Almost 30 years ago I purchased a refurbished washer and dryer and when the dryer failed, I went back to Becker. I got another refurbished set for a great price, the installers came as scheduled and got both up and running quickly and efficiently. Im heading back to Becker for a freezer for my garage. Beware of Beckers it’s so disappointing the service and product I received I bought a refrigerator and dishwasher November and seven months to the date of purchase my refrigerator floods the floor any part is broken off the dishwasher when I purchase this product MichelleWas ask if it’s a one-year warranty she answered yes only to find out in the paperwork at six months she sends me to Shanty Her service repair to be told that $30 diagnostic fee Would be waived but there is a $35 trip fee parts are expensive But they refurbish part so it might not be as expensive why would I do service with this company when they can’t stand behind the product to begin with for another thousand dollars I could’ve got a new refrigerator with a four year warranty at least appliance factory would stand behind their product so sorry after doing business for 30 years often on with Becker‘s success is no longer part of their company motto I will not do business with Beckers I do not recommend them if they can’t warrantee their product for more than six months please beware

I purchased a washer almost a year ago from them, I haven’t had any problems what so ever with the washer it works great and I’m definitely considering making future appliance purchases here. I can’t remember the name of the lady that helped me but she was very nice and the process was quick. Delivery was fast too, the guys hooked it up and even took my old washer. I live in Watkins it’s a bit far from me but definitely worth the drive.

Follow up on my post below... Becker Appliance and their service department both reached back out to me after my review and got the dryer repaired. They went over and above by coming to pick the dryer up and taking it to their shop for repair vs. on site repair, at my request... it is clear that they want to retain business and I appreciate their efforts in turning a bad experience around - thank you all!We bought a washer dryer set and the dryer broke down after the first load - I called the store who gave me a different number to call for repairs - this number does not get answered and only after bugging the store again did I get a call back from the repairs department - a whole week later someone came out to fix the machine but did not have the right parts, 24 hours later I still have not heard from these guys and they are still not answering their phone. I called the store again and asked about their returns policy - and it is non-existent... and the lady put the phone down in my ear before I could ask when to expect the repair people to get back to me.

Friendly in store staff, the guys that came out and did the install were also very friendly. Definitely recommend, got a matching washer and dryer set. Doin my first load right now, if anything comes up I always update my reviews, but as of now they get all 5 stars.

I went to Becker to look for a washer and dryer on Saturday. Their selection was extensive and reasonably priced. I was a little unsure of the measurements of my space and they allowed me to buy an appliance, go home and measure my space, and cancel with no fee if it didnt fit. Turns out it didnt and they worked with me to find something that worked. The employees were kind and helpful and Id recommend stopping by!

Absolutely horrible! We went to get a used from them because we hear a lot of great things. We ended up finding one and then later on when we got home we decided that there were to many dents on there and it wasnt worth it for us. We called the next day to cancel our order and the lady said that we would get charged a 10% restocking fee (this was crazy to us as is considering the stove did move and we were actually picking it up). At this point we didnt care about the restocking fee we just wanted to the refund back as we were not getting the stove. The lady said she would mail a check and we would receive it in a week. It has now been 3 weeks and we have called over 6 times asking about the refund. Each time they give us a run around about ph we will call you back in 30 minutes and NEVER DO! These last 2 times we called they said they would just refund the credit card so we gave them the credit card number we used. That was over a week ago. This has now forced us to go through our credit card company for the refund as its been a month and they are refusing to give us a refund when we didnt event pick up an oven!!!! THEY ARE THE WORST AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!! They are stealing from their customers.

Incompetent and disrespectful are the only two words that come to mind when thinking about this organization. I was promest and paid for services that i did not receive. called multiple times to find a solution, every time I did so I was told I would be called back in ten min. which never happened. I see lots of positive reviews here but unfortunately I did not have the same experience. There are many appliance suppliers in Denver, I would definitely not recommend this one.

My husband and I purchased a fridge from this company and ran into a couple issues (we are talking about used appliances after all) but the company and family were so accommodating and gracious to fix and replace the problem. There is a lot to be said about working with real people who care. Definitely give them a look!

I purchased a Refurbished stacking washer & dryer from this store and it stopped working about 4-5 months after we purchased it. I didnt call right away, and when I did call, it was 1 month out of warranty and they refused to do anything about it or stand behind their work. I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants a company that stands behind their products, and not one that just want to make a sale.

Bought a stack-able washer dryer thats absolute trash. Months later it stopped working they came and jimmy rigged a temporary solution which worked until it was outside of the warranty period. Its obvious this place sells junk. Complete rip off. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

LACK OF QUALITY CONTROL AND CONCERN. The owners helped me find a washer and told me how they refurbish them, fix them, inspect them, etc., I was impressed.I purchased a washing maching, took it home and the first couple loads went well. However, the third load water came out the bottom. Had a neighbor who works on appliances look at it, all hoses were connected so had to be something inside the unit where the water lines enter and there was oil on the motor/gear box along with oil on the wires which means oil was leaking out.Took the washer back the following weekend and got another one. I checked under it this time to ensure no oil was coming out of anything. Again, the first two loads went fine then I checked on the third load which was in the process of washing and my laundry room was FLOODED and the water totally soaked some carpet as well. The water hose underneath the washer was disconnected completely. I immediately called Beckers in a panic and quite upset and talked to the receptionist (older lady with blonde hair). She didnt seem real concerned and said to bring it back for a refund. Im very lucky nothing else happened as my dryer was running and was in the standing water, I had a fan drying the floor from the first washer and it was in the standing water, and the water was about a 1/4 inch from entering the electrical outlet box on the floor.I brought the second washer back a few days later. I never received a call with an apology or asking if my laundry room needed any repairs due to the flooding. Extremely disappointed!!

Quality Appliances, helpful staff, good warranties, fair prices!The property management company I work for has purchased multiple used and out of box new appliances from Becker. Every appliance we have purchased has worked perfectly. Weve used many other companies and end up having to replace the appliances or get them repaired. Not yet with Becker. If your looking for a good deal on some nice used appliances that are in good to great condition I will always recommend Becker. They are a hidden gem!

I had a great experience. I went in hoping to find a used fridge in my price range and ended up getting an amazing deal on a new one with warranty and free delivery. Communication and delivery was easy and friendly. The fridge and ice maker has been working perfectly.

This place seems to sell people old broken stuff at a full price. My in laws bought a washer dryer from them that broke at 6 months, and I bought a fridge that broke from them at 7 months, and paid almost $800 for it. Dont buy from them. Its better to just go to a real store like Home Depot and buy from them.

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a washer/dryer set from Becker Appliance because I saw they had fairly good reviews but boy do I regret it! Spent $700+ and the dryer doesnt work. Called Becker Appliance as they claim to have a 90 day warranty and was told I would get a call back to schedule a time to have a tech come out and inspect/repair the dryer. Never received a call back so I called them again and was eventually able to get a service call scheduled for the next day for arrival between 2-5pm. I called back on that next day around 11AM and asked if the tech would call me when he is on his way and was told not always, so I asked if maybe she could have the tech give me a call when he is on his way and she flat out told me that would not be possible. Even though this was frustrating, I didnt care so long as the dryer would be fixed so I informed my supervisor of the repair time and took off work to be able to be home from 2-5pm. Can you guess what happened? Of course no one showed up. This is beyond frustrating and Ill be damned if I chase these guys around trying to get what I payed for so Ill just dispute the charge on my credit card and get my money back. If someone from Becker Appliance is reading this, your washer and dryer (dryer doesnt get hot and washer is leaking) will be waiting here for you to pick up once I get my money back from my credit card company. Oh and, the customer service is deplorable, although I was willing to look past it if the appliances they sold me actually worked, or if they had actually honored their so-called warranty. Unbelievable.

She was professional and the price was right. Delivery was on time and the installation went exactly as their checklist suggested it would. Very happy with these folks.

I picked a nice refurbished LG appliance that would have been hundreds of dollars more at the big box stores. I bought the refurbished washer about three weeks ago. The sale process and delivery went great. It washed my clothes great, got them cleaner than the HE one ever did, but then it quit wringing clothes out after about 2 weeks. I reported it to Beckers and they sent a repairman out, who was very courteous, and fixed it within a few minutes. Washer is back washing clothes great!

In summary: Pretty disappointed in my experience here. Buying was painless. But heaven forbid you need to use their service department to fix something because that part of the experience was deplorable.The long story: I bought front loading washer and dryer from here. My washer was a little vibratory upon first use, but thought, Eh, I can deal. It got worse. My washer could be running upstairs, and I could feel the vibration on my couch downstairs. I called the store 3 times to get a service tech to come out. Two techs came out two different days to try to fix my machine (each with a 4 hr window, so Ive already wasted 8 hrs being stuck in my house for these people). The icing on the cake was when the second one sat Indian-style in front of my washer, butt crack gleaming, and placed a bottle of water in front of my washer and said, See how its shaking the water? You have weak floors. Ill recommend we try a top loader instead. Okay, so maybe my house which was newly constructed 3 months ago isnt perfect, but this washer starts in one corner of my closet and ends nearly sideways in the other corner. Obviously... a house flaw.I told them I wanted the machines refunded and gone, and I didnt desire to have any more time wasted on this mess. They came and got them 4 days ago. I still havent seen my money refunded, and when I call the store, I get the run-around. Just great.My recommendation: Dont waste YOUR time.

Michelle was very knowledgeable with all practical info (e.g., measurements) needed to make our decision. Pricing is comparable or lower than other used appliance stores. Our tenant was happy with her like-new fridge. Delivery to Lakewood is $60. Very reasonable.

As a small business owner I am completely beside myself with this company. We have had nothing but issue after issue after issue with there appliances and customer service. They have sold and replaced 4 different dryers for us in the span of 9 months that all have died after 2 1/2 months and they tell us its our fault, not theres and they wont do business with us anymore. All we are asking for is a repair on the current dryer that is going out on us after only 2 months and they will not help or stand behind their faulty appliances. Dont waste your time or money you will end up disappointed.

Buyer Beware!!! Purchased a washer/Dyer Set, schedule for Wednesday between 9-1pm.. had to reschedule do to the snow storm. Had Michelle on speaker so myself and a friend could hear the conversation. Michelle promised me, my washer and dryer would be delivered on Sunday by noon!! By 12:30 no phone call or delivery!! Had to make 3 phone calls to the store find out where and when the washer/dryer would be delivered.. at 1:15pm received a call saying they should arrive in 45 minutes.. I could have been doing errands,then sitting around waiting. Very disappointed!! DONT BUY from them !!!

Originally bought a fridge that was too big. They let me change without having to pay delivery twice. The DELIVERY CREW both times was FANTASTIC - professional, courteous, competent, and pleasant. Fridges move fast, particularly stainless steel so thatll affect prices. Go check it out though.

Had to call 3x to get a warranty service done. You guys need a procedure to call the client after the service is complete. I know the service man went out the second time but I don’t know what happened except from my tenant. I gave instructions to your intake staff that the problem was an internal leak. The first visit resulted in work done to the thermostat. I called for a second visit. Luckily the service man called me directly. He had not been told that the problem was a leak. He stopped at the shop for the correct parts before making the visit. You need to tune up your internal communication. This is inefficient for both of us.

Great value and awesome service for appliances! We moved into a new home nearby and bought a washer and dryer. We got high end efficient units for a fraction of the new price and Beckers price even beat a lot of people on Craigslist. Loved the warranty, delivery, and install included.

These guys (I worked with Michelle) have really gone above and beyond. Is a 6 star review possible? I had a fridge go out at a tenants house, and they had no concerns working directly with the tenant to deal with scheduling. Well, after that, it turns out the fridge I had picked out was too big for the area it was to be installed in; these guys again quickly worked with me to get a slightly smaller fridge, and again worked with the tenant to get the install taken care of. Would definitely use them again if another appliance goes out.

Needed a new dryer, went to Becker on a recommendation and the used dryer I purchased works great! The delivery service could have been a little more timely and would have appreciated a phone call saying they were running behind but other than that everything worked out great!

Bought a nice Samsung washer/dryer set from them. The dryer had issues one month after we bought it. They sent somebody out to fix it and a week later had the exact same issue. They sent somebody again out to fix it and had same issue after another week. They offered to send somebody out again and fix it. I said no, we need another dryer.The lady on the phone we have been speaking with was rude every time we spoke with her. She said they would bring a similar dryer out in the morning on Saturday. Nobody showed up and we called and they said there was no delivery scheduled.To their credit, they did get somebody out that evening. The dryer was a different color and it was a much older model.These guys stink!
