Treated me like they could not be bothered. I asked them to balance my tires because my car was shaking on the highway. They gave me a rotation, when I called to to ask why they didnt balance my tires they argued with me and didnt seem to care less about my business. I wont be going back to a garage that will not take responsibility for their actions, family owned or not!

Good people to do Business with?Took my Hot Rod there to have a front end alignment. Looking it over he told me couple nuts loose on rear torsion bar and a little play on shaft going to steering gear box need to be looked at in time. The front tie rod ends need jam nuts put on and checked all rubber bushing was told that part wouldnt take over a 1/2hr. Took car in at 8AM 10AM was told to go home and when leaving nobody was working on it went home call a friend and told him what was going on. He told you better get over there (1PM) because there known to rack time against you so I went back the car on the life nobody working on it? I ask the girl at the desk how come nobody working on my car well she says we had to pull him off and placed on another job out in the back garage ask how much time is against me she checked with him and he said 4HR couldnt believe it I said stop right there I pay the BILL and leave. charged me 4HR and and did nothing for alignment .Went to another garage and told him about it he did the LASER check and gave me the read out and ever check was way out of SPEC then I had him align my hot rod and give me a laser print out did a good job and only took 1-1/2HR everything with in SPEC
