I just wanted to say how amazing this Starbucks is. I go to this one every morning and they are so nice and very good at what they do. I went there yesterday morning and I normally don’t get a pastry but I did that morning. They wrote “good choice” on it. I saw that they had wrote something on all the bag. I know it is little but the little thing do matter. If your looking to start your morning off good then I would recommend you to go to this Starbucks!

So many people working behind the bar and yet the customer service is lacking. I worked at Starbucks for years; something isn’t right over here. Snail paced lines inside and the drive through is barely crawling. Piles of warmed food bags are on the order pick up counter and the employees are incoherently calling out drinks behind masks. There is something incredibly unpleasant about unsmiling eyes and no visible face pushing an expensive, poorly made latte at me ages after it was ordered. The lobby has garbage on the floor and the condiment bar is empty; no straws or condiments are available and behind the bar seems too chaotic to interrupt to get these things. One lady was yelling for a straw, which no employee heard. She finally gave up and stormed out. Not a good look Starbucks.

Drive through lines are horrendous - find a way to make fancy shmancy coffee and flavored juice cups faster or dont offer them! Waiting 20 minutes for a cup of black coffee is a bit much. Also, woke culture needs to go at the corporate level.

Already working hard and they made my custom drink with a smile. I have never had a bad experience at this Starbucks location.

Pretty quick and all the employees are efficient and cheerful. I only remember one time (out of many) that they were out of stock on ingredients for my go to drink. I drive a little out of my way to go to this location for better service!

Consistency in quality and service. Lattes always taste great no matter what time of day

One of the faster Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Usually have to wait and wait and wait but this one has the line moving and was quick and painless

Staff was extremely pleasant, however, my venti vanilla sweet cream cold brew wasnt.

Go inside its less of a wait than drive thru.

Very poor experience here, the person taking my order didn’t seem to know what she was doing and my caramel macchiato tasted like hot water with caramel on top. Felt ripped off, not coming here again

I enjoy their specialty coffees once in awhile its a great treat for me. Went through the drive up window, Cov19 regulations were in effect. I enjoyed my hot coffee with a shot of espresso to start up my day. I recommend Starbucks ☕

Went through drive through. They got all 5 drinks mostly right. Not sure if the recipe changed for the iced mocha or not, but neither of them seemed to have the espresso shots. Other than that experience was great.

Super friendly and fast Starbucks. This location is always busy, especially in drive thru, but its never a long wait. The staff is so friendly without being over talkative. Ive never had any issues with anything I have ever ordered from here. Drinks and food are always on par for Starbucks quality drinks. I do appreciate that there are at least 2 ways in and out of this parking lot as well. If you are parking and going inside, it might be. Bit difficult because it is a small, tight parking lot. All in all, this is a great Starbucks location that is worth it!

Typical Starbucks .. hard to get to if youre on the opposite side. You have to know where youre entering. I recommend turning into the Jimmy John entrance than looping around the parking lot its usually packed so be careful when youre driving in. You can use your Starbucks app too

Salted caramel mocha is always a favorite.

The staff is friendly and no matter what I order, it is exactly what I wanted. And my coffee or espresso drink is nice and hot like it is supposed to be not just hot for the first 5 minutes and then already getting warm.

This morning, I ordered a cold brew with sweet cream, expecting the drink I usually get. Turns out I actually have been ordering it wrong this entire time. Id ordered a Nitro cold brew rather than the vanilla one. The worker at the window, Nadia, was kind enough to provide me with the drink I had meant to order, free of charge. I was going to leave the drink Id originally ordered with them, but the guy with her convinced me to take that one as well. Exceptional service my friends.

I finally found a drink I liked. I sat inside with a friend. It was clean and warm. They didnt call either of our names for our drink though so it just sat for a bit. I ordered first so I didnt get mine until she realized she hadnt heard her name.

Highly recommended in this area. the staff is always professional and very quick to accommodating the needs of its customers. There staff is always extremely friendly and always smiling. Its definitely one of the better Starbucks Ive been to in area. Great job everyone 👍.

Its the typical Starbucks. Service is good not wonderful but not bad. If youre looking for decent coffee in a quick manner definitely worth a shot. The breakfast sandwiches always get ruined somehow in the sleeve they put them in.

Drinks were great. Customer service could of been better, but it was also busy. I would stop by again if driving this way

The reason I choose starbucks is for consistency. Changing my previous review because the manager cleared everything up, very polite and helpful.

Someone on the staff sorting paperwork and counting money at the main counter ignoring customers waiting for another employee to take orders while being the the way completely. Employees complaining and mimicking other employees... At least the one that did take my order was sweet and gave me extra agave packets for my tea.

My favorite place for a pick me up after a long days work...great staff who always make you feel like family!!

It really depends on whos currently working, but most of the employees at this location really try to make your experience worth-while. Its hard out there to impress everyone with their high expectations, so good on you guys for trying so hard!

There is 3 starbucks closer to me but this one is worth the 5 minute drive . I dont wanna pay $7for a drink that is 98% wrong when I come here its always correct .

This place NEVER has tomato mozzarella paninis! I love them so much but every time I come here, no matter what time they never have it. So disappointed.

This store opens at 4:30am. Great for us early birds in need of a morning boost.Very friendly staff.Location is a bit of a bugger to get in and out, however there is a traffic light to keep it respectable.

This is probably the worst location in the Elmhurst area...they always close 15-30 minutes early. I remember calling one time while I was waiting at the drive thru (it was 8:40pm) and I asked if someone could help the 3 cars that have been waiting patiently in the line for about 5 minutes. He says sorry we’re closed and hung up.

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been too. Just sat in drive thru for over 18 min w out a single car moving. Once is tolerable two and three times more Shame on me for coming back. Lake street addison is the very best ever!

I love starbucks and this one is super convenient for me but Starbucks should really bring Mango Black Tea Lemonade back

Great staff here that go out of their way to say hello and get to know me. I wish other locations would do the same thing.

Ordered a skinny caramel frap. Not sure what I got. Either the caramel sauce was bad or they made it completely wrong. I threw it out when I got to work. Never coming back here again.

The drive-thru line can be around the parking lot but its quick! The workers are super fast and efficient, and friendly in the store and thru drive-thru.

Nice place but the parking situation is horrible when it gets busy. the drive through line can end up blocking you into the lot.

I ordered a venti frappuccino double expresso and Light Ice it was half the amount of the cup the other half was useless foam and couldnt even taste the expressoI know when you say easy ice but seriously youre paying to get a full cup of liquid not a half a cup of foam 7 dollars for a half of a venti cup I wont buy them anymore
