VERY BAD service, I have scheduled an appointment for a recall a week ahead, once I arrived at the appointment, they told me that they don’t have the parts. Who runs a business like that?!! Also, after I picked up my car I noticed scratches on the front (pic attached), I had to call them several times to let them know that they damaged my car, however, they agree to fix it.. it took them a week to get it fixed, I can tell they used my car to move things around while they have it for service, I found few screws on the back seat (pic attached). Also, I have asked them to rotate the tires and they charged me but they never rotate the tiers, the staff in this place are unprofessional dishonest, and LIARS, Very disappointed with Subaru. Can’t wait to go back to Toyota or Honda.

It’s been roughly three weeks since I purchased my Subaru and I’ve been enjoying it ever since with 0 issues and 0 headaches, and I’ve been a happy customer ever since.Buying a car, and especially being a first-time buyer is incredibly stressful. This was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. We ended up getting an Outback and Filip was so easy to work with. He made everything so smooth and transparent. He was even awesome and super patient with my daughter. She is five and I was able to keep her entertained with the play room, the snacks and my phone while they all did everything they could to make the process go as quickly as possible. I went here on the recommendation of my brother, who swore this was the best place to go for a new Subaru. What an amazing car buying experience this was. Have been looking to buy my daughter a used Impreza for months. Found one on Subaru of Englewood site. Reached out and immediately Stephanie Hicks sent an email. I called her and she was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Asked for the out the door price and she gave it to me. She even sent me an email with a break down of pricing depending how much I put down. All in writing. So fast and easy. That was on a Thursday evening.no need to come in first. We went in and bought the car Saturday. Peter Poccia did a great job with rhe financing information. By Saturday it was done so when we arrived we just signed. They got right back immediately to any question or concern we had and was very professional. They took care of insurance and everything. When we went to get the car Saturday Stephanie was away (she had told me that she would be) and that Gregory Pla would take care of us. He was amazing. What a great human. He even noticed some scratches on the 2018 car (the former owner had a dog) and saved us some money off the total. He had us test drive the car. The car looked great. Unfortunately, the car I was looking for had a waiting period of 8 weeks because it had to be factory ordered, and I was in a bit of a hurry, so I ended up buying from somewhere else. But if that wasnt the case, I would have surely bought my car from here, especially because of the 5 star customer experience I received from this place. Excellent customer service experience! I only take my Subaru to Subaru of Englewood for all my service needs. They take excellent care of all your service needs and go over and beyond to make you feel important as a valued customer.

They can’t handle the load of service. It’s absurd! Bright in my car for regular service, took an entire day to find out that I need break pads and rotors. Asked to have my car washed, they used a duster and left the car dirtier than it was before. When I asked about it, they told me that that’s how their car wash works. Seat belt needed fixing, they didn’t have the part and i struggled to make an appointment to fix it. Brought car in at 11:30am, at 2pm they told me that they need another 2 hours. It’s a seat belt, not rocket science! Unless you got a hole day to waste, stay away!

My service representative was outstanding and most of my requested service was completed, however, the tire rotation was not completed, despite paying for this to be done. I called and left a message with the service manager almost 3 days ago and a return call was never received. Truly disappointing when you pay for services and they are not completed to your expectation.

The staff here are generally pretty nice, but when having service done they are not good about communicating/returning calls.The newer system uses text and video from the tech that wasnt helpful at all, told me I had a bunch of issues that were really all minor/non-emergent, and didnt even really address the primary issue.Lastly, when I received my car back and got home I noticed a huge gash across my bumper that was not there prior to dropping the car off and no one communicated to me that anything happened to my vehicle. Really frustrating.Honestly I probably wont ever return to this location and will be filing a complaint to with Subaru of America.

I like coming here for all of my 2018 crosstrek’s maintenance services. I haven’t had any issues with any of the work the mechanics perform on my car. They provide detailed reports as to the condition and status of various components and recently they started providing video reports as well. Their staff are very professional (thank you Joelle and others), very patient and detailed with me. They don’t sell unnecessary maintenance to me and if something is covered under warranty, they fix it!

We bought the car last week 02/27/2021 & less than one day we saw there so many clips was missing in engine part. And the carfax says its certified car. Also we dont how the mechanics pass QC. After that we talk with subaru sales Managers but we doesnt get any solutions on our issue. Also we saw the AC was not working properly. I would suggest them improve mechanics knowledge. Because so many issue in certified car.

Really disappointed to be writing a negative review after an overwhelmingly positive experience here a few years ago. I made a service appointment for my car and was a little surprised by the lack of customer service when I walked in. After waiting for someone to take my car for a few minutes, I walked into the lobby to try to get someone’s attention. When I did find someone to speak with, I was told it would take 2-3 hours for and oil change and tire rotation and 3-4 hours to look into a problem I had noticed with my car. 45 minutes later I got a phone call that they would not be able to attend to my car at all. There was a quick apology but no offer for compensation, etc. I was further surprised when I walked into the store to get my car and the man helping me apologized but did not offer to reschedule my appointment. I’m sad to say I was really unimpressed.

Went to get windshield wipers replaced. Ended up also getting corrosion removed from battery - which was fine. But after a couple of hours I had to drive a long distance when I just originally needed new wipers. Drove about 5-10 minutes and realized the wipers were never replaced but I didn’t have time to turn around and wait again, except I paid for them? Since I had to be somewhere far that same day I just ended up going to a Valvoline and it was completed in under 10 minutes and they changed them right in front of me to confirm that I was satisfied. Headache of a day.

Greg was an exceptional salesmen. He advised me what was best for me rather than worrying about a sale. Had everything ready and what we agreed upon once the car was in. day of the pick up I was in and out in an hour and that included the time spent showing me all of the features of the car. It was hands down the most pleasant car buying experience Ive ever had. It help that a day after driving the car I was totally sold on Subaru and can even image driving anything else.

Poor communication within service department, careless about customer time. We brought car to dealership on time of appointment at 11:40am and were told by service advisor it will not take much time, and we should just wait and he will let us know if there is a problem. We waited over 3,5 hours, just to find out our car just arrived from test drive and will be serviced next! On our request to rent a car meanwhile they said they don’t have a car, but they will ask mechanic to speed up. We asked to speak to manager. Service manager told us he knows about that long waiting problem, with appointments overlapping, shortage of staff so people have to wait for long time. We asked why we were not notified about possibly 4 hours waiting? .. manager said he is sorry but nothing he can do. I will not recommend to bring car for service here, unless you have a day to spare waiting.

We waited for over 30 minutes without being attended to, at a nearby Subaru dealer,. So left that showroom and came over to Subaru of Englewood. The moment we entered the showroom, the lady at the front, welcomed us and went to find a salesman to attend to us. The salesman was very professional and friendly. We recently had a great experience at Subaru Englewood and I think that’s largely attributed to our salesman, Andrew Sanchez. This is our fourth lease (first with Subaru) and by far the smoothest experience we’ve had so far. Normally I dread the end of my lease because returning to a dealership and negotiating with car salesmen can be so uncomfortable, but this entire process with Subaru/Andrew was easy, from the moment I submitted an online inquiry, shortly after received a phone call, and our time in-person at the dealership, we drove away with our new car between 24-48 hours of our inquiry. Andrew was extremely fair, patient, and kind (not common attributes in salesmen from our previous experiences). We love our Subaru Forester (traded in our Hyundai Tucson) and it’s a world of a difference - much more spacious/airy, larger doors, better acceleration, more responsive breaks, higher seating, more line of sight. Subaru’s reputation for safety is what had us sold, especially with two little ones. We can’t see ourselves moving to another brand after Subaru and sincerely hope we get to work with Andrew again when our next lease term comes around.

Prince Patrick was amazing made the process so easy, my car came in for a ECU Replacement and was replaced within 24 hours and my car was back out and on the road! I recently brought my 2019 Subaru WRX STi in for service because a thread came loose in my front passenger seat. It was covered under warranty and I was given a courtesy vehicle. Bought my first Subaru at this location with the help of Jay Choi this past week and I am more than satisfied. What was supposed to be a very long and painful process was surprisingly very quick and efficient. Signed bunch of papers, added the features I wanted, went for a quick test drive (alone due to covid, which I really enjoyed actually), made down payment and was out of there within two hours. Jay even took the car for a quick wash and detailing before I drove off in my new car. Being that this is the third Subaru that our family has gotten, they made the experience worthwhile. Will be coming back for future upgrades and purchases!Brought our toddler along with us and he played in the play area where they had an ample amount of toys and coloring books. Glad that they had this area because the two hours couldve been pure hell for him (and us and the whole place really). There was a rep across from Jay who was also very nice to our son and gave him a coloring book. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend.

After an emotionally taxing week, I had the pleasure of having Gregory Pla as my salesman. I’m 27 years old, and this is my first experience purchasing a car. My old car (formerly my Mom’s car) broke down on Monday, a 2007 Volvo XC90 with over 150,000 miles on her. The fan belt snapped, the engine was overheating and the vehicle was leaking antifreeze...had I driven the car any longer I would have been blown to pieces. Every day since I was religiously looking up and test driving vehicles. The process was time consuming, disappointing and exhausting- up until a few days later when we saw the listing for the car I wanted at Subaru of Englewood. When my family and I met with Greg on Thursday, all the chaos of the week subsided. The car was basically brand new and the test drive was beautiful.Greg was friendly and personable, he spoke clearly with knowledge and professionalism and answered every question. It was close to closing time, and having been so nervous from the week I had, I wasn’t comfortable moving forward without having my mom test drive the car. Even though the vehicle was already put away, he accommodated my request without hesitation and pulled the car out once more while I was able to catch my breath. This was a big moment for me as an adult and I was freaking out a little. I had trouble believing that at last I may have found my new car. While my mom was out test driving the car, I had a chat outside with my father. He said, “you’ll never in your life meet another car dealer like Greg.” Honestly after the week I had, I knew he was telling me the truth. My nerves were settled, my tears dried, and a sale was made. A few days later I noticed that part of the screen in the air conditioning monitor looked pixelated and I reached out Greg via text. I hadn’t opted for the additional insurance for the car that covered these types of things, since I bought the car certified pre-owned I didn’t think it was necessary. He responded right away and an appointment was made to fix it at no additional cost- even though it required a new part. Thanks for going the extra mile Greg, I truly appreciate all of your help, and had an excellent experience!!
