I have known the owner for forty years. And he prides himself on being the lowest priced mechanic in Denver. With 2vbay and room for 4 cars at a time Tom is always busy. recently I got behind in oil changes and the oil sensor went off on one of the cylinders. Instead of doing a whole head gasket rebuild thing that would cost thousands he used a special cleaning kit to clean all the little holes and the sensor cleared. So only a little over 1k. The time before I thought the timing belt broke. If I was lucky something like that might be 2500 minimum. Tom took the time and figured out somehow I tripped the gas cut off sensor and reprogramming cost less than 200. So before you panic and sell your beater on craigslist call Tom. BTW, mine is a 2017 Fiat.

I never write reviews, but people need to know about how great this place is. Tom goes above and beyond to find parts at the most affordable cost like no mechanic I have ever met. Today I went in to have my breaks and oil serviced. I also have an issue with my trunk button causing it not to open. where my He told me I really only needed an oil change and my breaks still had a bit of life in them. As a 25 yr old female living alone, my money is pretty tight. Tom has always been honest with me, which means a lot. The trunk part was $400 everywhere I looked and Tom found found it for $125! The labor pricing is incredibly reasonable and he’s fixing my trunk the very next day after finding the part. I used a different mechanic once and he fixed my vehicle incorrectly. Tom actually gave me a discount because the guy would not refund my money. I am so appreciative of this place and all the wonderful people who work here. If you’re looking for quality, affordable, and honest this is your place!

Good and experienced auto mechanic. You wont get white glove service here. But youll get an honest and value-based repair. Tom has saved me over 50% off similar repairs at other auto shops. Its not as convenient to do a drop off and pick up but its worth the savings for me.

Cannot recommend anymore. Took my car here back in January after going a few times in the past and they couldnt fix it. Id be okay with that if they were up front about it but I picked it up twice from them and had to bring it back after only driving a few miles with it running worse than when I initially dropped it off. Time is money and they take their time so any savings you think your getting is largely offset by the inconvenience of not having a vehicle, which in my case was over two weeks.Tom got so frustrated with the problem solving he had it sent to a partner shop that properly diagnosed the issue and fixed it within a day. They even told me that Tom put the wrong parts on which is why it actually ran worse. He owned up to it and refunded me but then accused me of getting free work from him and told me to never come back. I cant see why I would after such a bad experience.Its a great place if you have time to be without a car and only need relatively moderate work done but youll find yourself ending up doing all the point of contact work to get updates and dont be surprised if they do work without reaching out to you in advance for you to determine if the cost is even worth doing the repair.Bottom line is they theyre just awfully slow and severely lacking on the customer service side. Youll end up working with them to make sure things get done instead of them taking charge and making you feel like a customer.

They are a non-profit that supports schools and orphanages in India and the manager Tom is amazing! The prices are fair, theyre honest and they do great work! I absolutely love everything about this mechanic! Tom is the most fair, understanding and kind mechanic Ive ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He takes time to educate you fully on his services, so if you have a quote from another auto place, please take that to Tom so he can take a look to see if you REALLY need those repairs! I took my car to Midas and they wanted almost $900 to fix things wrong with my car but after taking it to Tom, he explained how those corporate places have sales quotas to meet. Well long story short my actual repairs only cost me under $200 (parts AND labor)! This place truly is good KARMAchanics! :)

Probably worst place to go. The old guy Tom lacks certain basic customer service skills. I called them and asked if I could get appointment. He mentioned I could just come anytime on Saturday. When I went he totally forgot and he told he can’t check. I asked if he could do initial diagnostics and he told sure. I waited for like an hour and when I asked again to at least give ETA or make appointment, he was just shouting just to come back after an hour or better don’t come at all. This guy is just rude and I’m pretty sure all other reviews are absolutely fake. Save your time and go somewhere else.

I do not ever write reviews, but i had such a good experience here today I thought I should leave one. I am a 23 y/o girl living in Denver alone, and mechanics always want to overcharge me. yesterday all of the coolant leaked out of my car and in a rush i took it to Karmachanics.. they had the best rate, they were all very kind... and i had my car back the next morning (they were closing soon the day i dropped it off). it is fixed and running great!i will recommend this place to everyone i know and will definitely take my car back there

Karmachanics is the absolute best place I have had major maintanince done to my 1991 4runner. I needed a timing chain replacement and I called around and got insane estimates on peforming a chain job. I came across karmachanics though a co-worker. I am glad I did too! Carlos gave me a great price and they did a supurb job on my old 4runner! Karmachanics is the only shop you should bring your cars to! Great people to work with and the shop is kinda hidden in the back.Thanksagain!!
