My very first time as a Precision Tune customer. It actually happened by default. Thats where I was when my car broke down.In 1969 I broke the N.HR.A. D-Stock Record drag racing. I used to know just about everything cars. Today, thats just about impossible unless You own a hundred thousand dollars worth of electronic equipment, not withstanding, all the mechanical equipment necessary to run an auto shop.Precision Tune has all of that, plus a clean waiting room with a wide screen television as well as a clean shop. The service was equal. I am pleased.

Im from out of state and had AC issues. Unfortunately I didnt have enough time for it to be correctly diagnosed, but John the manager was good enough to take a look. He was able to give me some great advice until I could get home.

John was great. He went above and beyond to make sure that we got our tire repaired before they closed. No other place would do that for us. My husband and I have been going here for two years. Mostly understaffed. Its first come first serve so anywhere from a half hour to a few hours. Get a time estimate and a price estimate and have a ride waiting if its busy. Ive been stuck spending just over four hours here. Theres usually deals on their website. You can always walk over to the donut shop, Wendys, or Dominos if you dont feel like waiting inside.

I have been here several Time’s. They do a great job. I love how fast they are and work together. Just wish they had some kind of reward program. But it’s a great place

I seriously question the professionalism and honesty of Precision Tune Englewood. I Usually take my vehicles there for oil changes, as they are typically nice and cheap. On one occurrence, they gave my car key to another customer, and I had to wait 30 minutes in the waiting room waiting on an employee to go to the other customer’s house to get my keys. Took a different vehicle there I just bought for an oil change and noticed A/C was not working. Had them investigate, they said compressor wasn’t working. I said alright, do the compressor. They put the new compressor in and said they filled it with Freon and tested for leaks. Brought it home, and in the following days I noticed that A/C was not blowing cold. Brought it back, they said one of the lines was blown. How could they have tested for leaks when it all leaked out immediately. Then when I asked if there was going to be a discount on the work they said “Nope, no discount”. When I came to pick the car up, guess what? They lost my keys again. After waiting for a considerable amount of time, with no luck, I had to leave and pray that they would fine them eventually, as it was the only key to the car. Had to come back 3 different times to get the same issue fixed. I fear that Precision Tune is exactly the place that people fear when they picture a shady mechanic. After years and years of business, I will not be coming back.

Went there 3 times for a oil change this week got there this morning before they open at he said it would be 90 minutes two people in front of me if it takes 90 minutes to change two people for oil change they need to close the doors for good

John and his team are remarkable. They get you in and do a fantastic job no matter the circumstance. The prices are so affordable. I recommend this team to anybody who can get themselves over to the area.

*AVOID* Just had an experience at this location that should concern any potential customer. Had my Jeep towed in on July20th when it wouldnt start. After extensive research the most likely cause was a very common sensor which we informed PT about. After 5 business days with No Updates I called & the sensor hadnt even been tested yet! Research clearly shows this is at most a 6 minute procedure costing $40-60 yet I was charged $240+. Crooks, Lies, & Incompetence - thats PrecisionTune...

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Was passing through the area and had some car trouble. Decided to go here and they seemed super nice and willing to help. Then I signed the quote for about 450 dollars for what they said needed to be done to fix my car. They told me the car was done, then when I went to pay they said I needed to get what they fixed fixed. I paid hundards of dollars for my car to breakdown later that day.

The cost of my repairs was very comparable to other mechanics. Using Groupon also increases the value/savings of repairs (oil changes & other minor repairs). You won’t find a more professional service manager than John! He leads by example and his technicians/mechanics definitely follow his lead!All repairs and Oil changes have be done in an expeditious manner!

This company itself is nothing special. The people running this branch and the Englewood are very special. Ive been taking my cars here for years and the staff including John have always been nice and understanding and helpful in every situation. I very much trust this company and I would very much highly recommend it.

I stopped in looking for where to drop off my oil at. Phil Came out and spoke to me, very nice and respectful. Did not feel rushed asked about where to drop off the oil. he said they dont normally do that but they would be happy to take care of me. Overall good impression and a nice place. I have been there twice in as many days, trying to get my brakes inspected! Theres no fear of brake failure but I have been noticing a slight change. On the first day I was told to come back the next morning because they were too busy; I did that and the wait was still hours away. Decided to go somewhere else. There has been a Now Hiring status on their board for quite a long time-I guess thats part of the issue.

Definitely not going there again . Its advertised $19.90 for oil change but is not true . SCAM SCAM SCAM . Dont waste your time going there .

Needed a leak in one tire fixed. Was told one hour to complete. After 2 hours my car had still not been pulled in to be started.

Great place, fast service.Dont show up at any store 1 hour before closing. They will not take anyone after that time, this is because of clean up time. They are out of there at closing. Restrooms clean, trash emptied. Had to turn on coffee machine. In and out with in 30 minutes.

Great experience. Needed someone to check the brake job WE did on my car because one was running hot. Said it would be 19.95 to do a brake inspection which was fine. Checked out car, fixed issue with brake pad and said no charge since it was a quick fix for them. Will definitely use them in the future.

Many shops out there will charge women for work not needed, knowing that we will never know the wiser. I feel especially confident in your manager John Leeder. I trust him, and feel that he has always been honest and knowledgeable about my vehicles issues. I followed John from his last location (N. They quoted me for things that were not wrong with my vehicle and was quoting me at a outrageous price would not recommend for automotive repair but never had a problem with an oil change before.

I went in for an oil change and was out in about 30 mins. John recommend a tire rotation for me to make sure I got full life out of my tire. In addition, the waiting are was clean and comfortable and my experience was overall pleasant and I will be returning for future services to come!

Fast and honesty service. I bought an extended warranty with my new used car. The car needed fixed, they contacted the warranty company for me and did all the leg work. Very pleased with my experience. They told me it world take 2 days but, had it finished in one!

I have followed up with Darryl twice now (once on 12/18/15 and again on 01/07/2016) providing my phone number and email address, and the company has yet to respond. This is unacceptable.I am so conflicted writing this review, because the first time I came in here for an oil change--I worked with Ryan--he was fantastic. We all have our areas of comfort, mine is clearly not cars, and he was professional, kind, easygoing. Put me totally at ease. On Thursday the 9th, I dont think the gentleman ever told me his name. When I first approached the desk I was ignored until he finished his conversation with his coworker (fine). In every interaction he was openly condescending. He wouldnt price parts or labor so I could be aware of what my options were moving forward. His attitude was hostile and, in true salesman fashion, tried to bully me into making a decision without providing me with the information needed to proceed in my best interest. After typing up notes so I could pay for my oil change, he shouted my name across the room. I left that interaction with such a bad, uncomfortable feeling. I felt genuinely disrespected and Im hesitant to return to them in the future.

John is a super nice guy and I trust him entirely. Ive been there 4 times now and he has done a great job every time!

After installing coilovers on my car, I wanted to get an alignment. I called precision to see if they were willing to complete an alignment on a lowered car and they said they could try which thats all I could ask for. After taking the car in, they put it on the lift. And after a little while of waiting they come in and proceed to tell me they cant do the alignment because there are bolts that are smashed. I was completely confused. They took me out to the lift and the guy showed me my strut mount bolts which were in the same condition they were in from the start. I must have looked puzzled so the other guy said they couldnt adjust the camber because the strut mounts werent elongated to be able to make slight adjustments. I asked if they could at least set the toe and they said no.I asked them to write up a quote for the repair which would involve installing two cam bolts on the upper strut mount to allow for adjustment. Over $300 dollars for the job! I asked what the labor rate was and was told 95 per hour.. The estimate showed 190 for one hour. I proceeded to refuse the repair. I was charged the 22 dollars or whatever the estimate price was and leave.At home I got my car up on stands and found the upper strut mounts ARE elongated allowing for camber adjustments. My friend has a camber measuring kit so we set that. We adjusted the toe as close as possible.. all for no charge. This isnt even my profession.The two stars are for the guy working the front desk, although I was lied to several times by the shop guys about supposed smashed bolts and fake repairs, this gentleman was apologetic and customer oriented. I see my review falls in line with several of the other negative reviews, I am usually skeptical on negastive reviews but I will have to say they are accurate.Beware and take your car to a real shop with real mechanics.

The technician did not tighten my drain plug, therefor leaving 7.9 quarts of oil in my driveway. Mistakes happen, people are human. .. my disappointment has been in the follow up, or lack thereof. Ive contacted the manager 3 times and have received the classic somebody will call you tomorrow. still no contact, Ive called the corporate office with no avail. 60 dollar oil change, 60 dollars in refilling my truck after it leaked out, 50 in driveway cleaner, and I cant even get a returned phone call. Needless to say I wont return, nor would I recommend any one else.

I tried for 4 days to get my vehicle in for an alignment here to no avail. Waited and jumped through the hoops they asked. Call this day, call this time, come later. Only to get MORE excuses, no technician, cant until tomorrow, on and on. Up to and including being told i needed to go have my new tires put on BEFORE my alignment...um WHAT!? I suggest not wasting your time!!!

Poor customer service made the experience must worst than it should have been.I was never called when my car was completed, I had to call them. They told me nothing when I picked up my car, just took my money. After I realized that there was still an issue I came back to the store, I was met with great defiance. Once I got past the childish arguments I asked for the data. They gave me supporting data and I went on my way.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!DONT TRUST THESE LIARS!If I could give them a (0) star I would. They straight out lie to you. I took my 05 Town and Country in to be repaired in July. The AC needed charged. So, they took a look at it and said the rear Evap cool was bad and needed changed. I asked the guy are you sure its not a seal? He stated Im 100% sure! When asked how much it would be he said $950! I thought that was crazy. So I paid the $106 diagnosis and took it to my uncles shop. He is an ASE Certified GM mechanic. He took a look at it and said within 10 minutes they were full of crap. He replaced the seal (which I thought it was in the first place) and pressure checked it and it was fixed. Diagnosis and repair 55 min and parts were $12 plus $40 of coolant. he even took out the evap cool to check it!He said this is common in these types of shops. They are lazy and dont check the rig out properly then they tell you the most expensive repair rather you need it or not to keep their guys bringing in money. These guys out right lied. They told me the actual repair would take 5 hours when I had it repaired in 55 minutes.Then when I questioned them it took them 2 months to contact me back after threatening them with legal action. They refused to refund my money because the mechanic that fixed my car was related to me. My ASE GM mechanic uncle repaired it at his shop so they wont refund? What a scam!!

Lack of Integrity!!!! James the manager is very rude. Got front brakes, machined the back brakes and adjusted them still pulsating when I stop. They should of told me to get new back brakes. Spent $100 getting them machined and adjusted. Went there on two different occasions once for the adjustment and once for machined. spent a total of 1000 dollars on the car and its still not right..They should of just told me in the beginning to get back brakes I got an estimate from one of the employees and it was cheaper than the price James gave me with the discount. Which was 300 dollars with the discount. It was 249 dollars two weeks earlier without the discount. Every time I have to talk to James he is rude. Im trying to explain something and he just keeps saying, OH MY GOD.. like hes being put out. He shouldnt be a manager of a store.. He raised the price from the estimate two weeks earlier. I think he was dishonest..

Poor customer service. They try to charge for things that do not need to be done. I went today and I changed all the brakes on my care personally but the left right was making a little noise. The manager was downgrading me and said I have no experience and and dont know what Im doing and said the rotors need changed. Knowing there scamming ways and attitude I left 5 min later and the noise stopped and brakes work like a charm. Cant even trust a manager for advice. I would never recommend this place due to that manager on April 28 who thinks hes hes a rocket scientistic. Get car checked by 2 places before there.bi typically go to Voss hinds because they treat you right quick and courteous if there is something you dont need they will inform you first before charging labor even if requested. Stand up guys and will never cheat you. employees have been there for more 5yan 5 years due to their truthful work ethic

Scam! The staff is really really friendly, and made me feel comfortable - Ill give them that however I went in for an alignment. They told me and made me sign a paper saying that if anything is wrong with the car, they cannot do the alignment and I will owe them $22 for an inspection fee if I chose not to get my car fixed with them. He gave me the whole story about this conversation is video taped because he has had people argue with him about owing him the $22. Anyways literally 5 seconds after they pulled my car into their shop (not nearly enough time to even inspect my car) they come out and tell me that there is an issue with my car, $700 worth of work. I declined to pay that. What 20 year old college student has that kind of money at this time of year? Had to pay them the $22. The guy (shawn i believe was his name) seemed mad when I declined to pay that and sarcasticly asked me Are you gonna fix it your self? Im beyond annoyed and embarrassed, a feel I was taken advantage of because I was a young woman. Little do they know the list of stuff they gave me that needed fixed was replaced like 4 months prior, and would not effect preceeding with a front wheel alignment anyways. Nice try Englewood Precision Tune, Im not as stupid as you made me seem, I did not fall for your SCAM.

Wife took her car to get a wheel balance. Then told her that she needed coil springs $400. So my wife buys coil springs at the Auto place. Then she takes it to our family mechanic for 8 years he tells us they lied bc theres nothing wrong.I dont like being lied to and scammed.My wife and i refuse to go back after other people complaining about managers on here, dont trust them to work on our car bc u cant see what they do to your car. For all u know is they pull it in and out and do nothing. I also believe they say something needs fixed, pull it in do nothing and put the cash in pocket. All in all bad business and I suggest if they say something is wrong to go get it checked elsewhere to make sure. Wont return .lost my trust
