There so worthy.. I believe in supporting my area in emmaus and they have my vote !! Im getting on my suv some real nice tread tires and a 4 wheel alignment this week... Im soo stoked !!

I purchased 4 new tires in 2018 and now after 3 years of minimal driving ( especially during the pandemic) the tread is almost in new condition but in the grooves of the tread it has major cracking and dry rotting. when purchased i was told this was a discontinued style, reflecting a dicount but nothing more.when going there to ask why this happened the friendly atmosphere dissapeared and i was told i bought a closeout and nothing could be done to compensate me.After doing research and learning about the manufacturing date on the tires, I realized my tires were already 7 years old when I bought them. The sales person should have directed me and made me aware of the age of the tire, which they did not. They should have made me aware of the properties of the rubber over time, it is common for this to happen. I was misguided. Everyone buying new tires should be checking the dates on the tire. if not you too will get ripped off

For many years Ive looked for an honest, reliable, and flexible auto repair shop. My search has finally ended with United Tire of Emmaus. They replaced my rotors, brake pads (both I purchased online and brought to them to install), and four new tires. They demonstrated that is possible to have a win-win relationship with a garage. Thank you for being an old fashioned local repair center and being honest good people.

We had a slow leak in one of our tires, so I requested an appointment for them to look at it, repair the tire, if possible, and replace the tire, if necessary. I gave them the tire information when I sent in my request. When they responded, they confirmed the appointment for the same day and informed me that they ordered the tire, just in case.Service was punctual, professional, and friendly. They found a screw embedded in the tire, and they fixed the tire. We are new to the area, and I believe we just found our “go to” tire place.By the way, they were working on a beautiful vintage (circa 1969) Oldsmobile while I was there. They have been taking care of it for years. If you saw the vehicle, you would feel confident that they know what they are doing when it comes to vehicle care.

We get our vehicles serviced here and tires. I recently had a nail removed from my tire and an oil change. Theres always coupons on their website. What I really like about this shop is that theyre honest and reliable. I had work done on my car this past Mothers day and they were giving out Roses to the the mothers that came in. How awesome is that?!

Really cant say enough good things about this place. Its everything you want in a repair shop. Honesty, fair and quick service. I take my personal vehicles and we take our company vehicles. Dawn is always friendly and calls with updates and questions. The mounted and balanced new tires for me and did an amazing job.

Since moving to the Emmaus area, it has been a pleasure in working with United Tire and Service of Emmaus in taking care of all my automotive needs. They provide high quality service at affordable rates. They go above and beyond in terms of customer service from the front desk to the mechanics and technicians. They run on going specials and mail out coupons on monthly basis. I have found their level of service to be one of the best in the area and it reminds of the small town service that I grew up with. Had my tires balanced up there had a little shake now I got a bigger shake and half the weights are gone went back told me bad tires bad rims $65 for very sad work

Not the best experience, Dawn gives alot of lip service. Buyers beware they may not tell you the truth about warranties nor do they stand behind their product. Always try to support local family businesses but cannot support deceitful businesses.

I get tires and my vehicle work done for 4 years now. They always treat me right.

United tire was a godsend. We had trouble finding someone to fix a tire for a mobility scooter. They were our last hope. My husband was even thinking about returning the scooter because we couldnt find anyone to do the job. We were referred to United tire and we are so glad we made the call. They were very friendly and it did not take long to get the job done. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
