I love going to this At&t store! I never wait long for service. Super fast and i always have a million questions which are always answered. Ive never had a problem and they are all super friendly! I really wished i would of switch from Sprint sooner (always had problems). Highly recommend this store!

This is by far my go-to stop for all things AT&T. The ENTIRE staff is remarkable. They are super friendly and very professional. They always offer suggestions when I need them and are extremely pleasant to work with! I attribute this to an amazing leader. The Store Manager Alina is phenomenal, very attentive and always finds solutions. Highly recommend this location!

I went in on Friday for the iPhone 12 pro max. There was about five people ahead of me, but it didn’t feel like i waited long. I just wanted to thank Miguel for his amazing customer service. Super professional and 10/10 would recommend going to this location!

Although most of the technical Support services are gone from the AT&T Service centers, it is nice to know that there are Reps that will still try if they can to help you with your phone issues if they can and that is why we like doing business with this store.

Sales rep Ian M. went above and beyond. Made it super simple to get my dad switched from Sprint to AT&T and got him a new phone that would situate all his needs very quickly. He was super helpful in transferring all the contacts and data which took forever since my dads phone was very old. Thanks for everything!

This store representative named Luis is extremely rude ! Told me to wait for 10 minutes, ends up taking 30 minutes, when i kindlt asked him if he is almost done and his reply was you know here are other at&t stores if you dont want to wait. I have been coming to this location for years and now it will be my last. This rude behavior is unacceptable and very unprofessional !

I arrived, I was greeted right away. Helped promptly and taken care of as a valued customer. The team there was great. Greatly appreciate the help and service provided. Wouldnt go to any other AT&T at this time.

Went in today for a couple of upgrades on my old iphone and my moms old flip phone. We were helped by Ian, who was awesome! He made all the best recommendations. He really knew his stuff and was super helpful. I would recommend coming here to anyone looking for a phone upgrade and is looking for honest and smart input.

Be sure to read ur receipt before walking out!! Went to get an upgrade phone for my husbands line and the employee there was helpful at first. But then Luis added a protection plan to my phone that I did not ask for, he did not offer. Just added it and put the receipt in my bag. My bad for not checking my receipt before I walked out of the building. I had to spend time days later after I received an email stating we signed up for a protection plan, cancelling the plan and trying to get my account credited. The customer service rep online was helpful. But that was a very shady practice of the store employee.

Great service, was fast and the guy who helped me was on the ball. No hidden fees or anything, and the man who helped made sure it was spot on.

The staff is very nice and the store is very clean, it made me feel safe. Everyone was very helpful and took care of everything I needed.

The store is clean, neat, well organized. It is well lighted and the staff knows about their products.

We were super frustrated with online ordering with AT&T so we went to Sprint. Huge mistake! Their network was terrible. We were so frustrated that we decided to visit the AT&T store instead. We met with Jose who quickly understood the issues and helped us switch back to AT&T. He got us our new phones and set them up for us and upgraded our plan. Jose was even able to turn my very super grumpy attitude around. They even ended up selling us some cases that we didnt need at that exact moment. Great job, Jose and Team!

We went to the Lombard location got there at 11 am, and did not leave until 2 PM. Nothing was done while we were there. So we called the Elmhurst location and asked if they could help us out Miguel answered the phone and was able to check his inventory for the phones we needed. Went to his store and was able to get everything set up and running

Miguel was great. Very helpful to older, person who needed more guidance as I am not that familiar with new phones.

Manager Eric, was rude, condescending and not a good representative for AT&T. Over a month ago I upgraded my phone I owed $289 but they told me on the online chat that if I pay $106 of it today they would not charge me the remainder. A man came to my house to set up my new phone and told me to return my old phone to a corporate AT&T store. I returned the phone and now a month later I received a message saying I didn’t return the phone so they were going to charge me the balance. I called the corporate store and he told me I had to come in so I did and then he proceeded to tell me that Since I don’t have unlimited service I didn’t qualify. I told him that I should’ve just kept the phone and I want my phone back as the customer service rep, the guy who came to my house and the guy that took my phone back never told me this and told me I would get a credit. He said too bad you should I came to the corporate store to buy the phone and didn’t seem to care that I’ve been a customer for over 20 years. He kept trying to tell me sorry it’s shipped and I still owe the phone and was so condescending . Prior to this fiasco, I also had inquired about getting my son a new phone and did not seem interested in trying to sell me one as he said there’s no promos for existing lines and that was that. . The other rep is at least kind of nice, Jose, but the manager was a poor representation of AT&T I even said to him, you, the customer service rep and the guy who came to my house all work for AT&T and he just kept placing blame on others and saying u should have come to the store to buy it. Luckily I called customer service and they listened and fixed the issue. I will NEVER buy a phone from this store as he was completely condescending as my son witnessed too.

Very Bad customer service and need a change in management. They dont want to help they make fake phone calls to say that they are speaking with another store manager who has the device and once you arrive nobody knows anything. This should be 1 of the stores to close down during the reshaping of the stores.

When you walk in and no one greets you and they don’t pay attention. There was no waiting customers except me. A Spanish girl came in after me, looks like she has some connection with manager, he took her to his desk chatting and laughing in Spanish. I was waiting whole time and after 30 minutes manger came and said someone will with you shortly.. I waited another 15 minutes and asked about the wait time. No one responded I couldnt took it any more and left the store

Just stopped in to make a payment at the kiosk machine. I was greeted when I walked in if I needed to speak to someone.Note: you will need a bank or credit card or exact dollars to pay your bill. It does not give change.

Waited for over 45 minutes to then be addressed by what may have been the least helpful customer service rep Ive ever interacted with. Went in to inquire about international plans and which would fit my trip best. The associate didnt even bother sitting down with me. Told me the info was all available online and didnt even explain the differences between them. She ended up telling me that none would likely suit my needs. I will never come back here.

Martha worked with me to make the best and most economical choices for me and my family for my Wireless, land line, Internet and my DirecTv Service. I would highly recommend coming to this Elmhurst AT&T Store from anywhere in the Chicago area to get the best service !! I am so happy with all the money that Martha was able to save me - as we are retired now and on a fixed income.
