Never has what I need in stock. I walk a mile there and a mile home. A week later, still low on stock. Just regular items on the shelves. Also was given incorrect parts which had to walk back and return. I rely on autozone any where I move to. I have now turned to close competitor for better brighter service.

What can I say...I have been buying auto parts from this AutoZone for years now. They usually have what Im looking for at a reasonable price. The staff seem to change from time to time, I guess they have staffing problems like most other businesss these days. Anyway everyone I have dealt with has been helpful and professional.If they dont have the part you need they will give you advice on where you might find what youre looking for even if its a competitor.All in... a good parts experience.I would recommend this store on South Broadway to anyone in need of fast and fair parts.

If you’re going to have temporary store hours you should post them on your website. I just drove 30 minutes to your location to get a battery that I ordered on line for I store pick up .. after driving 30 minutes I pull up to ffind out it closed at 5 PM!. Then what’s worse while I’m sitting in your parking lot I get and notification that my online transaction has been cancele. Your website said 8 PM. While this may not earth shattering to you it was very inconvenient to me when I’ve got a car sitting with a dead battery.

I had a dead and corroded battery in my truck and Chris was awesome at finding me a decently priced new battery and installed it like a pro!

I do not recomend going through autozone they employees give out wrong information. I ordered a part for my car and called the day they said it would be there and they told me they were out of stock and in this case it was an emergency my family is stranded because of them not informing me in time to go through someone else so i can have my car up and running no one seems to know how to do there job there

The gentleman who worked there Glenn was very very helpful I didnt get his last name but he was just amazing friendly understanding patient best Ive ever dealt with he helped me with the rear wiper blade when the first girl gave me the wrong one and said she couldnt put it on Glen stepped in and took over just like a gentleman would

Took 2 days to get the correct parts, I wont be returning to the store that does not have knowledge on vehicles.

Auto Zone has the best customer service ever! I went to OReillys to use their diagnostic scanner. The man behind the counter would not hand the scanner to me so I could scan and bring it back. I was reaching for it and he started to lecture me about policy and procedures. He spoke down to me. I said that I dont want to hear it. He told me to go somewhere else. So I did, Auto Zone. I felt at home there. They handed me the scanner, and I went back inside to get results.

The customer service was outstanding above and beyond, unfortunately they didnt have the part I needed in stock. They offered to order the part from their warehouse and that would take a few days because of the holiday but I needed the part right away, I would recommend this store.

Quick, easy experience getting a new wiper blade

James H is the sweetest and most helpful person I’ve encountered. He was very patient and great at his job. He’s very knowledgeable at what he does. He helped me select a battery for my car and installed it all with a smile. Even took the extra mile to run the diagnostics test to make sure it wasnt the alternator or starter again. If you go to this location ask for James!

We ordered a trailer mount online for the truck with overnight shipping cost. We received it the next day with no bolt and cotter pin included, not sure what happened with all that in the warehouse. I really hope they get that figured out. The reason I am giving 4 stars is because they took care of it, it was needed for a trip in 2 days and they made it right. Although I had to drive a bit to the local store, no questions asked, problem solved. Thank you. I was very pleased with the customer service at the Englewood location.

Ive been here a few times and it was always a good experience. but there were two times ive dealt with an african american guy with a name that began with a Q i think. and both times he has been absolutely lovely! very friendly and knowledgeable. always cracking jokes and i mean it, he is just the sweetest! sorry for the description, i am not trying to cause offense at all. but yeah, great store and a great worker you have there!

Ill never use Autozone again. They gave me an oil filter that was compatible with my truck. Go to change my oil and boom wrong oil filter size. They left me stranded without a vehicle and showed no sympathy or willingness to help (in fact they blamed me for it when their website still maintains the faulty data). All of my business will go to ORielly now...I suggest anyone reading this review, stay far away from this business.

Amazing experience! Came because my battery had died and Glenn Person sold me a replacement and was willing to install. In the process the connector broke off my car terminal because of corrosion. Glenn spent 45 minutes in the cold rain replacing my connecter. he had to use a rust remover as my other connector was rusted. Way to go the extra mile

Its a newer store and the staff has always been great to work with. In general I dig Autozone because they really dont give you a huge hassle over returns and the staff is helpful. Id shop here any day of the week!

I came in to get my battery checked out, which was purchased at this same AutoZone, because I had to keep jump starting it . Upon walking in to the store, I wasnt greeted by anyone even though not all of the employees were assisting customers. I approached an employee named Harelyn at the register to get help, but he simply ignored me. I was finally able to ask someone for some help, but I was told to wait for someone to assist me. I ended up waiting 10-15 more minutes for someone to check my battery. Harelyn ended up checking my battery, and he told me that it was a bad battery and I had to get it replaced. We went back inside the store, and he checked the battery info that was associated with my account. He said he couldnt replace my battery without the original receipt because the battery in my car which was a 24-DLG didnt match the battery in their system which was a 24-DL. He talked to the manager and said that I couldnt get my battery replaced due to this error, which was caused by them! I had to drive back home on a bad battery just to find the receipt. The receipt clearly said that the battery in my car was, in fact, a 24-DLG which means that the employee who entered my batterys information in their system made an error by entering the wrong battery model in my account. Frustrated, I came back to the store and was assisted immediately by a friendly employee named Michael. He didnt even ask to look at the receipt despite telling him about what previously happened! He was able to replace my battery within minutes and not once did mention that the battery in their system didnt match the battery that was previously installed in my car.

Very displeased with the service provided by Amanda. We are considering closing our commercial account because the issue has NOT being fixed after it got reported to management, she never made any changes on her behavior towards us. Our clients are now noticing the way she speaks to the owner and it is a total embarrassment. She forgets he is the client. He has never ever mistreated any of the auto zone employees in this location or any other one, and everyone but her has been nice to us. Too bad they are losing a good commercial account that always pays them on time and expends over $5000 a month at the store. Good Bye!
