We’ve been waiting 3 mos for washer replacement parts. We finally received the ok to get a replacement machine through the extended warranty we purchased. (Those are as hard to find as the parts.) After Margie at the Sears home store spent much time over the phone helping me and not being able to find anything available I went in to the store. All of the employees are friendly, helpful and go out of their way to satisfy their customers. I am getting the washer i wanted delivered within a week!!!! Can’t say enough about their willingness to go the extra mile. Never been so excited to do laundry. Hometown service ❤️👍🏼

I paid for a new refrigerator to be delivered in 4 weeks....well now its been 8 weeks. Someone in the store either Brian, Bill or Maggie calls 2 days before my delivery date and gives me some excuse that makes no sense that it is delayed once again. They took my money real quick. Had to be paid in full, and now I wait!! Will never use this store again, could have gone to a Depot or Lowes... my mistake. Do not reccomend.

This is surely not the hometown Sears I visited before they went bankrupt. First of all, no one wore a mask. Then, the salesmen seemed to have a meeting every time I asked a question so they could ascertain the proper answer. All in all, it took three men to do the job of one. Then, when another customer entered the store, they forgot about me and took care of him. I didnt feel educated about what they offered when I left. As a result, I bought my product elsewhere.

Buyer beware... Weve had many problems with this Sears, unfortunately. They just dont stand behind what they sell, and the customer service there is practically non-existent. Once they sell an item, its been our experience that they pretty much wash their hands if any issues arise. Actually, my husband and I usually feel like were persona non grata anytime we call. I could mention names, but honestly every person weve dealt with there (owners included!) have been unhelpful and often rude to boot.I wont return to this Sears, and I would never recommend it to anyone else.

Don’t waste your time. Unpleasant service. No masks. Sloppy delivery. Had to clean my floors & new refrigerator after delivery. Would never shop there again!!

He man came right up to an SS we need help and what we would like it was very nice it was an older gentleman he was very courteous and nice person

I had a bad experience here. Some of the employees wore masks, others did not, and did not try to social distance. I was called because my order was ready. I questioned them on the phone to make sure the entire order was ready. They indicated my order was ready for pickup. I drove an hour to find out it was not ready. I expressed my displeasure and one of the employees agreed with me that it happens all the time. I cancelled my order and went somewhere else that respects customers.

Love this place

Great, helpful and friendly staff. Quickly greeted and always helped ASAP even when its busy the staff greets you with an inviting smile and helps you as quickly as they possible can. They also look for the best prices whether online or in store and match the lowest advertised prices. Great store and great people.

My experience with the woman at Sears Hometown Store in Englewood was fabulous. I ordered and paid online and had the order processed in a matter of hours. No need to go into the store! She brought it out to my car after I called to say I was there to pick it up. And she suggested some other helpful items to me and brought them out to the car for me to check out! I can not say enough wonderful things about my experience!

Once again I have to give this locally owned business 5 stars!! The staff is very helpful. Store is clean and well laid out. I have purchased washer and dryer as well as lawn equipment. Best prices and delivery guy is polite too!

I love the fact they had some product available to take home! When an appliance breaksdown, you dont want to wait a week to replace it! Competitive prices and good customer service!

Thank you Pete for making my washer purchase right! I highly recommend the kenmore-41262-4.5-cu-ft-front-load-washer! It doesnt look like there is enough water being used but it is highly effective and cleans the clothes great with one extra rinse. I highly recommend AGAINST the kenmore-5.3-cu-ft-top-load-washer-w/p-02628132!!!!! This design without the agitator is completely ineffective, dont do it! Thanks again Pete for making the return/swap easy!

Friendly service and being in a small town they have a large staff with not much to do so they are almost excited to hear about your project. Or atleast they seem to be.. The hand tool section is relatively small but the store is more set up for appliances and lawn mowers.

Purchased w&d there. Be aware of costs if price comparing. We took pictures and it ended up saving us a bundle.

Its just ok

Had a return that was bought there, they didnt have cash to give me my money back offered me a gift card... Told them no, cash paid for it I wanted cash back. The Sears in the mall is closing and this store isnt even advertising other than sign out on the street.

Not eating just yet I havent purchased bit was wondering if this place is like Sears outlet where you can lease it.

Very disappointing experience I went into the store specifically because I was told if I got there right away I could order a stove and catch the truck for delivery on Wednesday it was Thanksgiving week and my stove is broken needless to say the stove never showed up and apparently the guy in the store put it in as an online order so when I called they told me it wasnt their problem I had to deal with online we are eight days later I canceled it the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and I still dont have a credit in my account so much for shopping local then I get on customer service with Sears and the person didnt even speak enough English to help me didnt even understand what Thanksgiving was I would give it zero stars if possible
