers ahead of me . Notabily, my appointment was at 10:00 AM and I got there at 10:00 AM. Well, after waiting there 2.30 hours, I was told that tires on car have dry rot and this facility cant fix the flat. The associate, Danny tried to upsell good year tires and marketed the rebate of $25 buck if I take advantage of their current promotion today.I was there for tire flat repair ( believing approximate cost of $20-30) but when I was told that I needed new tires, cost of $580. My response was that I am not in this budget and Please give my car back .I drove out of the workshop but next morning, I noticed 3 of my car tires are losing air. I was shocked!! It was 7:30 AM and I had to be at work at 8:00 AM. I drove car to nearby gas station that had air pump and pumped that air and drove to work.it happened again next morning and for the third day, I was able to get off earlier from my job to make it to the this workshop. This time manger George was rude, refused to do anything and maintained that their technicians never touched car . I hope you know what happened??These guys are unprofessional and they punctured my tires to sell their tires... Im not going there anymore...

I have been going to this good year in Englewood NJ for years (2004) when David and Eddy was running this place it was such a pleasure to visit. Now the place is run by a guy name George? He is so unreasonable, so negative, unfriendly, unapproachable and no type customers service skills that make the experience very awkward. And he like to talk down at you because he run this place and when you tried to correct him when he is wrong, he will have a tantrum. What a shame all my friends and I will need to find a new tire shop now. #Bad manager failed#Englewood Good Year#

Unfortunately I been bringing my Buick with repairs and they did a good job, but now I own a Ford Escape with EMS problems and instead of admitting that they cant fix it, Im over $400 in the hole with my engine light still on.Take your car to your dealership and avoid a tire company to fix whats wrong under the hood.

Had a hole in the tire needee a patch work. This was the only place open on Sunday so I called for an appointment. Came in and eneded up waiting for 2 hours! What is the point of taking an appointment if the wait time is no better than walk in. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Ripping off money.I brought a battery and ask them for only installation, but later, they charged me $80. I shouldve gone to Pepboys, because it is only 13 dollar for battery installation.I dont recommend this location. Avoid it.

Please beware of the Goodyear Auto Service Center in Englewood NJ. I went there for a routine oil change and rear breaklight replacement and I left paying over $200. They unnecessarily used synthetic oil on my 2000 Honda Accord and had all sorts of hidden charges and fees. They also wanted to perform a break fluid flush for another $300 - also unnecessary! I have been to a number of mechanics but this place is by far the most shady. Avoid at all costs!

I went there on Sunday 04.15 to rotate my tires. And they lost a hubcap. I called back and they cannot locate it. It is terrible experience even they upgrade the store. The service is really bad.

Bad experience, went for oil change, was told I needed back rear brakes and they needed to resurface rotors,few days after that rear brakes etc started to squeal, went on a Sunday am to have it checked,was told they dont do warranty repair on sundays,took it again just now,service manager was very rude and nasty towards me,asked him why he talking to me like that,he stated he upset with the worker,ok thats there problem not mines,had to leave car and walk home,very bad experience all around,once I get this straight Ill never go back there again
