After getting quoted almost 20k for a new engine I brought my 6.0 to nick for a second opinion. He managed to save my engine and get my truck back on the road for a quarter the cost. Nick really knows what he’s doing when it comes anything powerstroke. He’ll be the only mechanic to touch my truck from now on.

I was referred to Nick at TSC a couple years ago. I called and with no hesitation, he helped me on the phone for about 30 minutes while working on some vehicle and provided me with enough info to figure it out myself. Recently, I bought a powerstroke that was having multiple problems. I gave him a call and it was the same Nick I had talked to over a year ago, more than willing to help! He told me to bring it by the shop that same day. Brought it by and him and two of his employees ended up staying 6 hours after they were closed until the job was done. This crew is extremely knowledgeable in what they do and diagnose everything properly before replacing parts. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thanks Nick, youre the man!

Nick, the shop owner was super helpful. I had after market springs installed on my truck that raised the over height by a couple of inches. My Raptor has Live Valve shocks that adjust the dampening and compression in real time by sensing the height of the shock. When I installed the aftermarket springs the sensor constantly read that it was extended and made for a harsh ride. I need to have a ride height calibration performed so that the sensor was zeroed out more or less. I contacted all the Ford service departments in the area, and none of them knew what I was talking about and thought it was a day long process. It is a process that simply takes 15 minutes. Anyway, Nick said he hadnt performed it before but that he would figure it out and thats exactly what he did.

Had a PCM issue with my F-150 that not even the dealer wanted to help me with. Called TSC asking if they could get me in on the following Tuesday. To my surprise they were able to get me in the same day after explaining my long drawn out situation, even though they were booked out pretty far. Got me taken care of in an hour!! Highly recommend!

Our 2015 Ford Escape was ready for a little TLC after commuting hard for 80k miles with no maintenance besides oil changes. I tried making appointments with Ford Dealers with no calls back for weeks. Had a problem with soft brakes and I took it to my usual mechanic 3x, each time got better and then got worse again. Decided then to take it to Nick and he was extremely helpful, explaining everything along the way, keeping me informed, and my brakes are much improved now. TSC Ford Specialists ....Nick is the FORD Whisperer...for sure.My story....I have 2015 F150 Lariat 3.5L Eco-Boost.On a long trip (1900 mi) I experienced the Limp mode numerous times (20+) accompanied by Service AdvanceTrac followed by Hill Start Assist not available and the big Orange Wrench and check engine light. Turn engine off and restart... and things fine until the next time when it feels like it. Had it occur 6 times in 5 miles once ...in traffic. Ready to get rid of F150. Took F150 into TSC immediately when got home.Nick connected F150 to OBD while in limp mode, scanned engine and determined it was a bad EBT...Electronic Throttle Body....which it was.Replaced ETB, cleared codes, updated PCM with current Ford IDS...and oil change.Everything is running great now...Thanks to Nick...Keeping F150.Will carry spare ETB from now on just in case while on road.Thank You TSC and NIck for your great customer service and expertise.

I brought my truck in to do a pre trip check. I told him to go over it as if I was looking at the truck and didnt know if there was anything wrong with it. Nick came up with a list of things that needed to be done and one of the main ones was the valve cover gasket wiring harness. I had him do this repair as well as a few others and thought i would be good. 2 weeks go by and my truck dies. I bring it to another shop and they say the valve cover gasket wiring harness is bad. now to get my truck working I will be spending another $800 to get it replaced. Not a happy customer and will not be coming back.

We purchased a 2006 6.0 Food from Autonation, and had Nick check the truck out for us. He did a very thorough inspection, costing us about $250. Kinda steep, but we know EVERYTHING about this truck now. Nick was super patient in explaining AND showing us all the items he found with the truck that need to be addressed. Husband and I now need to decide if we should keep truck, or utilize Autonation’s 5-day buyback guarantee. If we decide to keep this truck or buy another Ford diesel, we will def use Nick’s shop again.Highly recommend.

My 2010 Ford F-150 was not starting properly after filling the gas tank and also at other random times. I took my Truck to the TSC Ford Specialist shop expecting to drop it off and get worked into their repair schedule. When I got there, Nick mentioned that he wanted to perform a few quick checks. He immediately ran and cleared all of the outstanding codes and also noticed some severe corrosion on the battery post. On the spot he performed a full battery maintenance service. The whole process took about an hour and a half and the problem was fixed! The level of customer service was unbelievable! I have never experienced that level of service at any other auto repair shop. I fully plan on taking my truck to Nick for all future maintenance (both planned and unplanned), and based on this experience would highly recommend TSC Auto Repair!

Nick is the best. We have had so many issues with mechanics working on our ford van. Nick clearly knew the vehicle better than anyone we’ve worked with. We came down to him and he thought it might be a quick fix just to find our entire shifting mechanism was broken. Despite already working extremely long hours and having a full workload he took us on and spent many extra hours working to get our van back up and running. He was thoughtful and thorough. He also charged us a very reasonable price. The work he did would have cost nearly double at our normal ford dealership and the job wouldn’t have been done so well. Good work.Little pricey.My master power windows will stop working all of a sudden now and like Nick said the panel that holds the switches broke and they tried to fix it but didnt work so I have to find that part now. Ignition switch sticks (aggressively twist it to unlock) every now and then when shutting off the vehicle and trying to pull the key out.All on all not to shabby.

Was in town for work and needed an oil change on my 06 F-350. Couldnt get in to amy dealership and finally found TSC on google. Nick was extremely busy, but got me in. Found out that my local Ford dealer had been doing shoddy work on my truck. Nick was extremely knowledgable and taught me quite a bit about my 6.0L. He took at least an hour out of his day to completely go over the truck with me and showed me everything I need to know about critical parts and things to look out for on my truck. For me my 99 7.3 Super Duty transmission died, no warning dropped out of gear and wouldnt engage. Despite it being Friday & a holiday weekend, Nick stayed late to wait on the tow truck, drop the transmission pan, find and quote a replacement, and even came in Saturday to install and get me back on the road. These guys have to be pretty good... I called and was rushed off the phone because the person that answered was in a meeting. First he said he only worked on Ford’s - Pretty much figured that when I decided to call “TSC Ford Specialist”...lol. The reason I left this review is because he then told me... if I wanted them to do the work, I would need to call them back. Thats a pretty clear sign that they have all the business they need. They did not take advantage of me like most places try to, extremely helpful and experts in repair! We were driving from CA to OH and on day 2 going up the mountains in CO my V6 F150 almost broke down, then hours later it smelled like something was burning (the engine was maxed out). We went to 3 Ford dealerships the next day at 8am and no one could look at the truck until noon or later, and we were on a very tight deadline to get to OH. We called TSC and they said bring it right over, they put my truck at the front of the line and had 4 guys working on it within 5 min of me getting there. They looked over everything for about 45 min, checked and tested everything! They determined probable causes of the burning smell we were smelling after the mountain and decided it wasnt likely anything that would happen again. They made me feel comfortable and confident about continuing across the country! And the truck made it all the way to OH no problems! Even better I walked out of there (an hour later and 4 guys working on my truck and checking everything on it, for just a diagnostic check/inspection fee)!!! Would HIGHLY recommend!!

I had TSC do a tune up on my Gerty, Ford Expo, about a year ago. They did a great job, fair priced, and gave me a complete estimate before starting the work. I recently took my kids to South Dakota and when we got back Gerty wasnt quite running right. I took her in, they checked her out, and found nothing wrong. TSC didnt charge me or find unnecessary fixes. As a single mom it is a relief to find a good honest mechanic. Highly recommended them.

Im a Lead technician at another Local shop, and I had a ford i was dealing with and had some trouble with diagnosing a running issue. I started calling around to a few shops, and most people were not very helpful or even willing to hear me out. These guys are the best. We own Grand Openings Garage Doors and put a ton of miles on our trucks. We go years in between major services because of the great job they do.

Nick went out of his way to make sure my computer on my truck was set up for towing. He also took the time to sit down with me and go over some of the other options. All this tome and effort at half the price ford was going to charge me. I will definitely be using him for any future needed repairs.

Called these guys to ask about a second opinion on my truck. Told them the issue, told them what the other shop told me and the awesome guy on phone was extremely honest with me, straight forward. Told me that he would probably give the same diagnoses, he didnt want me to waste my money on another tow and diagnostic fee. Middle of Winter and the heater went out on my 2008 Ford Explorer and no matter who I called everyone was about 2 weeks out just to check my car. Then I read the reviews on Nicks Garage and I took a chance and booked an appt. To be honest I was a little sceptical but after talking to him he assured me that he would do everything he could to get me back on the road again as soon as possible. Even though he was extremely busy he found the time to diagnose and fix the problem and in the process he kept me informed on all the work he was doing and calling me to authorize any additional work that needed to be done. Very helpful and great about explaining all the work that had to be done and did NOT try and push any unnecessary repairs/costs onto our bill. Had TSC replace the engine in our 07 F150 and now our truck runs amazingly! Also price wise on the cheaper side of the average for an engine replacement with a 3yr Ford nationwide warranty! I live down in Colorado Springs but would definitely recommend going to TSC even with them being up in Englewood.

Great place to go to if you want the hack named AJ to break your stuff, then have the other hack Nick try to get it warrantied by Ford even though that damaged was caused by hack #1. Theyll also steal pills from your car too along with damaging threads on the harmonic balancer bolt. But hey threads are over rated anyways right?

As long as I own a Powerstroke, and Nick is in business, this will be the place I take it. Nick has given a lot of his time to me consulting with me about possible purchases as well as the Ford I already own. He is honest and straightforward and clearly knows his Ford diesel engines. I wont make a purchase again without him inspecting it first. He doesnt try to sell you unnecessary things or get you to purchase or repair a vehicle that is going to make him a lot of money in repairs. He is an excellent communicator. Dont risk your expensive Powerstroke with someone else.

I took my 2000 f250 there for a diagnostic, left it there over night. The truck wasnt touched. I asked them to plug it in before I pick it up and that wasnt done either. I showed up paid their bill and he came out and started my truck with starting fluid. His diagnosis stated that I need all 8 injectors, wiring, filters, glow plugs, etc. quoted me almost 5k to fix it. I took it to a small shop in wheatridge and found out it only needs 2 injectors and glow plugs and relay are fine. And one fuel pressure regulator. Cost me $700 to fix. TSC is a total joke. Just fishing for idiots that will pay his prices and if you are loaded they will kiss your ass but if you dont have a lot, you get attitude. There are plenty of honest mechanics out there and TSC is not. Do not get suckered into the games unless you like bleeding money.

Got my appointment and repairs done quickly and Nick went above and beyond and got me quality parts that I wanted. The only place I’ll come.

Honent, punctual and professional.I originally called TSC becasue I broke a blinker switch jumping into my truck and dealershops wanted me to drop off the truck, cahrge me for diagnose, etc. Nick ordered the part after speaking with me on the phone. He had the part when I arrived and replaced it THAT DAY.I have a 2013 6.2 Raptor SVT and Im picky about it. Nick is an expert on performance as well as maintenance. He has since pulled and replaced an engine for me, installed a ROUSCH Supercharger, FOX struts, fuel lines, brakes, rotors .... and done all routine maintanance.The very best part is that I can trust him. He always makes sure it is right and doesnt nickel and dime you with overcharges. He has donated days of his time to find and fix any number of minor issues that arise.

These guys crushed it. Fixed everything fast and perfectly. There might even be some luck in the air, as they were able to fix the problem that other shops couldnt even diagnose. Now my truck run better than ever!

I like to work on my own cars, but I am not a professional. Sometimes I get stuck. Nick gave me some diagnostics over the phone today. He sounded busy but made time to point me in the right direction. He gave me a few things to try before I bring the truck in to have him look at it. I really felt like he wanted to help me get the car running. I could tell he doesnt need to rip people off to make a living.

Mr Furley, in response to your review posted last week. It seems there is some misconception or confusion about the diagnosis on your pickup truck. When we scanned your truck with the Ford IDS Diagnostic scan tool we noticed that 2 of your 8 injectors were completely failed. The other 6 injectors showed weak on the injector electrical self test and 4 of the 8 injectors showed a soft fault code on the electrical self test portion. We did recommend that all 8 injectors be replaced based on the diagnostic results (2 failed and 6 in poor condition) along with your trucks age and mileage. Also stated on your repair order: it was possible that the valve cover gaskets and internal wiring looms needed to be replaced. The only way to know if those components have failed is to take the valve covers off. Also noted on the repair order: all 8 glow plugs tested in good condition. TSC did not recommend replacement of all of the parts/components you said we did. We try to give our customers all the information we can, and their options, so they can make an informed decision on the work to be done. I apologize for any misunderstanding about our diagnosis, or any communication issues when you picked up your truck.

I took my 2006 Ford Freestyle here a couple of months ago for a few repairs including the alternator. Last week the battery light came on and eventually had to have it towed in due to the battery being drained completely. The battery was recharged and everything seemed to work fine. Nick went above and beyond to find out why it did what it did. He found the issue to be a faulty regulator inside the alternator. Since it was still under warranty, it was replaced. I really love this shop and will keep on taking my ford here if I ever have any more issues! Thanks guys!!

Nick was honest and informed me about the scheduled maintenance that my truck needed done since I had just purchased the vehicle a month ago although he had other trucks to get work done on he was able to complete the work my truck needed on the day that I took it in.
